This study aims to examine residents' satisfaction and behavioral condition at the commercial street of Historic and Cultural Environmental Districts in Gyeongju. To achieve this, the study relied on empirical study method and additionally, present condition survey was performed with a user interview. residents' satisfaction and preferences analysis was conducted to figure out present conditions and improvements. This work has completed a total analysis of the architectural characteristics and street factors among various factors which influence residents' satisfaction level including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of previous studies and street improvement project. Using statistical analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. Accordingly, this study presents prior consideration points before planning the commercial street improvement project and the region development project.

The internet has been giving new business opportunities due to the unlimited and convenience of using it. So, A lot of companies confront many challenges to hold customer. In this situation, The holding many customers of online car insurance company could have very significant meanings, Therefore, this study could be meaningful to analyze the factor of building customer loyalty. The main results of the paper are as follows : Firstly, The attributes and recent situation of online car insurance have been researched. Secondly, The Customer brand relation quality(BRQ) has been shown a important role of building loyalty. Finally, Conceptual criteria for the study, which was modified considering cultural values of Korean customer from Fournier's seminal study, have shown very significant means.

Fracture analysis and remaining life prediction has been carried out for aluminium alloy (Al 2014A) plate panels with concentric stiffener by varying sizes and positions under fatigue loading. Tension coupon tests and compact tension tests on 2014A have been carried out to evaluate mechanical properties and crack growth constants. Domain integral technique has been used to compute the Stress intensity factor (SIF) for various cases. Generalized empirical expressions for SIF have been derived for various positions of stiffener and size. From the study, it can be concluded that the remaining life for stiffened panel for particular size and position can be estimated by knowing the remaining life of corresponding unstiffened panel.

And they are building professional and specific HRD systems, With these trends, this study analyze which are affecting user satisfaction in role based corporate HRD systems. Recognized profit, HRD support situation, and user experiences affect to user satisfaction significantly. And HRD support situation is the biggest affecting factor to user satisfaction.

An honeycomb/smooth land seal alternating with the honeycomb seal is suggested for structural enhancement in high pressure turbomachinery. Governing equations are derived for an honeycomb/smooth land annular gas seal based on Hirs' lubrication theory and Moody's friction factor model for smooth land and empirical friction factor model for honeycomb land. By using a perturbation analysis and a numerical integration method, the governing equations are solved to yield leakage and the corresponding dynamic coefficients developed by the seal. Theoretical results show that leakage is increasing and rotordynamic stability is decreasing as increasing the length of smooth land part in the honeycomb/smooth land seal.

In this paper, we introduce the goodness of fit test procedure for lifetime distribution using step stress accelerated lifetime data. Using the nonpapametric estimate of acceleration factor, we prove the strong consistence of empirical distribution function under null hypothesis. The critical vailues of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Anderson-Darling, Cramer-von Mises statistics are computed when the lifetime distibution is assumed to be exponential and Weibull. The power of test statistics are compared through Monte-Cairo simulation study.

Since cooperatives consist of many distinct members in the management environment and characteristics, it is necessary to make similar cooperatives into a few groups for the effective risk management of cooperatives' mutuality bank. This paper is a priori research for suggesting a guidance for effective risk management of cooperatives with different management strategy. For such purpose, we propose a way to group the members of cooperative's mutuality bank. The 30 continuous variables which is relative to cooperatives' management status are considered and six factors are extracted from those variables through factor analysis with empirical consideration to avoid wrong grouping and to enhance the practical interpretation. Based on extracted six factors and additional 3 categorical variables, six representative groups are derived by the two step clustering analysis. These findings are useful to execute a discriminatory risk management and other management strategy for a mutuality bank and others.

In this study, we estimated a CES production function for the Korean economy. We have found in the empirical results that the elasticity of the factor substitution is less than one and that the Korean economy exhibits labor-saving technological progress. In addition, we obtained the regression coefficient of R&D investment on technological change, i.e., the elasticity of R&D investment with respect to the technological change was 0.26% point. It implies that if R&D stock increases by 1%, labor efficiency increases 0.26% point through technological progress which is Hicksian non-neutral. It confirms that innovation-based growth strategy by increasing R&D investment would be effective on the one hand. Some policy consideration on the other might be needed for an increase in employment which is offset by technological progress.

This study applies factor analysis of an author cocitation frequency matrix derived from a database file that consists of a total of 1095 cited reference records taken from 95 citing decision support systems articles published in Korean journals. This study identified the influence of social psychology, cognitive psychology, management information systems, strategic management, and organizational behavior/organizational design to the development of group support systems, user-interface, and executive information systems research subspecialties. This research establishes a benchmark to be used in the future research, which is necessary to account for the ongoing changes in the intellectual development and structure of DSS Research in Korea before solid conclusion can be reached about the maturity and on-going development of the DSS field in Korean.
