결혼이주여성의 공적개발원조 사업 참여를 위한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Research on Married Immigrant Women's Participation in the Official Development Assistance Programs)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of recruiting married immigrant women to participate in the Official Development Assistance (ODA) program. We used focus group interviews to understand their experiences with ODA, their intent to participate in the ODA, and the resources and barriers to ODA participation. The data were collected from 14 married immigrant women who were actively engaged in the labor force in Seoul and Gyunggi areas. Data were analyzed based on the thematic analysis method. Four themes were identified including the women's experiences, motivation, barriers, and resources for ODA participation. Out of the 14 women, three had participated in the ODA and were happy with the experiences. The rest of the women wanted to participate in the ODA that supported their home countries. The results also highlighted that these married immigrant women had capabilities including a strong desire to participate in vocational development and support from their families, but they also had barriers to overcome such as a lack of work capacity, child care burden, and difficulty forming relationships with Korean colleagues. Despite these barriers, they were motivated to participate in the ODA since it would be very meaningful for them to help their home country and to improve awareness of Korea and married immigrant women. It is important to develop vocational education programs for these women to enhance the work skills that are needed in the ODA.

Andersen모형을 적용한 장애인의 경제적 노후준비에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Study of the Factors Influencing the Economic Retirement Preparation for People Living with Disabilities Based on Andersen's Behavioral Model)

  • 본 연구는 장애인들의 경제적 노후준비에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 Andersen의 행동모형을 적용하였다. 2012년 5월 21일부터 7월 31일까지 조사한 장애인고용패널 5차년도 자료 중 30세 이상 60세 이하 2869명을 대상으로 SPSS 20 program을 이용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 장애인의 노후준비에 영향을 미치는 소인요인으로는 학력, 결혼상태이고, 기능요인에서는 취업여부, 비수급여부 및 자가주택 여부가 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 노후준비가능성이 높았다. 또한, 총수입이 증가할수록 노후준비 가능성도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 욕구요인에서는 주관적 사회경제적 지위, 일상생활만족도 및 자아존중감이 높을수록 노후준비가능성은 증가하였다. 이에 장애인의 경제적인 노후준비를 돕기 위해서는 그들의 다각적인 요인을 파악하고 개별적인 요구들을 반영할 수 있는 정책마련 및 프로그램이 운영 되어야 할 것이다.

고용서비스기관과 사용기업의 상호욕구가 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (An influence mutual desire having on to a business result of employment service organization and use company)

  • 본 논문은 고용서비스 기관의 서비스 품질과 사용기업의 관리능력이 파견직 근로자의 조직만족과 사용 기업의 업무성과 개선에 대해 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 서울, 경기지역 근로자 파견기업. 사용기업, 파견직 근로자를 설문조사를 실시하여, 근로자 파견기업 81부, 사용기업 83부, 파견직 근로자 79부 중 응답에 문제없는 파견직 근로자 79를 분석 사용하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등에 의해 분석되었다. 본 논문의 독립변수는 파견기업의 서비스 품질이며, 통제변수는 사용기업에 대한 만족도, 파견기업에 대한 만족도, 성별, 연령, 학력, 직위, 근무경력으로 구분하였다, 또한 중속변수는 업무성과의 개선, 직무만족이다. 분석결과는 첫째, 파견직에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 둘째 파견회사의 전문성이 클수록, 서비스능력이 좋을수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 사용기업의 적극성(관리능력)이 클수록 업무성과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다.

노인의 직업활동 활성화 방안 구축을 위한 기초연구 (The Activation of Job Performance of the Elderly in Korea)

  • In modem society, elderly people's continual working is not only effective for realizing elderly welfare but is also an efficient scheme for improving national competitive power with the aging of societies. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain confirmed data on the methods by which people can prepare for elderly people's working and increase the workforce participation rate. The study subjects were 300 male and female elderly people over the age of 60, living and working in Seoul. The method of sampling was purposive sampling in which the subject are extracted and assigned according to their occupations and gender. The results were as follows. Firstly, elderly people have a strong desire for employment stability. Secondly, they lack knowledge on obtaining information about jobs and approaching their desired job field. Thirdly, the subjects suggested that it is necessary to raise the level of social recognition about elderly people's working and to develop an environment that is conducive for increasing the working rate of the elderly.

어머니의 격리불안 척도의 개발 (Development of the Maternal Separation Anxiety Scale)

  • The purpose of this study was the development of a scale to assess maternal anxiety after mother-child separation. Subjects consisted of 384 mothers who had children from 6 to .36 months of age. A questionnaire consisting of eighty Likert-type items and Spielberger's(1970) State Anxiety Scale were administered to mothers and data were analyzed using item analysis. factor analysis. multiple regression. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Pearson's correlation and F-test. Sixty of the eighty items were significant and deemed acceptible through item discrimination method with indices ranging from. 32 to .95. Factor analytic procedures have selected 54 items of the 60-item scale and supported a 5-factor solution. The subscales labeled 'Maternal Separation Anxiety'. 'Perception of Separation Effects on the Child', 'Desire for Physical Cuddling and Closeness'. 'Attitudes toward the Value or Importance of Exclusive Maternal Care' and 'Employment-related Separation Concerns,' Finally. a multiple regression analysis conducted to reduce the length of the scale yielded a 39-item form for the Maternal Separation Anxiety Scale(MSAS). Internal consistency of the MSAS was high(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ =.85). The correlation of the MSAS with the Spielberger's State Anxiety measure yielded a coefficient of .36, revealing a moderate and positive relationship.

공간정보를 활용한 스마트 고령자일자리 맞춤형 검색서비스 (Smart Senior Job Search: The Elderly-oriented Services for Job Searching with the Spatial Information)

  • In the cases of the major cities, high poverty rate of the elderly, immature pension policies, and insufficient market conditions, policies and services for the employment of the elderly decrease the desire for the job participation. It is time to prevent the problems of the elderly, and induce the reachable seniors to participate in social activities. This research provides the location-based, customized job-search service for the elderly in order to actively support the participation in the economic activities of the elderly. The goal of SSJS(Smart Senior Job Search) is to provide the individual elderly with the customized position. It prints the appropriate positions near user location based on the residential area, job classification, and the physical condition, and provides the mash-up of the selectable job range in the unit distance based on the map. This customized service, which enables the seniors to select the type of the jobs based on their physical, mental and life conditions of the seniors, supports the participation in economic activities of the elderly people, and contribute to the expansion of the social job positions for the elderly and the equalization of the local development.

觀光開發を核としたむらづくりと住民の組織的活動 -大間間町小平集落を事例として- (A Report of a Rural Construction with Sight-seeinng Development as Leading Project and Methodical Activities of Inhabitants -The Case of Odaira Hamlet, Oomama Town, Gumma Prefecture-)

  • It is a important problem that the adjustment of a rural settlementas a unit of rural community, and many number of researcher tackled its. The aim of this paper is to verificate the process of rural con-struction, that is applied the regional resources, and to introduce the situation of attending inhabitants, and their employments as a results of this planning. We chose Odaira hamlets in Oomama town, it is located in Gunma prefecture as an object of this study. Odaira is a small village in the mauntain, and it is composed only 135 families. Odaira is an underpopulated hamlet. It is engaged no lively farming and forestry. Most of inhabitants are commuting to the cities around here. Inhabitants of Odaira who are conscious of the conditions of declining hamlet organized a group to improve it. This group have investigated all around the hamlet as a system of workshop. And they found the resources for sight-seeing, crops as the regional products, and other resources for rural planning under three keywords ; resources for the sight-seeing, the rigional products, and theimprovement of environments. In many resources, most important thing was the existens of a stalactite cave come down as a legend from old time. Local government of Oomama town and the inhabitants tried to explorate of stalactite cave and succesed to excavate it. They have constructed two facilities for management, parkaround the stalactite cave and these have been a new place of work for inhabitants. Arrangement of the rural constructions developed to other items schemed acording to the master plan, like as a camping ground, bungalows, a wet botanical garden, and a park beside a river. These also produced the new places of work for 54 people as a result of this rural planning. The most of them were the aged peoples and the women of farmer. The highest age was 83 years old, he is working at the camping ground. In the employment system at Odaira, people who desire to work and desire to employ both registrate to a commission of management of Odaira, and this commission arrange them in case of needs.

여성결혼이민자 취업향상을 위한 지원 방안에 관한 델파이분석 (A Study on Supportive Measures to Improve the Job Training and Employment of the Married Immigrant Women by Delphi Survey)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여성결혼이민자들의 높은 취업욕구를 전제로 객관적이고 전문적인 관점에서 그들의 취업에 필요한 조건을 갖추도록 지원하기 위한 지원방안을 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다문화가족지원 관련 전문가 13명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 2013년 12월 20일부터 2014년 6월 5일까지 3차례에 걸쳐 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 빈도, 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차 등의 기술통계와 조사도구의 내적 신뢰도 검사를 위해 Kendall's W를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 여성결혼이민자 본인, 자녀, 시부모나 남편, 기관, 그리고 정부 등 5가지 차원에서 서비스, 프로그램, 그리고 정책적 내용이 도출되었다. 도출된 프로그램의 중요도는 수준별 한국어교육의 체계화가 가장 높게 나왔고 취업교육 중 탁아서비스, 시부모와 남편의 배려, 자녀 양육보조 서비스, 기관의 프로그램 개발, 정부 부처 간 연계 및 통합시스템 등이 중요한 항목으로 도출되었다. 델파이 조사결과의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 켄달의 W검증을 한 결과, 중요항목에 대한 전문가의 의견이 통계적으로 일치하였다. 델파이 조사 결과를 토대로 취업욕구와 연계된 다양한 수준의 한국어교육 체계 구축, 가족의 지원을 이끌어내기 위한 서비스 마련, 한국의 직장문화에 대한 소양교육, 정책적 재고의 필요성을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역의 보건의료수준이 의료자원의 양적, 질적 격차와 의료이용과 의료접근도 및 건강수준의 면 등에서 도시지역보다 낙후되어 있다는 사실을 각종 통계지표를 이용하여 논증하였다. 다음으로 이러한 격차를 빚은 농촌보건사업의 문제점을 파악하여 이에 대한 대처방안을 농촌보건사업의 조직, 인력, 시설 및 장비, 재원 및 그리고 관리라는 5가지 부문으로 나누어서 모색해 보았는데 구체적으로는 첫째, 농촌보건 인력의 자질향상과 적정배치방안의 수립, 둘째, 농촌보건인력의 생산성 증대, 셋째, 보건소 및 지소의 운영개선, 넷째, 취약지 민간병원의 운영 개선, 다섯째, 사회, 경제여건의 변화에 따른 새로운 보건사업의 개발, 여섯째, 통합적인 보건의료인력관리 전담기관의 설립 등의 정책대안을 제시하고 있다.

Labor Market Governance and Regional Development in The Philippines: Uneven Trends and Outcomes

  • Globalization has fuelled the desire for simplicity and flexibility in rules and processes within nations. de Soto (2000) calls for the simplification of rules to enable people to join the formal economy. Friedman (2005) echoes the need for simpler rules, to attract business and capital. Market-based approaches to governing have been adopted in many nations due to globalization. Recent developments demonstrate that such approaches fail. Globalization may lead to impoverishment in the absence of proper forms of governance (Cooney 2000). That is why it has the tendency to become a "race to the bottom." Regulatory measures can be costly, and the costs of doing business are uneven across nations. This unevenness is being used as a comparative advantage. Others call this regulatory competition (Smith-Bozek 2007) or competitive governance (Schachtel and Sahmel 2000), which is similar to the model of Charles Tiebout. Collaborative governance is an approach that governments could use in lieu of the competitive method. Mechanisms that enable stakeholders to exchange information, harmonize activities, share resources, and enhance capacities (Himmelman 2002) are needed. Philippine public policy encourages a shift in modes of realizing labor market governance outcomes from command to collaboration (Sale and Bool 2010B; Sale 2011). Is labor market governance and regional development in the Philippines collaborative? Or is the opposite - competitive governance (Tiebout model) - more evident? What is the dominant approach? This preliminary research tackles these questions by looking at recent data on average and minimum wages, wage differentials, trade union density, collective bargaining coverage, small and bigger enterprises, employment, unemployment and underemployment, inflation, poverty incidence, labor productivity, family income, among others, across regions of the country. The issue is studied in the context of legal origins. Cultural explanations are broached.
