Enhancing Similar Business Group Recommendation through Derivative Criteria and Web Crawling

  • Effective recommendation of similar business groups is a critical factor in obtaining market information for companies. In this study, we propose a novel method for enhancing similar business group recommendation by incorporating derivative criteria and web crawling. We use employment announcements, employment incentives, and corporate vocational training information to derive additional criteria for similar business group selection. Web crawling is employed to collect data related to the derived criteria from 'credit jobs' and 'worknet' sites. We compare the efficiency of different datasets and machine learning methods, including XGBoost, LGBM, Adaboost, Linear Regression, K-NN, and SVM. The proposed model extracts derivatives that reflect the financial and scale characteristics of the company, which are then incorporated into a new set of recommendation criteria. Similar business groups are selected using a Euclidean distance-based model. Our experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of similar business group recommendation. Overall, this study demonstrates the potential of incorporating derivative criteria and web crawling to enhance similar business group recommendation and obtain market information more efficiently.

제대군인 취업에 관한 연구 - 민간기업 취업을 중심으로 - (A Study on Employment of Discharged Military Personnel -Establishment and Management of Private Military Company-)

  • The Republic of Korea, ranked as the 5th military power according to the size of its ground troops, discharges more than 200,000 manpower to the society annually; more than 13,000 of them are officers. The re-employment rate of discharged military personnels, who experience early retirement of 5 to 15 years compared to general public officers, is very low, only amounting to 53.2%. On the other hand, major developed countries exhibit great national scale of effort to take responsibility in helping the settlement of the soldiers who have dedicated their career for their countries. The re-employment rate amounts to 94%. Fully acknowledging such disparity, this paper examines various policies on discharged members support of developed countries, and aims to suggest developmental model on employment support designed for discharged members in the Republic of Korea.

대학 빅데이터 기반 학생 취업 로드맵 추천에 관한 연구 (A Study on University Big Data-based Student Employment Roadmap Recommendation)

  • The number of new students at many domestic universities is declining. In particular, private universities, which are highly dependent on tuition, are experiencing a crisis of existence. Amid the declining school-age population, universities are striving to fill new students by improving the quality of education and increasing the student employment rate. Recently, there is an increasing number of cases of using the accumulated big data of universities to prepare measures to fill new students. A representative example of this is the analysis of factors that affect student employment. Existing employment-influencing factor analysis studies have applied quantitative models such as regression analysis to university big data. However, since the factors affecting employment differ by major, it is necessary to reflect this. In this paper, the factors affecting employment by major are analyzed using the data of University C and the decision tree model. In addition, based on the analysis results, a roadmap for student employment by major is recommended. As a result of the experiment, four decision tree models were constructed for each major, and factors affecting employment by major and roadmap were derived.

  • The job mismatch between job seekers and SMEs is becoming more and more intensifying with the serious difficulties in youth employment. In this study, a bi-directional content-based metric learning model is proposed to recommend suitable jobs for job seekers and suitable job seekers for SMEs, respectively. The proposed model not only enables bi-directional recommendation, but also enables HR matching without relearning for new job seekers and new job offers. As a result of the experiment, the proposed model showed superior performance in terms of precision, recall, and f1 than the existing collaborative filtering model named NCF+GMF. The proposed model is also confirmed that it is an evolutionary model that improves performance as training data increases.

텍스타일 기반 창조기업의 역량강화를 위한 교육평가 연구 (A Study for Competency Enhancing of Creative Enterprise based on Textile Materials)

  • The study analyzed the result of a survey on educational programs after the provision of professional development education in textile-based industries, with the aim of suggesting a method of evaluating professional development education, by shedding new light on the educational contents and environment required by industries and on the components required to strengthen competence based on an evaluation of the outcomes of such educational programs. Methods of analysis included frequency & average analysis, ANOVA and portfolio analysis, and a questionnaire containing seven questions on satisfaction with 'educational contents,' six questions on satisfaction with 'educational environment,' three questions on educational effect and questions on overall satisfaction with education was used as an analysis tool. Data used in the analysis was obtained through a survey of the attendants of lectures given from January 2014 to September 2014, and the respondents included 30 persons enrolled in CEO courses, 167 persons enrolled in employment courses and 101 persons enrolled in employment & start-up business courses. The results of the research are as follows. 1. Looking at frequency distribution by educational course, it was shown, from highest to lowest, to be Incumbent Courses (167 persons, 56%), Employment & Start-up Courses (101 persons, 33.9%) and CEO Courses (30 persons, 10.1%). Looking at average analysis by question, the value of most questions on Employment & Start-up Courses turned out to be lower than Employment Courses and CEO Courses. 2. Through a variance analysis on questions related to educational courses (Employment & Start-up Course, Incumbent Course & CEO Course) and post-verification, it turned out that Employment Course is in the same group as the CEO Course in most questions, and that Employment & Start-up Course was a separate group. 3. Overall satisfaction with education turned out to be as high, at 4.1 out of 5. 4. Through a portfolio analysis on educational courses, it was found that 'Overall Satisfaction with Educational Contents,' 'Usefulness of Educational Contents,' 'Overall Satisfaction with Educational Environment' and 'Quality and Ability of Instructors' were included in areas of recommendation.

  • 최근 모바일 기기 및 소셜 미디어 서비스의 발전으로 인해, 콘텐츠 추천 기법에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 그러한 콘텐츠 추천 기법들은 일반적으로 취업 큐레이션 시스템에 적용된다. 대부분의 기존 대학 교육 콘텐츠 추천 기법은 해당 학생의 학교, 전공 등을 바탕으로 가장 많이 수강한 과목만을 추천하기 때문에 각 학생이 원하는 취업의 형태나 분야 등이 고려되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 취업 큐레이션 시스템 기반의 개인 맞춤형 교육 콘텐츠 추천 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 사용자가 취업 큐레이션 시스템에서 활동한 내용을 바탕으로 사용자가 원하는 취업 형태와 취업 분야를 분석하여 관심 기업을 도출한다. 제안하는 기법은 도출된 관심 기업을 바탕으로 관심 기업에 취업한 졸업생들의 신뢰도와 유사도를 측정하여 참고할만한 졸업생을 선정하고 협업 필터링을 통해 사용자에게 맞춤형 교과목, 비교과목, 자율 활동 목록을 추천한다.

  • 많은 대학교에서 다양한 교과 및 비교과 활동을 통해 학생들의 취업 역량을 향상하기 위해 노력하고 있지만, 취업을 준비하는 학생마다 목표와 하고자 하는 활동이 다르다. 따라서 기존에 획일적이고 종합적으로 제공하고 있는 프로그램이 실제로 학생들에게 적합한지 여부를 판단하기 어려우므로 개인화 추천 시스템의 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 충북대학교의 모든 학생에게 일괄적으로 제안되고 있는 비교과 프로그램을 학년 및 학과별로 분류하여 제시하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 학생의 평점 데이터를 사용하여 협업 필터링 모델 3가지를 구현하고, 성능을 비교해 가장 정확도가 높은 모델로 개인화된 맞춤형 추천을 제안한다.

일부 치위생과 재학생의 학과선택 만족도 및 취업의식변화 (Satisfaction with Department Selection and Changes in a Sense of Employment Among Some Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze motivation of entrance into the college, knowledge prior to the entrance, satisfaction with their major, and a sense of employment after graduation among students majoring in dental hygiene at some colleges and subdivide them by grades for comparative analysis to determine the progress of changes in general characteristics, department satisfaction, and a sense of employment among students majoring in dental hygiene for the recent three years and provide basic data for improving dental hygienic education. Questionnaires were distributed to 520 students majoring in dental hygiene at some college in South Chungcheong, South Jeolla, and North Jeolla Provinces, followed by explanation of the purport of the research and the content of the questionnaire; after completion, 513 copies were used for analysis with exception of 7 copies with insincere responses. The analysis of the data examined resulted in the following conclusions: First, Changes in Department Satisfaction among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene As for motivation of entrance into a college, less and less students chose the department of dental hygiene through recommendation by parents or seniors while more and more students chose their major due to easy employment. Less and less students obtained information on the department from a college application guidebook while more and more students obtained it through Internet. There was also a gradual increase in prior knowledge about the department and in satisfaction with their major. More and more students had no will to change their course. Second, Changes in a Sense of Employment among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene There was a gradual decrease in the number of students who would follow friends' or their own decision in selecting workplace but an increase in the number of those who would follow their professors' opinion. There was a gradual increase in the number of students who wanted to be employed in workplace with good social perception; many students wanted to be employed in a personal dental clinic, a general hospital, or a public health center; and more and more students also wanted to be employed in a school dental health center or to become a government official or an educator.

종교계 대학에 있어서 교직원 채용의 자유와 제한 (Free Employment and Qualification of Faculty in Religious University)

  • 최근(2008. 4. 14) 국가인권위원회의 종교계 대학들에 대한 권고 결정이 종교계 학교들의 채용관행에 대한 논쟁을 불러 일으켰다. 종교계 학교는 특정종교의 진리와 정신을 건학이념으로 설립된 학교이다. 비교법적으로 검토해 보면 학교 기타 교육기관이 전체 또는 중요한 부분에서 특정 종교 또는 종교 법인, 협회, 단체에 의해 소유, 지원, 통제 또는 관리되는 경우 또는 그러한 기관의 교과가 특정 종교의 전파를 목적으로 하는 경우에, 그러한 학교나 기타 교육기관 또는 교습 기관이 특정한 종교를 가진 피고용인을 고용 또는 채용하는 것이 허용되고 있다. 따라서 학교의 역사, 사명, 교직원과 학생들의 종교, 학생들의 종교활동, 그리고 커리큘럼에 대한 종교적 관점 등을 검토하여 종교계 학교로 판단되면 특정 종교인에 대한 채용의 자유를 부정하기 어렵다고 판단된다. 이 글은 종교계 학교의 교직원 채용 시 지원자가 특정 종교인일 것을 조건으로 하는 것이 우리 법제상 위법인가에 대하여 주로 노동법적 차원에서 비교법적으로 검토해 보았다.

커피교육서비스 품질이 교육만족도, 추천의도, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 :관광·외식분야 취업준비생을 대상으로 (Influences of Coffee Education Service Quality on Educational Satisfaction, Intention to Recommend, and Job Preparatory Behavior : Focusing on Job Searchers in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry)

  • 본 연구는 커피관련 기업에 취업을 희망하는 교육생들이 인식하는 커피교육서비스 품질이 교육만족도와 추천의도를 통해 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 도출한 5개의 연구가설을 토대로 하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 보여준다. 첫째, 커피교육서비스 품질은 교육만족도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도는 추천의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육만족도는 취업준비행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육만족도는 커피교육서비스 품질이 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 교육만족도는 커피교육서비스 품질이 취업 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는, 커피교육서비스 품질, 만족도 연구에 폭넓고 다양한 교육생들의 특성을 알아보고 향후 교육서비스의 방향성 및 커피교육 기관의 경쟁력 제고에 도움이 되는 실무적 제언을 제공한다.
