항공법 개정에 따라 군용항공기의 운용에 관한 입법의 필요성이 제기 되어 군용항공기의 특정에 부합하는 입법 방향의 설정이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 현행 군용항공기지법의 문제점을 분석하고, 외국의 군관련 입법현황을 소개하며, 군관련 항공법의 제 개정시 필요한 내용을 제시함으로써, 군용항공기의 운용에 대한 입법적 지원과 전반적인 개선방향을 연구 검토해 보고자 한다.

Domestic CM market has continued to grow, and the CM services in the international market is evaluated as a high value-added area. However, CM services are currently being challenged to perform its genuine CM roles because of the limitations by government's CM policies, market size, business functions, and technology capabilities. In order to identify the issues for revitalization of CM, this study analyzed the history of CM studies through a thorough review of the previous literatures that have been published since the enactment of CM policies in 1996. Based on this literature review, it is expected to suggest strategies that could improve current immature CM systems.

This paper attempts to solve the problems what is Making Livable City for and how to implement their scheme in the future. The purpose of this article is two. First, it is a examination of the background and main concept of Making Liviable City that was proposed last year end and compare with similar urban development strategies. Second, it is proposed direction and scheme that is workable to implement in local community level especially, throuth the participants' role for Making Livable City. It is concluded that is needed to develop indicator for Livable City, reinforcement of administrative capacity, formation of political mood for paticipation, and enactment of Act of Making Livable City. Impications are discussed for significance of mutual cooperative endeavour and partnerships between participants in decision-making.

Smart contracts are implemented by blockchain technology, which stores the terms of the contracts of both parties on the blockchain. In the event of an international dispute over smart contracts and blockchains, no special solution has been proposed, such as the enactment of the International Unification Act. The blockchain platform which operates smart contracts is decentralized and operates through distributed nodes around the world without central servers, making it difficult to establish jurisdiction and governing laws. As an alternative to traditional dispute-solving methods, a new mediation model-smart arbitration-is being attempted. The arbitration process is likely to be a preferred means of resolving disputes over smart contracts in practice. There are many problems, such as the fairness of the arbitration center on the selection and judgment of arbitrators, the question of securing reliability, the question of the validity of the arbitration agreement, and how much the court can be involved in the case. Preparations at the national level, such as fostering blockchains and smart contract experts, and overhauling the legal system, are needed.

최근 전기설비의 안전성 확보와 인체감전보호를 위해 저압차단기 관련 국제표준 부합화 및 이에 근거한 관련 전기설비기술기준이 제 개정되었다. 저압차단기의 용도에 따른 안전과 특성기준을 구체화하여 설계, 시공 및 검사 등에 필요한 전기설비기술기준의 판단기준 제 개정 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

The U.K. Bills of Lading Act 1855 had sought to circumvent the problems arising from the doctrine of privity of contracts. Among the principal factors in the introduction of the Act was the exceptional decision of the court in the case of Grant Norway. The Act 1855 was intended to reverse Grant Norway, but has no effect whatever. As it was not properly drafted, there had been a lot of situations where the Act 1855 was not applicable. In those cases, the courts have implied a contract between cosignee and carrier. This is the effect of the common law Brandt v. Liverpool doctrine. With the enactment of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1992, all of the problems shall be resolved. It repeals the Act 1855 and replaces it with provisions covering not only B/L but also sea waybills and ship's delivery orders. According to the new law, title to sue is now vested in the lawful holder of a bill of lading, the consignee identified in a sea waybill or the person entitled to delivery under a ship's delivery order, irrespective of whether or not they are owners of the goods covered by the document.

The purpose of this is to analyze environment of foreign direct investment and Act in Korea and to find invitation and extension of foreign direct investment into Korea. Investment incentives, simplification of investment procedures, image improvement, increased public relations and investment support services are all factors which can be enhanced in the short term to positively influence investors decision-making in where to invest. Since the enactment of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act in November of 1998, there has been a signification improvement in Korea's investment environment in terms of policies and systems. It is expected that the foreign direct investment environment in Korea will continue to improve through the improvement in political stability, labor-management relations and easing of political tensions between the North and South, in the long term, as well as through improvements in investment incentives, investment procedures and public relations activities, in the short term.

Today diving activity and technology are indispensable for underwater technology and offshore engineering. And then diving business is still more important to business of subsea. This study surveyed the issue of diving activity in Korea as for compared foreign diving activity. This paper analyzed the status of diving business that include commercial and sport-leisure diving business and development of commercial divers in Korea. This paper reputed the object, the necessity and the character of commercial divers. For the purpose of this study is considered in order to analyze the environment of commercial divers and propose the planning for industrial diving business. Under the present circumstance in Korea this development planning study may be restricted. but the effective planning to activate Korean commercial diving business is abstracted as follows; First, establishment of new course, grade, certificate and licence test for diver is a pre-requisite factor for the successful enactment. Second, the political assistance of concerned government authority is needed. Third, establishment of Korean diving school and medical center for divers are strongly required. Forth, setting up the department of diving activity in university.

소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.

Objectives : Since its enactment in 1987, the 56 standard prescriptions covered by insurance have remained unchanged from its original version. In this study, we tried to discover most frequently used herbal combinations by analyzing prescriptions used in actual clinical settings. Methods : We have built Structured Query Language to analyze herbal combination and progressed this analysis through analyzing the frequencies of medicinal herb combinations in medical prescription slips. Results : We have found out that traditional Korean medical doctors use about 13 herbs in a prescriptions and usually use 253 kinds of herb. And We have found out the most frequently used herbal combination. Conclusions : In this study, We can suggest new method to decide what do we need on insurance prescriptions.
