Structure Equation Model analysis has been employed for hypothesis testing. Results showed that the service of employee has been recognized as an primary factor among elements of Japanese restaurants' service quality to satisfy customer, and employee's service is the strongest affecting factor to consumers' behavioral intention as well. In addition, the food quality identified as an the strongest factor that affects behavior intention, whereas physical environment is the lowest factor. In this study for beauty art service, the exchange party's characteristic is defined with beauty salon's reputation, staff's professionalism and customer's self-esteem. Also the exchange relation perception is classified into symbolism and interaction, Then the directional relations on customer's perspective are empirically investigated in the sequential order of the exchange party's characteristics, the exchange relation perception, the relationship quality and behavioral intention. In addition, the study examined the meditation effect via relationship quality between the exchange relation perception and the behavioral intention. Followings are confirmed from the statistical test with structural equation modelling:Symbolism is significantly caused by all of professionalism, reputation and self-esteem in the descending order of effect size whereas interaction is significantly influenced by only professionalism. The exchange relation perception has significant effect on the relationship quality, in turn which significantly affects behavioral intention. The exchange relation perception shows the significant indirect effect meditated by relationship quality and the insignificant direct effect on behavioral intention. This paper concludes with contribution of this study, managerial implication of the research findings and further research issues.

The relationship between these influences was found in the order of CEO's health status, product competitiveness, employee competency, digital competency, competitive strength in the main business, and difficulty in manpower management. It was analyzed that supply chain and consumer relations, trust between employees and the CEO, and management capabilities did not significantly affect the intention to discontinue business. • This study aimed to examine the impact of workers' perceptions of the safety climate on job satisfaction and intention to turnover in the manufacturing industry. Data was collected from employees(n=143) working in the manufacturing industry. The perceived safety climate included perceptions of the safety commitment of the management, safety leadership of the immediate supervisor, and safety policy. Hierarchical regressions were conducted to identify the significance of the relation between the sub-variable of the perceived safety climate and job satisfaction, and intention to turnover. The results show that safety commitment and safety policy are significant predictors of job satisfaction. The immediate supervisor's safety leadership was significantly correlated with intention to turnover. These results indicated that the perceived safety climate of workers in the manufacturing industry might influence job satisfaction and intention to turnover. Therefore, organizations in the manufacturing industry should focus on improving safety climates to enhance job satisfaction and prevent employee turnover.

  • Present-day organizations have become largely dependent on mobile instant messaging services (MIMs) for various organizational purposes. Focusing on the increasing use of MIMs in today's organizations, this study aims to explain how different aspects of KakaoTalk, the most dominant MIM in Korea, influence employees' attitudes toward their current employers, and how these attitudes impact the employees' intentions to stay at their present workplaces. Overall, with the exception of one factor (satisfaction with KakaoTalk use), all other factors (perceived quality of information exchanged through KakaoTalk, belongingness through KakaoTalk, and KakaoTalk overload) significantly influenced employee's attractiveness toward their current employers. Specifically, while KakaoTalk overload's effect on perceived organizational attractiveness was negative, two other factors were positively associated with it. Perceived organizational attractiveness also strongly influenced employees' intention to stay at their present workplaces. These findings contribute to expanding practical and theoretical understandings regarding the critical roles of MIMs in the efficient management of organizations in this hyperconnected society.
