연상법을 이용한 신경계 환자의 임상적 추론 전략 제안 (Suggested Clinical Reasoning Strategies Using a Mnemonic Device for Patients with Neurological Disorders)

  • Purpose: This study suggests clinical reasoning strategies for therapists with little experience in clinical reasoning for the evaluation and treatment of patients with neurological disorders. Methods: The suggested method was the mnemonic PT STRESS whose initials represent the body structure and functions that can affect the activity limits and the items that can cause problems at the functional level in patients with neurological disorders. Results: PT STRESS stands for pain (P), ability of the trunk (T), sensation (S), tone (T), range of motion (R), emotion and endurance (E), muscular strength (strength), and stability (S). It tests and measures problems in the body structure and functions. Conclusion: This study suggests easy clinical reasoning strategies that can be used by therapists who have insufficient experience in the evaluation or treatment of patients with neurological disorders. However, more factors need to be considered in the future with regard to clinical reasoning of the diverse problems of patients with neurological disorders.

남성 제조업 근로자의 근무형태에 따른 건강 체력 평가기준 설정 (Establishment of standards for evaluation of health related fitness according to the working styles of male manufacturing workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 남성 제조업 근로자의 근무형태에 따른 건강 체력 평가기준을 제시하는데 있다. 피험자는 K 기관에서 실시한 건강 체력검사를 받은 40, 50대 남성 제조업 근로자 15,329명이다. 건강 체력 요인은 심폐지구력, 근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 신체조성이다. 각각의 요인을 확인하기 위해 최대산소섭취량, 악력, 윗몸일으키기, 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기, 체지방률을 측정했다. 자료는 SPSS version 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 이원분산분석, T-검정, 일원 분산분석(Scheffe), 백분위 수로 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제조업 근로자의 건강 체력은 근무형태에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타나(최대산소 섭취량 : F=88.67 (p<.001), 악력 : F=20.09(p<.001), 윗몸일으키기 : F=42.06(p<.001), 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기 : F=69.44(p<.001), 체지방률 : F=136.75(p<.001)) 건강 체력 항목의 백분위수를 토대로 평가 기준을 설정하였다. 둘째, 최대산소섭취량, 악력, 앉아 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기는 현장직 근로자의 평균값이 사무직 근로자의 평균값보다 모든 연령에서 높게 나타났다. 반면에 윗몸일으키기와 체지방률은 사무직 근로자의 평균값이 현장직 근로자의 평균값보다 모든 연령에서 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 이러한 평가 기준은 국민체력실태조사 기준치와 비교했을 때 많은 차이가 있었다. 따라서 근로자의 건강 체력 평가 시에는 근로자의 근무 형태에 따라 평가 기준을 다르게 적용해야 한다는 것이 확인되었다.

유소년의 골연령에 따른 체력 표준지표 개발 (Development of Physical Fitness Standard Indicators According to the Bone Age in Youth)

  • 본 연구는 유소년의 골연령에 따른 체력을 평가하는 데 있으며, 골연령에 따른 체력 표준지표를 통해 유소년들의 균형적인 발달을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 골연령 11세~13세 및 역연령 11세~13세에 해당하는 730명을 대상으로 하였으며 골연령 산출을 위해 X-ray 필름을 촬영한 후 TW3 방법으로 평가하였다. 체격은 신장, 체중을 신장계(Hanebio, Korea, 2021), Inbody 270(Biospace, Korea, 2019)를 사용하여 총 2개의 체격 요소를 측정하였으며, 체력은 근력(악력), 평형성(외발서기), 민첩성(플랫테핑), 순발력(제자리멀리뛰기), 유연성(좌전굴), 근지구력(윗몸일으키기), 심폐지구력(셔틀런)으로 총 7개 체력 요소의 종목을 측정하였다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSS PC/Program(Version 26.0)을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test 검정을 실시하였으며, p< .05수준에서 유의한 것으로 간주하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 11세~13세 골연령과 역연령을 비교한 결과, 체력에서 남자는 근력, 순발력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 여자는 근력, 평형성, 민첩성, 순발력, 유연성, 근지구력, 심폐지구력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 골연령에 따른 유소년의 성별과 연령(11~13세)별로 체력평가의 기초 자료인 골연령 체력 표준지표를 개발하였다.

조선왕조실록 밀랍본 복원기술 연구(제3보) -습열열화처리를 이용한 복원용 한지의 내구성 평가- (The Study of Restoration Technique of Wax-Treated Volume for the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty (III) -Evaluation of Durability of Korean Traditional Paper using Moist-heat Aging Treatment-)

  • To explore the paper materials for restoration of the Annals of the Joseon Dyansty, durability of the three type of the traditional Korean Papers were estimated in this study, through moist heat artificial aging test. Three types(D, F, and G) which showed the best preservation performance in dry heat and UV treatment in the previous study were selected and artificial accelerated aging treatment with moist-heat process was conducted; the viscosity change rate was D>G>F; folding endurance G>D>F; $L^*$ value F>D>G; $a^*$ and $b^*$ change rate D>G>F; brightness decrease rate D>G>F, suggesting paper F showed the least change rate in physical/optical properties. Also the CLSM image observation showed fair coherence among fibers and confirmed paper mulberry. And in FDI extraction from each sample, paper F showed the highest value. Overall, paper F (traditional glossy paper) showed the highest stability against thermal treatment. It confirms that paper F is suitable as restoration paper for tributary remains including the annals of the Joseon Dynasty for its steady strength/viscosity decrease rate and color change rate.

신체활동증진 프로그램이 노인의 신체 기능 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (Effect of the Physical Activity Promotion Program on Physical Function and Quality of Life in Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the physical activity promotion program on physical function and quality of life in the elderly. Method: The research was designed with one single pre-post group. The study group of 295 elderlies were selected through the convenience sampling form in a senior citizen's center in Ulsan city. The subjects received the physical activity promotion program for 60 min three times a week for 3 months. To evaluation the effects of the physical activity promotion program, body mass index (BMI), physiological index, physical function (muscle endurance, agility, balance) and quality of life were measured at before and after the program. The data was analyzed through SPSS 10.0 program for descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Result: After performing the physical action promotion program for 3 months, the results were follows. 1) There were significantly increased in BMI (t=4.36, p=.000). 2) There were significantly decreased in diastolic pressure (t=.68, p=.009). 3) There were significantly improved in muscle endurance (t=6.50, p=.000), agility (t=4.74, p=.000) and Rt. leg balance (t=4.15, p=.000). 4) There were significantly improved in quality of life (t=7.28, p=.000). Conclusion: These findings showed that the physical activity promotion program was effective in improving physical function and quality of life in the elderly. Therefore, the physical activity promotion program could be applied as an effective nursing intervention program for the elderly to promote their health.

고고도 장기체공 무인기용 기체구조 체결부 구조 해석 (Structural Analysis of Fasteners in the Aircraft Structure of the High-Altitude Long-Endurance UAV)

  • 무인기는 관측, 통신중계, 정보 수집 등 여러 분야에서 다양한 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 최근 개발되는 무인기는 장시간 체공을 하면서 현재 수준보다 정밀하고 다량의 정보 수집이 가능하도록 고사양의 성능이 요구되고 있다. 현재, 국내에서는 인공위성의 일부 기능 대체를 목적으로 성층권에서 장기간 비행하기 위한 고고도 장기체공무인기가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 고고도 장기체공 무인기용으로 개발 중인 기체구조에 대한 구조 건전성 평가의 일환으로 동체 및 미익 체결부에 대한 안전여유 계산을 통하여 구조 건전성을 평가하였다. 그 결과로, 개발 중인 무인 비행체의 기체 구조 체결부에 대한 설계 타당성을 확인하였다.

  • High voltage ceramic capacitors are widely applied in power electronic circuits, such as filters, snubbers, and resonant circuits, due to their excellent features of high voltage endurance and low aging. This paper presents a result of failure analysis and reliability evaluation for high voltage ceramic capacitors. The failure nodes and failure mechanisms were identified in order to understand the failure physics in a component. The causes of failure mechanisms for zero resistance phenomena under withstanding voltage test in high voltage ceramic capacitors molded by epoxy resin were studied by establishing an effective closed-loop failure analysis. Also, the condition for dielectric breakdown was investigated. Particular emphasis was placed on breakdown phenomena at the ceramic-epoxy interface. The validity of the results in this study was confirmed by the results of accelerated testing. Thermal shock test as well as pressure cooker test for high voltage ceramic capacitor mounted on a magnetron were implemented. Delamination between ceramic and epoxy, which, might cause electrical short in underlying circuitry, can occur during curing or thermal cycling. The results can be conveniently used to quickly identify defective lots, determine mean time to failure (MTTF) of each lot at the level of Inspection, and detect major changes in the vendors processes.

기계적 프레스 접합법을 이용한 A1-5052 인장-전단 시험편의 강도 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Strength Evaluation of A1-5052 Tensile-Shear Specimens Using a Mechanical Press Joining Method)

  • A mechanical press joining was investigated in ender for joining A1-5052 sheets for automobile body weight reduction. Static tensile and fatigue tests were conducted using tensile-shear specimens for evaluation of fatigue strength of the joint. During Tox joining process for A1-5052 plates, using the current sheet thickness and punch diameter, the optimal applied punching force was found to be 32 kN under the current joining condition. For the static tensile-shear experiment results, the fracture mode is classified into interface fracture mode, in which the neck area fractured due to influence of neck thickness, and pull-out fracture mode due to influence of plastic deformation of the joining area. And, during fatigue tests for the A1-5052 tensile shear specimens, interface failure mode occurred in the region of low cycle. The fatigue endurance limit approached to 6 percents of the maximum applied load, considering fatigue lifetime of $2.5\times10^6$ cycles.

철도차량 안전성을 위한 주행 차축의 비파괴 검사주기 평가 (Evaluation of Non Destructive Inspection Interval for Running Safety of Railway Axle)

  • Usually, railway axles are designed for infinite life based on endurance limit of the material and the axle is not fractured immediately when a surface crack initiated. The railway axles have been inspected regularly by NDT such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic testing and eddy current testing and so on. Because the axle failure is profoundly influenced by the probability of missing a fatigue crack during an NDT inspection, it is necessary to evaluate the Non Destructive Interval of railway axle. In the present paper, the Non Destructive Interval of railway axle based on fracture mechanics and finite element analysis was investigated. It was shown that the Non Destructive Interval of railway axle can be evaluated using fracture mechanics approach and extended using NDT which a crack can detect clearly.

냉간압연강 판재 기계적 접합부의 십자형 인장 하중하에서의 피로강도 (Fatigue Strength Evaluation of Mechanical Press Joints of Cold Rolled Steel Sheet under Cross-Tension Loading)

  • In this study, for the evaluation of the static and fatigue joining strength of the joint, the geometry of the cross-tension specimen was adopted. The specimens were produced with optimal joining force and fatigue life of the clinch joint specimens was evaluated. The material selected for use in this study was cold rolled mild steel (SPCC) with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The maximum tensile load was 708 N for the specimen with single point. The fatigue endurance limit (=42.6 N) per point approached to 6% of the maximum tensile strength at a load ratio of 0.1, suggesting that the joints are vulnerable to cross-tension loading during fatigue. Compared to equivalent stress and maximum principal stress, the SWT fatigue parameter and equivalent strain can properly predict the current experimental fatigue life. The SWT parameter can be expressed as $SWT=2497.5N^{-0.552)_f$.
