  • 에너지 설비에 대한 공급업체 선정 문제는 화학섬유 기업의 생산 원가를 결정하는 전략적으로 매우 중요한 의사결정 문제 중의 하나다. 본 연구의 목적은 에너지 설비 공급 업체 선정을 위한 합리적인 방법을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 설비 공급 업체 선정을 위한 평가 요소를 선정하고, 네트워크 의사결정 분석(Analytic Network Process) 모형을 활용하여 계량 및 비계량적 평가 요소들에 대한 가중치를 도출하였다. 이 방법을 통해 설비 공급 업체 선정 평가 요소 간의 상호 연관성을 반영한 보다 정확한 가중치를 산정하고자 하였으며, 실제 에너지 공급 설비 대안들에 대한 우선순위를 산정한 결과 태양광 설비를 가장 적합한 대안으로 선정하고, 이 과정과 결과를 통해 제시된 방법의 타당성을 확인할 수 있었다.

TIP 곡선을 이용한 에너지 빈곤구조의 동태적 변화 분석 (Analysis on Dynamic Change in Energy Poverty Structure using TIP curve)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 전체가구, 노인가구, 1인가구의 에너지 빈곤구조의 동태적 변화를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 TIP 곡선을 도출하였으며 에너지 빈곤강도와 빈곤수준의 변화에 집중하였다. 자료는 통계청 가계동향조사의 연료비에 대한 연간자료와 분기자료를 이용하였는데, 4개 분기 중 난방비의 비중이 높아 에너지 빈곤 문제가 두드러질 수 있는 1분기 자료를 이용한 결과를 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 전체 가구를 대상으로 한 분석에서는 시간이 지남에 따른 빈곤강도와 빈곤수준의 개선이 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 노인가구와 1인가구를 대상으로 한 분석에서는 시간이 지남에 따라 빈곤강도와 빈곤수준의 개선이 나타났다. 특히, 1분기 자료를 이용한 분석 결과에서 노인가구와 1인가구의 빈곤강도와 빈곤수준이 뚜렷하게 개선되었다. 전체가구에 비해 노인가구와 1인가구의 빈곤강도와 빈곤수준이 크게 나타났으며, 노인가구 보다 1인가구의 에너지 빈곤이 더 심각한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전기방사법을 사용하여 poly(L-lactide-$co$-${\varepsilon}$-caprolactone) (PLCL)과 marine collagen (MC)이 혼합된 나노섬유를 제조하는 것이다. 전기방사된 나노섬유의 직경과 형태는 여러 공정 변수에 의해서 변화되는데, PLCL과 MC의 혼합비, 노즐과 콜렉터와의 거리, 노즐의 직경, 용액의 방출 속도 그리고 전기장의 세기 변화에 따라 나노파이버의 직경을 주사전자현미경을 통해서 분석하였다. 또한 제조된 나노파이버의 표면변화를 확인하기 위해 물과의 접촉각을 측정하였으며, 나노파이버의 세포 친화성을 평가하기 위해 MG-63을 이용하여 생존율과 흡착형태를 주사전자현미경과 형광현미경을 통해서 관찰하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과, 방사거리, MC의 함량, 전기장의 세기가 증가할수록 제조된 나노파이버의 평균직경은 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 MC의 함량이 증가할수록 나노파이버의 친수성이 증가하였고 세포독성은 관찰되지 않았다. 이에 따라 해양유래 생물에서 추출한 콜라겐은 조직공학용 소재에 새롭게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

HSLA 주강의 기계적 성질에 미치는 첨가원소의 영향 (Effects of Additional Elements of the Mechanical Properties of HSLA Cast Steels)

  • The effects of additional elements on the mechanical properties of HSLA cast steels such as hardness, tensile strength and charily impact energy have been investigated. Test results showed the mechanical properties of HSLA cast steels were superior to those of C-Mn cast steels. In case of the HSLA cast steels, HSLA cast steels with all addition of Nb, V, and Ti had more excellent tensile strength than those with individual addition of Nb, V, or Ti. The tensile strengths of HSLA cast steels were increased as the Mo contents were increased from 0.25% to 0.5%. These are attributed to the solution hardening and the change of the precipitation kinetics of NbC due to increased Mo contents. The tensile strength of HSLA cast steel was remarkablely increased as the manganese contents were increased from 0.65% to 1.2% and 1.5%, respectively. However, the optimum composition of HSLA cast steels to obtain the best compromise between tensile strength and charily impact energy compared to C-Mn cast steel was the additions of0.1% C and 1.2% Mn.

Scrap PVB/PMMA 블렌드에 미치는 MBS의 상용화효과(相溶化效果) (The Effect of MBS on the Compatibility of Scrap PVB/PMMA Blends)

  • PVB was blended with PMMA in order to recycle scraped PVB material which recovered in the safety glass manufactories. The purpose of this research on PVB/PMMA blend was applied with excellent tackiness and transparency of PVB as a material of high strength to make the maximum use. Also, the blending of PVB with PMMA was aimed at the increase of impact strength of PMMA because the elastic property of PVB might decrease the brittleness of PMMA due to the lack of inner impact resistance. Izod impact resistance was propotional to increase the content of PVB, which was predominantly increased in the addition of 10phr above MBS. High rate impact resistance showed a tendency to Increase but it showed a tendency to decrease maximum load and energy if the contents of PVB increased. On the other hand total energy and ductile index showed a tendency to increase excellent impact resistance in the addition of MBS contents. As a result of observed surface of PVB/PMMA blends, the size of PVB domain increased distribution homogenuously, in the addited MBS contents increased it showed distribution homogeneously and partially a wetability.

Trace Metals In Several Edible Marine Algae Of Korea

  • The present paper deals with nine kinds of trace metal contents among 79 samples, more than 20 species of edible marine algae collected during 1973∼1975 along the coasts of Korea. Among the metals detected by the atomic absorption spectrometer, Mg content is variable in 2.09∼13.84mg/g-dry on an average and 5.31mg/g-dry in a mean of green, brown and red algae, whereas Fe is 0.148∼2.343 and 0.747mg/g-dry; Mn 0.015∼0.191 and 0.063mg/g-dry; Zn 0.007∼0.082 and 0.030 mg/g-dry; Cu 0.005∼0.054 and 0.017mg/g-dry; Pb 0.0017∼0.082 and 0.0043mg/g-dry Co 0.0009∼0.0024 and 0.0016mg/g-dry; Cd 0.0002∼0.0034 and 0.0011mg/g-dry, and Cr is 0.0007∼0.0074 and 0.0021mg/g-dry, both on an average and in a mean respectively. The trace metal contents in the seaweeds investigated are variable according to species, collecting seasons, places and kinds of metal It is interesting that in Sargassum thunbergii some metal contents such as Fe, Mn, and Zn are specially high in September1974 through the year investigated.

서울시 소재 육아종합지원센터에서 제공하는 어린이집 간식 식단의 유형 및 영양소 평가 (Evaluation of Menu Pattern and Nutritional Contents of Snack Menus Provided by Child Care Information Centers in Seoul)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate menu pattern and nutritional contents of snack menus provided by child care information centers in Seoul. Snack menus during March 2013 (morning snack : 125 cases, afternoon snack : 100 cases), including information on portion size, were collected from five child care information centers, after which the number of menu items, menu patterns, and nutritional contents were analyzed. About two-thirds of total snack menus included two menu items. There were significant differences in service time (morning & afternoon snacks). 'Beverage+Food' pattern (66.7%) was the most commonly used; 'Beverage' pattern was significantly higher in morning snacks (10.4%) than in afternoon snacks (1.0%). Morning and afternoon snacks provided 124.5 and 170.6 kcal of energy and 116.4 and 90.9 mg of calcium, respectively, which are 8.9% and 12.2% as well as 19.4%, and 15.2% of children's daily energy and calcium requirements. To improve the quality of food and nutrition offered to children through snacks at child carre centers, a more detailed snack menu plan as well as nutritional guidelines for institutions should be developed.

리기다소나무와 잣나무 화분의 화학적 성분과 파쇄 조건에 관한 연구 (Chemical Components and Pulverization conditions of the Pollens of Pinus rigida and Pinus koraiensis)

  • This study was to analyze the chamical components of the pollens of Pinus rigida and P. koraensis and to investigate the optimal conditions for pollen pulverization. The results are as follow: (1) The contents of moisture, crude ash, crude protein, crude fat, crude filber and carbohydrate in the pollen of P. rigida were 9.9%, 2.5%, 13.1% 2.9% 7.5% 64.1% respectively, while those of P. koraiensis were 9.8%, 2.1%, 11.1% 2.8% 8.1% 66.1% respectively. All the contents of P. rigida and P. koraiensis were much higher than those of general crop grains. (2) Eighteen different amino acids were detected in the pollen of P. rigida and P. koraiensis. Among them, ten essential amino acids were indentified, which showed high nutritions values. (3) The contents of vitamin A, B1, B2, C, and E in the pollen of P. rigida were 8.7 mg, 10.1 mg, 15.9 mg, 32.9 mg, 1.9 mg, respectively, while those of in the pollen of P. koraiensis were 7.9 mg, 9.7 mg, 14.5 mg, 34.2 mg, and 2.5 mg respectively. Vitamin C among them was abundant. (4)When the pollen grains of P. prigida was pulverized for 50minutes at 5,000rpm and P. koraiensis for 40 minutes at 5,000rpm by Overhead stirrer, the 100% of pollen was pulverized.

폐비닐류의 원천 탈염공정 개발 (Development of Source Dechlorination Process for Waste Vinyls)

  • Most of waste plastics including waste vinyls have been recycled up to about 50% of waste production, 4.5 million ton per year in 2009. To fundamentally increase the recycled amounts of waste plastics to waste production, the energy utilization of waste plastics is inevitable. But the contents of PVC included in waste plastics can limit the use as a RPF and make the air pollutants such as HCl and dioxin when it burns in the combustion system. Accordingly the source dechlorination by using heating method can be applied to make low contents of HCl as less than 0.6%. In this study the twin screw reactor using heat medium was used for the source dechlorination. As results of study, it was considered that this system is effective for the industrilal application.

  • The radiation effects on electrical and mechanical properties of LDPE/EVA blends with various vinyl acetate contents were investigated. Radiation degradation of LDPE/EVA blends were studied by using gelation, volume resistivity, permittivity, dissipation factor, elongation at break, and E-modulus. As vinyl acetate contents increased in LDPE/EVA blends, electrical insulation characteristics were deteriorated, but flexibility was improved. As irradiation doses increased, electrical insulation characteristics were improved, but flexibility was deteriorated.
