This study aims to analyze enactment of China's old and rare books management. For the purpose, the review on China's legal system and management related to old and rare books were studied. And this study investigated 4 laws, 6 administrative regulations, 4 sector regulations, and 13 administrative normativity papers. Among those, 5 major sources for old and rare books management were identified as follows : 1) China's National Civilization Protection Law in 2013, 2) China's Old and Rare Book Organization Directive in 1989, 3) Regulation on Management of Research, Organization, and Publication of Old and Rare Books in 1986, 4) Standards on Grading Classification of Civilization Collections in 2001, and 5) Provisional Regulation on Civilization Auctioning in 2003. Based on the analysis of these sources, this study deduced implications in terms of Chinese old and rare books management such as the necessity to give considerations to 1) the importance of old and rare books management policy, 2) nationwide old and rare books management, 3) expansion of eduction and training of human resources, 4) establishment of institution specializing in old and rare books, and 5) special management of science of Chinese medicine.

The natural environment restoration industry has been newly included in the environment area of engineering technology. Accordingly, the enactment of a standard of estimate for determining the 'Cost plus Fixed Fee' method has become necessary for the implementation and vitalization of natural environment restoration projects. The purpose of this study is to determine the standards for which the prices for engineering projects are calculated with respect to the enactment of an engineering project standard of estimate in the natural environment restoration field. These include the scope of the technological work, standard area, manpower requirements by technical grade that are necessary for carrying out the technological tasks. Relevant laws and regulations, systems and precedent case studies were investigated and analyzed to establish a price calculation standard. The overall results of the analysis were used and applied to questionnaires, public hearings, and expert delphi techniques. The study showed the following results： The scope of the technological work was categorized into 'Biotopes', 'Eco-corridors' and 'Ecological restoration'. The standard area was set up as $1,000m^2$ for 'Biotopes' and $5,000m^2$ for 'Eco-corridors' and 'Ecological restoration'. The manpower requirements by technical grade that are necessary for carrying out the technological tasks were determined. The suitability of the costs, standard area, manpower requirements by technical grade of ordered engineering projects that are determined by applying the standard of estimate for natural environment restoration that may be enacted pursuant to this study may be effectively investigated and analyzed. Moreover, further studies on the calculation of standard prices that can ensure the stability of natural environment restoration projects will be necessary.

The purpose of this study is to prevent enactment of regulations on the basis of fragmented claims by stakeholders about e-government business regulations, and to rather decide whether to introduce regulation by quantitative methods based on cost-benefit analysis. To this end, a quantitative regulatory analysis model is to be prepared based on the policy objectives to be pursued when preparing e-government regulations. First, for regulating e-government business, the policy objectives to be pursued were derived large and small categories by applying the Delphi technique. The importance of each policy objective item was then set by applying the AHP technique. Also, based on this analysis model, the appropriateness of the existing e-government regulations was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, many of the regulations partly met the objectives discussed at the time of enactment, but negative effects were also observed in terms of overall efficiency and consumer benefits.

This paper researched market responses for listed companies in several industries affected by the major oil spill accident off the coast of Taean, in December 7, 2007. The Taean accident triggered considerable concerns in people over the possibility of potential future regulation in shipbuilding and petroleum industries. However, the accident also provided an unexpected business opportunity for environmental clean-up industry and shipbuilding industry. The oil spill triggered the acceleration of the enactment of policies that require all new oil tankers to be constructed with double hull, which is interpreted as a good news for shipbuilding industry. Increased public pressure coupled with the prospect of tightened regulation is expected to decrease the market values of firms in the affected business fields. The stock prices of shipbuilding companies dropped after the incident but dramatically surged after the enactment of the policy in January 31, 2008. Our study also found that companies with more extensive prior environmental disclosure had less negative market reactions during the first sixteen days following the accident.

According to action of 'National University Finance And Accounting Act' enactment, national universities plan to introduce a new university accounting system reflecting the accrual basis and bookkeeping by double entry. For stable execution of the system, it is necessary to construct a national university financial and accounting system to be treated in a lump according to a new university accounting system. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to survey operating status of the existing national university financial and accounting system to prepare for that 'National University Financial And Accounting Act' would pass National Assembly, to draw its problems and to suggest a plan to construct national university financial and accounting system on the basis of the above. It is expected that the proposals suggested by the results of the study will give the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and national universities a help in raising transparency of university finance and be utilized as basic data to construct national university financial and accounting system offering quick management information. to action 'National University Finance And Accounting Act' enactment, national universities plan to introduce a new university accounting system reflecting the accrual basis and accrual basis and bookkeeping by double entry.

This paper proposes a control path analysis mechanism to be used in the workflow mining framework maximizing the workflow traceability and re discoverability by analyzing the total sequences of the control path perspective of a workflow model and by rediscovering their runtime enactment history from the workflow log information. The mechanism has two components One is to generate the total sequences of the control paths from a workflow mode by transforming it to a control path decision tree, and the other is to rediscover the runtime enactment history of each control path out of the total sequences from the corresponding workflow's execution logs. Eventually, these rediscovered knowledge and execution history of a workflow model make up a control path oriented intelligence of the workflow model. which ought to be an essential ingredient for maintaining and reengineering the qualify of the workflow model. Based upon the workflow intelligence, it is possible for the workflow model to be gradually refined and finally maximize its qualify by repeatedly redesigning and reengineering during its whole life long time period.

The purpose of this study is to describe the SW Convergence education class applying the Novel Engineering teaching method during the creative experiential activity time. We developed a SW convergence education program for a patriotism class applying Novel Engineering, a new educational method instead of writing and drawing. Through this lesson program, students can improve their problem-solving ability based on their computational thinking and enhance their love spirit about country. Students read a book that tells the story of patriot, writes the historical scene presented in the book through scenarios through Re-enactment, and implements the simulation situation using Lego WeDo 2.0. The results of this study based on the analysis of the data on the questionnaire showed that there is a significant students' change through the SW convergence education program for patriotism class. In the future, we will expand the scope to more various grades and subjects so that we can generalize the effectiveness of SW convergence education applying Novel Engineering.

Since Sirimavo Bandarinaike became the first female prime minister in 1960, women all over the world has been trying to break the highest glass ceiling. In a place where men had been dominating throughout history, women political leaders had to find a way to look the part by wearing power suits. Feminity was out of the question until the digital era of 21st century started. The world has evolved into a place where feminity could be strength instead of weakness. Now women political leaders are showing body curves, cleavage, using vivid and pastel colors, soft fabrics, elaborate details, accessories, long and curly hair. The padded shoulders of dark coloured power suits were replaced by soft colorful flowing feminine suits. Yulia Tymoshenko of Ukraine is the best example of 21st century woman political leader using feminity in her fashion style while enacting her role. When she first started politics in 1990's, she wore dark colored power suits like all other women political leaders did with short dark hair. As time passed her suits became more feminine with light colors and elaborate details. She has changed her hair into a neat braid, based on a traditional Ukrainian hair style. She used orange color for the Orange Revolution and white for pure image. Yulia Tymoshenko's fashion style as a way of role enactment showed professionalism, feminity, integrity, and ethnicity.

It is estimated that electronic commerce facilitates international trade and lower transaction cost and help firms make the best of the opportunities of market access. The comprehensive programs had been implemented to provide better electronic commerce environments by international organizations such as OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC, ICC and etc. Especially, WTO plays the most important role to implement efficient forms and rules on electronic commerce after Doha Ministerial Conference. Member countries recognize the need to conduct the electronic commerce in compliance with the principles and rules of WTO. However, there are many issues to be solved such as the clarifications of concepts and definitions, the possibility of adaptation of technological neutrality in GATS, the imposition of taxation in electronic commerce transactions and the methods of protecting copying as well as trademark. The Implementation of concrete forms and rules of electronic commerce in the WTO will be influential to international trade as the member countries have to adapt them in their transactions. Considering that further discussion will be continued in GATS, we need to analyze the problems and strategies for electronic commerce. As there are not concrete international laws for e-commerce, the existing laws must be revised and changed and each country need to present the enactment direction of e-commerce law to streamline e-commerce and to prevent trading partners from conflicting due to legal problems.

REM sleep behavior disorder is parasomnia characterized by unpleasant dreams and dream-enactment behaviors associated with excessive electromyography activity in REM sleep. This may appear idiopathic or secondary to other neurological or medical conditions. REM sleep behavior disorder, which appears to be idiopathic, most often implies the possibility of later neurodegenerative diseases due to synucleinopathy, so accurate diagnosis is important in predicting prognosis. For the diagnosis of REM sleep behavioral disorder, REM sleep without atonia, which appears in the polysomnography, is essential. Obstructive sleep apnea, trauma-related sleep disorders, and vigorous periodic leg movements during sleep are known as diseases that show dream enactment behavior in elderly patients. Considering that it may be accompanied by other sleep disorders that can mimic REM sleep behavioral disorders, it is important to differentiate sleep
