The purpose of this study was to identify a determent of mastery approach goal and performance approach goal using a basic concept of goal orientations and goal setting theory, and to evaluate a preference of goal achievement index as a balance score card (BSC). The study model proposed had a adoptable level of goodness of fit index(.94) and root mean square residual(.08). The meditating variable, goal contribution, totally mediated the impact of goal commitment, Y-theory human behavior, and self-efficacy but organizational resource contribution for pursuing goal orientation. Moreover, goal contribution significantly determined mastery approach goal(p<.01) and performance approach goal(.05). In standardized effects, the most powerful antecedent of mastery approach goal and performance approach goal were in order of organizational resource contribution(.27/.28), goal contribution(.21/.17), self-efficacy(.07/.06), and Y -theory human behavior and goal commitment(.05/.05), respectively. Moreover, goal contribution had a more powerful impact on mastery approach goal(.21) rather than performance approach goal(.17). In the preference of BSC, all job types preferred learning and growth index in first. In the second preference, medical doctors and pharmacists chose financial results, nurses customer service, and office managers internal processes. Each job type reflected its' own preferred BSC index to that of the other job types. In comparing a preference of four BSC index of each own job type, it was statistically different at p<.001. In conclusion, one who emphasize organizational goal contribution in pursuing goal orientation has a more strong orientation toward mastery approach goal rather than performance approach goal. A hospital should overcome and harmonize the different preferences of four BSC index since the differences might cause organizational conflicts among job types with having each unique professional norm.

The objective of this study is to select reward measure of improved business results. Grain sharing is defined as a compensation system that is designed to provide for variable compensation and to support an employee involvement process by rewarding the members of a group or organization for improvements in organizational performance. Gains, as measured by a predetermined formula, are shared with all eligible employees, typically through the payment of cash bonuses. Generally sales, profit, value-added, cost reduction portion and otherthings have been used as gains, otherwise improved business results, without any proof which is correlated to productivity improvement. This paper suggests which business result is fit reward measure for each business types and sizes.

The present study investigatesthe reliability and validity of the innovation leadership scale. Originally the seven factors with 25 items were developed through literature review. With a sample of 177 employees in a large company, the results of factor analyses showed that the five-factor model with 14 items had a better fit to the data than the seven-factor model. These five factors were innovativeness pursue, problem solving, vision presentation, risk-taking, and showing initiative. All of these factors were significantly related to various criteria such as identification with the group, attachment to the group, organizational commitment, and supervisor satisfaction, confirming criterion-related validity of the scale. Results of multiple regression analyses showedthat risk taking and showing initiative were more important predictors in explaining criteria. Finally, implications and limitations were discussed. The findings suggest that the key factors of innovation leadership were initiative and risk-taking.
Social enterprise in Korea has faced with many problems such as small size, management capability, lack of technology and weak ability to obtain resources despite its quantitative growth, raising concern over sustainability of social enterprises. Despite such tough environment, unique feature of social enterprise, differentiated from commercial enterprise is that it has clear social mission. In addition, social enterprise has the organizational feature in that vulnerable social group of workers coexists with ordinary workers, and plays a role of helping independence of vulnerable social group. Due to this feature, successful organizational socialization of members in social enterprise is a very important feature. Based on assumption that social mission of social enterprise can be utilized as the unique competitiveness of social enterprise through vision-sharing in the organization, and may give positive effects on successful organizational socialization of organization members, this study aims to conduct empirical research on relationship between vision-sharing and organizational socialization and to explore mediation effects of organizational health as organizational environmental element in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. This study was conducted on 156 employees working at social enterprises. As a result of study, first, vision sharing is found to have positive effects on organizational socialization at social enterprises. Second, vision sharing in social enterprise has positive effects on organizational health. Third, vitality and community-oriented in social enterprise are found to have mediation effects among lower elements of organizational health in relationship between vision sharing and organizational socialization. In conclusion, it is confirmed that the more visions of organization are shared, the more members recognize their organization healthy, resulting in successful organizational socialization. This study is meaningful in that it presents the plans for successful organizational socialization of members of social enterprise including vulnerable groups and that it is the empirical study on plans of social enterprise on human resource management.
As knowledge management is recognized as a core value of organizations, organizations are increasing their investment in policies and technologies for knowledge management. However, since SMEs have relatively few resources to support knowledge sharing, which is the core of knowledge management, there is a possibility that continuous knowledge management will be difficult. This study suggests the negative motivation(job burnout) on the knowledge hoarding of SME employees and the conditions to be improved at the organizational level (shared goal, knowledge sharing culture, and person-organization fit). In this study, a hypothesis was presented through a study related to transaction theory to explain the stress in the relationship between the organization and the individual. This study collected samples through a questionnaire targeting workers of SMEs with knowledge management policies. In addition, the hypothesis was verified by performing structural equation modeling. As a result of the study, shared goal and knowledge sharing culture reduced knowledge hoarding through mitigating job burnout. In particular, person-organization fit moderated the relationship between shared goal, knowledge sharing culture, and job burnout. The study presents academic and practical implications in terms of suggesting factors to mitigate the knowledge hoarding of employees for continuous knowledge management of SMEs.

Previous studies have shown that insiders pose risks to the security of organisations' secret information. Information security policy (ISP) intentional violation can jeopardise organisations. For years, ISP violations persist despite organisations' best attempts to tackle the problem through security, education, training and awareness (SETA) programs and technology solutions. Stopping hacking attempts e.g., phishing relies on personnel's behaviour. Therefore, it is crucial to consider employee behaviour when designing strategies to protect sensitive data. In this case, organisations should also focus on improving employee behaviour on security and creating positive security perceptions. This paper investigates the role of psychological capital (PsyCap), punishment and organisational security resources in influencing employee behaviour and ultimately reducing ISP violations. The model of the proposed study has been modified to investigate the connection between self-efficacy, resilience, optimism, hope, perceived sanction severity, perceived sanction certainty, security response effectiveness, security competence and ISP violation. The sample of the study includes 364 bank employees in Jordan who participated in a survey using a self-administered questionnaire. The findings show that the proposed approach acquired an acceptable fit with the data and 17 of 25 hypotheses were confirmed to be correct. Furthermore, the variables self-efficacy, resilience, security response efficacy, and protection motivation directly influence ISP violations, while perceived sanction severity and optimism indirectly influence ISP violations through protection motivation. Additionally, hope, perceived sanction certainty, and security skills have no effect on ISP infractions that are statistically significant. Finally, self-efficacy, resiliency, optimism, hope, perceived severity of sanctions, perceived certainty of sanctions, perceived effectiveness of security responses, and security competence have a substantial influence on protection motivation.

The purpose of this study was to examine how a leader's organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affects subordinates' interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB) and job stress levels. A leader's OCB involves taking-charge behavior, loyal boosterism, and the industry. We hypothesized that leader-member exchange (LMX) would mediate the relationship between leader's OCB and subordinates' ICB and job stress level. We tested the model using a sample of 293 employees from different organizations from September 2019 until November 2019. We conducted confirmatory factor analyses of the variables and analyzed the data by using structural equation modeling. We also conducted a CFA to assess the fit of a three-factor model for the leader's OCB items. Empirical findings show that LMX fully mediated the effect of leader's OCB on employees' ICB and job stress level. Leader's OCB had a positive effect on LMX. Moreover, LMX had a positive effect on employees' ICB but had a negative effect on job stress. We found support for our hypotheses that leader's OCB is positively related to ICB but negatively related to job stress, and this relationship is mediated by LMX. We discuss limitations, implications for practice, and future research.
Awareness about health is still in short supply, sufficient research and investment is falling mothayeo made, the development of image and health technology for health compared to productivity enhancement technology behind the relative reality. This study aims to examine the role of resilience in academic engagement and also to evaluate the theoretical model of the relationships between resilience and engagement. A survey of faculty members in 20 study programs from 12 universities in Jakarta was conducted, Where 247 questionnaires were returned from the 495 distributed. Furthermore, 240 valid data were available for evaluation in order to test the model, and a confirmatory Structural Equation Modelling was conducted, using AMOS 20. Criteria of goodness-fit demonstrated the relatively adequate model, and the coefficient of structural path describes the potential of the links. Three out of four paths available significantly showed the role of developmental persistency and positive emotions on work engagement. The participants of the study include only constituted academics of private universities in Indonesia. Thus there is a need for better care in interpreting the level of resilience and engagement, as engagement may vary when used in a different context. The study suggests interventions for practitioners, not only for academia in the higher education context but also for other professionals in managing engagement at the individual or team level. Therefore, combining resilience and engagement programs may contribute to an enhancement in the productivity of employees.
