문화 지향성별 파워개념에 대응하는 로컬푸드점포에 대한 태도요인 (Antecedents of Local Food Store Attitude Corresponding to the Power Concepts in Cultural Orientations)

  • Purpose - The present study theoretically reviews the use of power norm according to the cultural orientation of consumers to categorize the shopping value that corresponds to the use of the power norm when consumers use local food stores. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Based on the data collected from the survey to 130 undergraduates, salaried men and people at large, the group with cultural value orientation was divided further into the group of horizontal individualism and that of vertical collectivism by using cluster analysis of SPSS 18.0 program. And regression analysis of SPSS 18.0 was employed to verify the hypotheses. Results - The following conclusions were shown in the empirical study. First, in the group of vertical collectivism, contribution to regional profits and competitiveness, economic value and service superiority can positively affect the attitude to the local food stores while the social responsibility activity in the community can't. In the group of horizontal individualism, however, contribution to regional profits and competitiveness, social responsibility activity, economic value and service superiority were all found to positively affect the attitude to the stores. Second, the distinctive shopping value of the stores such as escapism, entertainment value and prestige does not affect the attitude to the stores. Third, the positive effects that the stores' level of responsibility for the outgroup community can exercise on the attitude to the stores turned out to be bigger in the group of horizontal individualism than in the group of vertical collectivism. Fourth, the impact that the degree of the stores' contribution to regional profits and competitiveness has on the attitude to the stores was found to be positive in both groups. However, no difference existed in the degree of positive effects between them. Conclusions - Marketing managers of local food stores should pay more attention to managing their contribution to practical shopping value and to interests as well as competitiveness of regional society, and to persuading consumers of the horizontal individualistic group by performing responsible activities for the outgroup of local society regardless of the types of consumers' cultural orientation.

조리 및 식음료 종사원의 스트레스 대처전략이 직무만족도 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Culinary.Food & Beverage Employees' Stress Coping Style on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation)

  • 본 연구에서는 특급호텔 조리 및 식음료 종사원의 스트레스 대처전략이 직무만족도 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향력을 고찰하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 250개의 표본을 바탕으로 연구모형의 신뢰성, 적합성 등을 검토하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 총 2개의 가설을 검증하였으며, 모형의 적합도는 ${\chi}^2$=252.876, df=143, CMIN/DF=1.768, GFI=0.914, AGFI=0.873, NFI=0.936, CFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.056으로 조사되었다. 연구결과, 특급호텔 조리 및 식음료 종사원의 스트레스 대처전략의 하위 차원 중 문제중심 대처전략을 제외한 정서중심 대처전략(${\beta}$=-.181)과 회피전략(${\beta}$=-.129)이 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었으며, 직무만족도(${\beta}$=.599)는 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 호텔 조리 및 식음료 종사원이 사용하는 대처전략은 직무만족도에 영향을 미치며 결과적으로 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 한편 스트레스 대처전략이 직무만족도 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 부서와 고용형태에 따른 차이는 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다.

자원기반이론을 적용한 기술협력 네트워크에서 보호 메커니즘, 관계학습, 관계성과의 관계에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships among Safeguarding Mechanism, Relationship Learning, and Relationship Performance in Technology Cooperation Network by Applying Resource Based Theory)

  • 기업들은 기술협력 네트워크를 통하여 새로운 고급기술과 지식을 내부화시키고 활용함으로써 규모 및 범위의 경제를 실현할 수 있고, 기술협력 네트워크의 파트너 기업과 위험과 비용을 분담할 수 있으며, 제품의 시장우위를 선점하거나 시장에서의 자사의 위치를 강화할 수 있다. 이러한 기술협력 네트워크의 이점에 근거하여 현재까지 기존의 관련연구들은 일반적으로 기술협력이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가에 집중되어왔다. 그러나 기존의 기술협력과 경영성과의 관계를 규명한 연구들은 단지 경영성과에 관한 기술협력 네트워크의 역할을 조명하는데 그친다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 간과된 기술협력 네트워크의 중간과정을 보호 메커니즘, 관계학습, 관계성과로 분류하고, 이를 자원기반이론의 일반적 구조인 자원, 역량, 성과에 각각 적용하였다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 관계특유투자와 관계자본은 역량으로서의 관계학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보교환, 공동의 정보이해, 관계특유 기억개발은 관계지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내고 있으나, 정보교환이 효율성과 효과성에 미치는 유의성은 발견되지 않았다. 셋째, 관계특유투자는 관계자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 효율성과 효과성은 장기지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비대칭적인 기술의존 구조를 형성하는 기술협력 네트워크 관계에서 자원기반이론에 입각하여 기존의 연구들이 간과하고 있는 보호 메커니즘, 관계학습, 관계성과의 역할을 규명함으로써 보호 메커니즘과 관계학습의 중요성을 제시하였다. 또한 협력 파트너와의 관계에서 기업의 어떠한 행동변화를 유발함으로써 관계성과에 도달하는가를 살펴봄으로써 보호 메커니즘은 기술협력 파트너와의 관계학습을 통해 관계성과에 영향을 제공할 수 있다는 점을 분석하는데 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있겠다.

사회복지사의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 지역사회복지관 사회복지사를 중심으로 (A Study of Social Workers' Empowerment Level and Its Predictors : Cases of Social Workers in Community Welfare Centers)

  • Little empirical study has been conducted concerning social worker' empowerment that has very important function on clients' empowerment. Using the sample of 222 social workers selected from 92 community welfare centers, this study attempted to identify social workers' empowerment level and its predictors. This study used the empowerment scale developed by Leslie, Holzhalb, Holland (1998) that focuses on measurement of social workers's empowerment in social work agencies. Using confirmatory factor analysis, it was confirmed that the scale has three factors such as control of work environment, work relationships, and personal work orientation. This study showed that using 5 points scale, mean of social workers' empowerment is 3.67. In identifying predictors of the empowerment, this study used variables from the following aspects: organizational characteristics, job characteristics, and individual characteristics. Using regression analysis, it was found that variables related to job characteristics such as role ambiguities, role conflicts, and skill varieties are statistically very significant predictors of social workers' empowerment. Self-esteem in personal characteristics and participation in decision making and transformational leadership in organizational characteristics are also statistically significant predictors of social workers' empowerment. This study also revealed that self-control and self-esteem variables function as moderator in the relation with variables such as role ambiguities and role conflicts. Finally, this study discussed the direction of future research in social workers' empowerment and the areas that management efforts should be focused on for promoting social workers' empowerment.

친환경 의류지식과 의식이 친환경 의류소비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of eco-friendly clothing knowledge and consciousness on ecological clothing consumption behavior)

  • Consumers' interests in the environment have been growing; hence, their consciousness about the environment has changed and affected their clothing shopping behavior. Prior study indicated attitude-behavior inconsistency in eco-friendly consumer behavior. It was because consumers' consciousness or attitude was often measured at an abstract level, not at a product specific level. This study investigated eco-friendly clothing knowledge, eco-friendly clothing consciousness, and ecological clothing consumption behavior. The effects of consumers' level of clothing involvement and subjective norms in this process were also investigated. For the empirical research, a questionnaire was developed, and responses from 480 women in their 20s to 50s were statistically analyzed. Results indicated that interest and fashion consciousness dimensions of clothing involvement had a significant influence on eco-friendly clothing knowledge, which thereby significantly influenced the three factors of eco-friendly clothing consciousness: social responsibility, health orientation, and clothing resource-saving consciousness. Such factors had different roles in the clothing consumption process. Social responsibility had a significant influence on the entire process of clothing consumption: shopping, purchasing, using, and disposing behaviors. Health orientation consciousness had a significant influence on shopping and purchasing behaviors, whereas resource-saving consciousness had a significant impact only on shopping behavior. Subjective norms were significantly correlated with all aspects of the clothing consumption process. Influence on disposing behavior was relatively weaker than other aspects of clothing consumption behavior.

치과위생사의 의사소통능력에 대한 일반인과 치과위생사의 인식비교 : 상호지향성 모델 적용 (Comparison of perceptions of dental hygienists and general public about communication skills of dental hygienists : empirical test of co-orientation model)

  • Objectives: In this study, dental hygienists' perceptions of dental hygienists' communication and general public's mutual perceptions were compared to seek development directions and plans for improving dental hygienists' communication skills, and furthermore, communication to increase satisfaction between the general public and dental hygienists. This study was conducted to provide basic data on the development and direction of competency improvement education. Methods: From April 1 to April 31, 2023, a survey was conducted through an online link for the general public with dental treatment experience and dental hygienists currently working at dentists in Gwangju and Jeonnam. A total of 258 questionnaires were collected. Independence t-test and paired t-test were performed using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0; IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) Results: As a result of analyzing the accuracy of the communication ability of dental hygienists, from the dental hygienist's point of view, general publics perceived that the dental hygienist's underestimation of their own communication ability was actually lower than the dental hygienist's underestimated communication ability. From the general public's point of view, dental hygienists overestimated their communication ability. In fact, dental hygienists perceived their general publics as higher than general public's overestimated communication ability. Conclusions: Based on these results, it is necessary to develop education and operate various educational programs to improve the communication skills of dental hygienists, and to rethink educational accessibility to increase participation in education and to publicize the professionalism of dental hygienists.

지식지향 글로벌 공급사슬관리 모형의 설계와 효과분석 (Design of a Knowledge Oriented Global Supply Chain Management Model and Analysis of Its Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 다국적 기업들이 그들의 글로벌 공급사슬을 얼마나 지식이라는 전략적 자원에 기초하여 조직하고 운영하고 있는지, 그리고 지식을 지향하는 공급사슬관리가 기업의 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 Nonaka(1994) 등이 제시한 지식창조 프로세스를 적용하여 지식지향 글로벌 공급사슬관리의 개념을 구체화하는 측정모형을 제안하였으며 기업의 지식경영 시스템과 지식창조 프로세스가 기업의 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 113개의 다국적 기업을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제안한 측정모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 또한 표본 기업들을 글로벌 공급사슬관리에 있어서의 지식지향 수준에 따라 군집화하여 비교분석한 결과, 글로벌 공급사슬상에서 창출되는 지식을 효과적으로 관리하는 기업들이 글로벌 공급사슬관리 성과에 있어서도 전반적인 우위를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다.

The Effective Factors of Professional Learning : Study on Accounting Firms in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.

Shopping for Oneself : Motives and Orientations of Small Luxury Purchase as Self-Gifting

  • Small luxury purchase as self-gifting is one of the latest consumer trends in self-gifting. Although this consumption trend continues to grow in various fields, little research has been conducted on related consumer behavior. As such, this study was conducted to empirically investigate the current consumer behavior involved in purchase of small luxury self-gifts. The objectives of this study are to determine the current status of self-gifts markets, identify motives and orientations of self-gifting, and investigate the effects of the motives on self-gifts orientations. A total of 199 respondents were used in data analyses. Regarding motives for self-gifting, four motives - self-comfort, self-reward, anxiety, and showing off - were identified; regarding self-gifting orientations, five factors - rationalization (emotional comfort, product attributes, self-defense, and conformity) and the luxury being within one's spending limit - were identified. The study determined the effects of the motives on the orientations, and the effects of the motives and the orientations on post-purchase consumer reaction. This study conducted an empirical investigation on small luxury self-gifting and moreover, the study determined the motives, orientations, and consequences of self-gifting, which have not yet been explained in the literature.

해기교육대학 학생의 학교풍토의삭과 성패귀인 및 학교생활의 관계에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between School Climate, Sucess-Fail Attribution and Campus Life in Maritime College Students)

  • It is one of the important study for improving education quality to investigate School climate, Campus Life and Academic Achievement in University. This study focuses on the of success / failure attribution in academic achievement and its internal-external attribution of Maritime college students. The main purpose of this study was investigate the relationship between the perception of college climate and attribution of success and failure about college life and cadet's academic performance. The subjects were 490 cadets of freshman, sophomore and junior of Korea Maritime University. The data was analysed by Pearson's correlation, one-way and simple factorial ANOV A, $x^2$, and t-test by using SPSSWIN Ver. 7.5 programme. The major results of this study were as follows : 1. Social relationship orientation was higher than the others on the perception of college climate, while the relationship between professor and collegian was lower. 2. The most collegian recognized on the attribution of failure about the college life and the relationship between professor and collegian. But most collegian recognized on the attribution of sucess about collegian's relationship. 3. The perception of college climate and attribution of success / failure was not influenced on the student's academic performance and academic adaptability.
