400kV Enameled Cu 1C${\times}$2500SQ 케이블 접속재 개발 및 실선로 적용 (Development & Practical Installation of 400kV XLPE 1C${\times}$2500SQ Enamel coating Power Cable Accessories)

  • 지중송전라인에서 전압등급의 상승은 선로손실을 줄이면서 밀집된 전력수요에 대응하거나 특별히 고전압 수요를 맞추기 위한 것으로 이것은 XLPE Cable의 제조기술이 향상되면서 지속적으로 진행되어온 초고압송전계통의 일반적 추세이다. 이러한 경향으로 해외에서는 케이블 도체의 송전용량을 증대시킬 수 있는 방법으로 케이블 도체에 에나멜 코팅을 하여 집합을 한다. 그러므로써 기존 케이블에서 발생되는 표피현상 및 근접효과에 의한 AC 저항 요소를 줄여 요구하는 전류용량을 기존 비소선절연 케이블에 비해 더 많이 송전할 수 있다. 하지만, 소선절연 케이블이 전류 용량을 증대 시킬 수 있는 장점은 있으나 접속재의 경우 도체의 에나멜 코팅을 제거해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 당사는 에나멜 코팅을 제거하는 방법을 개발 완료함으로써 본 접속재의 개발을 앞당길 수 있었다. 당사는 쿠웨이트 400kV MEW/C/3931 Project에 400kV XLPE 1C${\times}$2500SQ 소선절연 초고압송전라인을 적용하였는데 본고에서는 여기에 적용된 400kV XLPE 1C${\times}$25000SQ 소전절연 케이블 부속재의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 설계방법, 시험 및 시공에 대하여 요약하였다.

무선전력전송의 효율에 영향 미치는 안테나 구조와 주파수 효과 (The Effects of Antenna Type and Frequency on Wireless Power Transmission)

  • Wireless power transmission which can transmit the electrical power through the air is the promise technology. In this paper, the effects of wireless power transmission using magnetic resonance method have been studied on coil material, resonance frequency, and antenna type. We have found copper tube as a coil material had the better characteristics than that of enameled wire, and the optimal resonance frequency was 13.6MHz in the range of from 1MHz to 20MHz. And the double square spiral type antenna as a load coil was the best. The power transmission distance by magnetic resonance method with 13.6MHz was 150 cm.

Electrical and thermal properties of polyamideimide-colloid silica nanohybrid for magnetic enameled wire

  • Polyamidimide (PAI)-colloidal silica (CS) nanohybrid films were synthesized by an advanced sol-gel process. The synthesized PAI-CS hybrid films have a uniform and stable chemical bonding and there is no interfacial defects observed by TEM. The thermal degradation ratio of PAI-CS (10 wt%) hybrid films is delayed by 100 ℃ compared with pure PAI sample determined by on set temperature range in TGA. The dielectric constant of PAI-CS (10 wt%) hybrid films decreases with increasing CS content up to about 5 wt% but increases at higher CS content, which is not explained simply by effective medium therories (EMT). The duration time of PAI-CS (10 wt%) hybrid coil is 38 sec, which is very longer than that of pure PAI coil sample. The PAI-CS (10 wt%) hybrid film has a higher breakdown voltage resistance than the pure PAI film at surge environment and exhibits superior heat resistance. The PAI-CS (10 wt%) sample shows the advanced and stable thermal emission properties in transformer module compared with the pure PAI sample. This result illustrates that the advanced thermal conductivity and expansion properties of PAI-CS sample in the case of appropriate sol-gel processes brings the stable thermal emission in transformer system. Therefore, new PAI-CS hybrid samples with such stable thermal emission properties are expected to be used as a high functional coating application in ET, IT and electric power products.

TEM법에 의한 모르타르 중의 철근 부식 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of Steel Corrosion in Mortar by TEM Method)

  • Steel, as a reinforcing mechanism in concrete, provides the tensile strength that is lacking in concrete, alone, and the high alkaline environment (pH 12.5) in concrete offers satisfactory protection against most corrosion of the steel. However, the corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete can occur by chloride attack or carbonation, and it can cause a loss of integrity a section and concrete failure through cracking and spalling. In this study, a transient electro magnetic method (TEM) of a nondestructive technique is adapted to study the measuring method of steel corrosion in mortar. The sensor was made of an enameled wire, with a diameter of 0.25mm and anacril. He sensor configuration used was a coincident loop type. The secondary electro motive force (2nd EMF) was measured with SIROTEMIII, which equipped the accelerator. The accelerator allowsthe transmitter to turn off approximately $10\sim15$ times faster than normal. The high-resolution time series, used for very shallow or a high resistivity investigation was selected. After steels were corroded by the salt spray, during 4, 8, 15 and 25 days, they were embedded in mortar. The content results acquired in this study are as follows. The variation of the secondary electro motive force (2nd EMF) was shown by the change of steel surface with different corrosion time steel. It was confirmed that measurement of steel corrosion in mortar by a transient electro-magnetic method (TEM) can be possible.
