we developed an information management system that manages various types of medical information such as text, image, sound, and laboratory data. We also developed a multimedia description system, in which medical doctors can describe his findings and interpretations with text and speech. The descriptions include the references to the data items stored in the information management systems. The communication between the description system and the information management systems is carried out using OLE/COM mechanism. The information management system was implemented by using Microsoft Open Data Base Connectivity(ODBC).

The specification of the Home Evolved NodeB (Home-eNB), which is a small base station designed for use in residential or small business environment, is currently ongoing in 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution) systems. One of the key requirements for its feasibility in the LTE system is the mobility management in the deployment of the numerous Home-eNBs and other 3GPP network. In this paper, we overview the characteristic of Home-eNB and also describe the mobility management issues and the related approaches in 3GPP LTE based Home-eNB systems.

The Enterprise Security Management system is a centralized control system based on predefined security policies by organizations. In Korea, there is a Common Criteria security certification according to the strict standards for various features. As the needs of information security product are increasing, the ESM system should be evaluated with quality characteristics. In this paper, we propose evaluation items for functionality and performance of Enterprise Security Management system, and the best practices for evaluation.

건설산업은 다양한 참여자가 상호협동을 통하여 진행되며, 각 건설 단계별로 다양한 정보가 발생되고 관리되는 정보의 집합체라고 할 수 있다. 건설 프로젝트의 대부분의 정보는 문서의 형대로 발생됨으로 인하여 현장의 문서관리는 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행에 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 건설현장에서는 다양한 IT기술의 적용을 통하여 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고자한 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 건설현장의 대부분의 정보가 비구조화된 문서의 형태로 정보가 관리되고 정보관리 체계의 미비로 인하여 효율적인 정보의 축적과 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 BIM기술을 통하여 건설현장의 정보를 관리하기 위한 정보의 분류체계 및 정보 연계를 위한 건설정보 데이터베이스 체계를 제안함으로써 건설현장의 정보 축적 및 효율성을 제고하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문서관리와 정보연계 관련 선행연구 검토를 통하여 건설현장의 정보를 구조화하기 위한 공간분류체계와 정보분류체계를 제안하였고 정보 축적을 위한 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 그리고 BIM기반 건설정보 데이터베이스를 시나리오를 통해 적용해 봄으로써 건설정보 데이터베이스의 구현 가능성을 검토할 수 있었다.

Design is an act based on multidisciplinary information. The involvement of various stakeholders makes it difficult to process, plan, and integrate. Iteration is frequent in most of the engineering design and development projects including construction. Design iterations cause rework, and extra efforts are required to get the optimal sequence and to manage the projects. The simple project management techniques are insufficient to fulfill the requirements of integrated design. This paper entails two things: design structure matrix and design parameters' information based model. The emphasis has been given to optimal sequence and crucial iteration using design structure matrix analysis technique. The design projects have been studied using survey data from industry. The optimal sequence and crucial iterations results have been utilized for proposed model. Model integrates two things: information about produced- required key design parameters and information of design changes during the design process. It will help to get familiar with Design management in order to fulfill contemporary needs.

본 연구에서는 섬유산업의 재고관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축사례를 소개한다. D 섬유회사를 대상으로 수주, 생산, 납품 및 재고등과 관련된 전 정보를 체계적으로 관리하여, 수주 및 생산 계획을 위한 가공능력분석 또는 납기를 지킬 수 있도록 하는 생산일정 계획 등의 의사결정이 합리적으로 될 수 있도록 하는 통합 재고정보 관리시스템을 구축한다.

A special government agency has been charged with implementing quality management to guarantee the quality of wild-simulated ginseng. However, these processes are carried out by use of documents, and this has resulted in information omission and high document management costs. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the existing quality management process by using a smart contract for the existing offline form and proposed a new quality management system for storing and managing all log data in the blockchain. This system reduced documentation management costs about quality management and recorded information in the previous step through the quality management steps, thus forming a step-by-step record chain. Experiments were conducted by implementing this system, which improved data integrity and reliability. Additionally, sensitive information, such as personal information, was included in the system by use of the off-chain technology.

Everytime a node moves out of its area, the connection to the node encounters a handover which may cause much latency. NetLMM(Network based Localized Mobility Management) supports the mobility management for such nodes and improves handover latency using MIH(Media Independent Handover) function. In this paper, we add some messages to NetLMM procedure to improve handover latency and analyze its effects through a scenario based approach
