고속철도차량용 창문유리의 압력시험에 관한 연구 (A study on the Pressure Test of the Glass Window for High Speed Train)

  • 본 논문에서는 차세대 고속전철에 적용하기 위하여 개발한 객차용 창문의 압력시험에 관하여 연구 하였다. 열차 외부에 가장 큰 압력변동이 발생하는 시점이 터널내부에서 2개편성의 열차가 최고 속도로 서로 교행해서 지나갈 때이며 이때 발생 가능한 압력값을 부가할 수 있는 시험장비를 개발하여 NFF 31-314의 기준에 따라 시험을 수행하고 평가 하였다.

Fatigue Strength Evaluation of the Clinch Joints of a Cold Rolled Steel Sheet

  • Static tensile and fatigue tests were conducted using tensile-shear specimens to evaluate the fatigue strength of a SPCC sheet clinch joint. The maximum tensile strength of the specimen produced at the optimal punching force was 1750 kN. The fatigue endurance limit (=760 N) approached 43% of the maximum tensile load (=1750 N) at a load ratio of 0.1, suggesting that the fatigue limit is approximately half of the value of the maximum tensile strength. The FEM analysis showed that at the fatigue endurance limit, the maximum von-Mises stress of 373 MPa is very close to the ultimate tensile strength of the SPCC sheet (=382 MPa).

복근 지구력 평가 도구로서 등척성 수축 후 버티기 방법의 타당성 비교 검증 (Testing for validity of isometric muscle endurance test as an abdominal muscular endurance evaluation methods)

  • 본 연구는 복근의 정적 지구력 평가 도구로서의 등척성 버티기 방법의 타당성을 검증하고 최적의 적용 각도를 결정해내기 위해 수행되었다. 92명(남 68명, 여 24명)의 피험자가 자발적으로 실험에 참여하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 유산소 역량과 근지구력 역량 사이의 상관성은 남성에서보다 여성에게서 더 높게 나타났으며 등척성 버티기의 수행 시간과 윗몸일으키기의 반복 횟수 사이에 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 40도의 경사도를 적용 시 30도 및 50도와 비교해 근지구력과의 가장 높은 상관성을 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 복근지구력의 평가 도구로서의 등척성 버티기 방법이 요부의 잠재적 상해 위험을 지닌 것으로 보고되고 있는 윗몸일으키기 방법을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 사용될 수 있으며 적용 시 40도의 각도를 적용하는 것이 적절하다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 서로 다른 연령 및 체력 상태에 따른 최적의 적용 각도에 대해서는 후속 연구를 통해 밝혀져야 할 것이다.

로잉운동의 부하편차 방식 적용에 따른 상하지 생체 역학적 평가 (Evaluation of Bio-Mechanical Character istics According to Loading Deviation Methods dur ing Rowing Exercise)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the validation of exercise effect with loading deviation during rowing exercise. We performed evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque before the experiment for finding muscle unbalance. So we recruited twenty four subjects who have bigger muscle strength in more 20% than average one. Subjects divided two groups. One is dominant upper limbs(DU) and the other was dominant lower limbs(DL). Subjects performed rowing exercise using electric equipment (Robo.gym.Humonic.korea). Exercise is performed four sets a day including 25 times a set, and three days a week. Measurement consist of evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque using biodex(biodex system3.USA). Evaluation of exercise effect performed each week in joint torque of shoulder, lumbar and knee joint and each month in based physical fitness. Also we adapted 30% of 1RM for muscular endurance and 70% of 1RM for muscle strength as exercise load. The results showed that the difference of maximal peak torque were getting increase significantly during exercise. Also difference of various factor in based physical fitness were getting increase significantly except flexibility and agility. This interpreted that rowing exercise with loading deviation types could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise in same time. These results could be interpret to two ways. One is effect of improving physical fitness for rowing exercise and the other meaned validation of loading deviation in rowing exercise. Our study is going to verify the validation of loading deviation during rowing and we found out that loading deviation could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise for improving muscle unbalance. Our study can be used development of exercise equipment and program for normal people with muscle unbalance. Also that provide effect of whole body exercise to anybody.

석유화학 플랜트 배관계의 응력 및 진동 평가와 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stress and Vibration Evaluations and Application of Piping System in Petrochemical Plant)

  • Here are shown on stress and vibration evaluations and application of piping system in petrochemical plant with and actual example. While stress evaluation by thermal growth has no argument on the calculated results, vibrational evaluations have some different results in accordance with the evaluation methods. In case of the static stress evaluation the ASME B3l.3 code defines 7000 cycles of fatigue lift: in operating the piping system with a design condition. However, the method of vibrational evaluation on piping systems in petrochemical plants has not been established clearly, yet. In this stuffy, it is purposed to present the requirement of a vibrational evaluation method for petrochemical plant piping system, with an actual application.

자동차 알루미늄 필라튜브의 특성평가 (Characteristic Evaluation of Aluminium Filler Tube of Automotive)

  • The characteristic evaluation of an aluminium filler tube for automotive is presented in this paper. The material of filler tube was used AL3003 aluminium. In characteristic evaluation of an aluminium filler, we measured the corrosion, chemical resistance, weight, leak, welding strength, exciting endurance, and the solt spray test etc.. It has been shown that the weight decreased approximately 61% in aluminum filler tube developed comparing with steel filler tube. As the characteristic evaluation on the manufactured aluminium filler it was enough satisfied to use at the automotive filler tube.

Correlation between BMI and Physical Fitness of College Women in Seoul

  • This study investigated the correlation of the physical measurements and the basic physical fitness of 158 female students in the city of Seoul. The average age of the subjects was 22.0 ${\pm}$ 0.13 years old, the average height was 160.9 ${\pm}$ 0.7cm and the average weight was 53.4 ${\pm}$ 0.6kg. The mean BMI (Body Mass Index) was 20.7 ${\pm}$ 0.2kg/㎡. The average muscle mass was 36.5 ${\pm}$ 0.3 and the average body fat percentage was 28.0 ${\pm}$ 0.4%. The basic fitness levels of the subjects were measured based on the evaluation chart of the Korea Health and Science Research Institution (1994). The subjects were divided into 3 groups based on BMI(Group I : BMI < 20, Group II : 20 $\leq$ BMI < 25, Group III BMI $\geq$ 25) and the correlation between BMI and physical fitness was assessed. 1) The muscle strength of the subjects was measured by their grip strength, among other tests. Groups 1 and 2 were evaluated as “su” (level 1) and group 3 was “woo” (level 2). 2) Endurance 1 was tested by push-ups, and while groups 1 and 2 were evaluated as “su” (level 1), group 3 was “ga” (level 5). This result did not suggest any significant relevance among the subjects. 3) Endurance 2 was tested by sit-ups : groups 1 and 2 were evaluated as “mi” (level 3) and group 3 as “yang” (level 4). Group 2 and group 3 showed a significant difference. 4) Instant power was tested by standing high jumps, and although there was a significant difference between group 1 and group 3, all of the subjects were evaluated as “ga” (level 5). 5) Flexibility was measured by how far the subjects could bend forward. There was no significant relevance between the groups and they were all respectively evaluated as “woo” (level 2). 6) Agility was tested with side-steps and all the subjects showed poor agility as “yang” (level 4). 7) Heart and lung endurance was tested by the step test, calculating the maximum oxygen intake with the Physical Energy Index (PEI) and using the numbers according to the evaluation chart. Group 1 was evaluated as “mi” (level 3) and groups 2 and 3 were “woo” (level 2). From these results, we could see the group III (obese group) had a tendency of lower levels in all the variables related to body fitness They showed significantly lower endurance assessed with time for sit-ups and instant power by the standing high jumps. 제주산마의 운동강도별 심폐지구력 측정 (Evaluation of the Cardiorespiratory Endurance of Jeju Crossbred Horses according to Exercise Intensity)

  • 본 연구는 제주산마의 hill test 및 운동 강도별 심폐지구력 측정으로 승용능력 평가를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 수행하였다. 분석에 이용된 제주산마 9두는 경사도 30도 내외의 경사로 800 m를 주행하는 hill test를 실시하였으며, 이 중 6 두는 운동 강도별(moderate, heavy, very heavy) 심폐지구력을 측정하였다. Hill test 주행시간은 평균 205 초였으며, 개체간 편차는 큰 것으로 확인 되었고, moderate exercise와 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 운동 강도별 평균 심박수는 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, 개체간 평균 심박수는 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 회복 심박수는 heavy exercise와 very heavy exercise에서 높은 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 실험결과, 운동 강도별 평균 심박수 차이는 확인 할 수 없었으나, 개체간의 차이는 큰 것으로 확인되었다.

체력진단 평가를 통한 뇌성마비 아동과 정상아동의 운동능력 비교연구 (Comparison of Motor Fitness of Cerebral Palsy Chidren with normal throug Phyisical Fitness Diagnosis Evaluation)

  • The aim of this study is to compared the cerebral palsy children with normal children in the exercise and cardio vascular ability after this study as the fundamental data fer mating programs for the cerebral palsy children. The test of this study is about twenty girls, the control group of the normal children(n=10) and the experiment group of cerebral palsy children(n=10). They were studied in four aspects which were the anthropometry, the medical check in the rest, the physical fitness or exercise roads test and the change of the target heart rate during exercise. The result were as follows : 1. The characteristic of the physical type : The control group is higher than the experiment group in the standing height and the body weight but their's little difference between them (p<0.05). The control group is lower than the experiment group in the body fat. 2. The characteristic of the medical check in the rest : The control group is higher than the experiment group in the vital capacity and flood expiratoryvolume one second. The control group is higher that the experiment group in the blood pressure of systolic and Diastolic. There's little difference between them(p<0.01). The control is lower than the experiment group in the heart pulse rate. There's little difference between them(p<0.005). 3. The characteristic of basic physical strength evaluation : The experiment group is the lowest dynamic muscular endurance, balance, agility and endurance which need to move the body with weight. The control group is much higher than the experiment group in the flexibility and muscle strength(Back strength). There's no difference between them(p<0.05). 4. The characteristics of the exercise stress last : The control group is higher than the experiment group in the endurance, the maximum of oxygen intake, endurance level and the out take of calory. There's little difference between them(p<0.01). 5. The characteristic of the change of the target heart rate during exercise : The control group is lower than the experiment group exchange of target heart rate, There's no difference them.

주행시험기를 이용한 차륜의 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety Evaluation of Wheel Using Roller Rig Tester)

  • The roller rig tester for safety performance evaluation of wheel derailment is a test facility which can give the test load condition to the test wheel, similar to the actual dynamic condition in actual running condition. This study describes the evaluation result on the durability of the resilient wheel equipped with the ring damper and the damping material, and installed in the half part of a full scaled bogie in combination with the primary spring when it rotates under the dynamic condition. The evaluation result on durability of resilient wheel after load test of 2 million cycles shows that the safety of wheel is not affected by the applied load in visual inspection and nondestructive test, however, in the bolt used for fastening the ring damper to the wheel the loosening was found. Accordingly the use of self-locking nut and washer is recommended.
