To improve the applicability of the Ho-Brown's empirical failure theory to field problems, transformation of failure coefficients was suggested in this study. This method was tested on the published data and good results were obtained. It seemed that this method be more reasonable than traditional method of modifying the coefficients by RMR or Q values.

An application that has a simple user interface not only motivates a user to continue using the application, but also enables the user to develop their mental model for the application - the like of which is a product of their interaction with the application. In the information systems literature, little empirical research has been undertaken on the effects of the mental model and motivation on smartphone users' behavioral beliefs. Therefore, the aim of this study is to suggest a research model that can examine the following: 1) the effects that the mental model has not only on smartphone users' behavioral beliefs (that is, perceived usefulness and ease of use of an application) but also on their behavioral intention to use an application and 2) the effects that smartphone users' intrinsic motivation has on their behavioral beliefs through an expansion of the mental model. A survey is conducted, and structural equation modeling is then used to analyze the survey data. The results, through consideration of variables such as intrinsic motivation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and user satisfaction, indicate that the mental model has an indirect effect on a user's intention to use an application.

Purpose This research aims to investigate factors affecting the application of strategic management accounting in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative research was conducted and data was collected by sending questionnaires to 188 accountants and directors from Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (including, transportation, warehousing and forwarding). 5 factors (namely: size and organizational structure, technological advancement, and strategic management accounting implementing costs) were selected to measure the application of strategic management accounting (SMA) in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (LEs) through correlation and regression analysis. Results: The empirical findings show that there exists a significant association between these factors and the SMA application. LEs have strongly supported the application of SMA as a tool to provide information for making their strategic decisions. The factors including size and organizational structure, technological advancement, SMA implementing c osts, and strategy positively impact the SMA application in both financial and non-financial aspects. This finding helps the adm inistrators realize the importance of SMA. Conclusions: This study provided an overview of SMA application and its benefits to enterprises. It helps managers have a better understanding of SMA and future directions for application. Moreover, the research results will be useful for managers to identify factors influencing their SMA practices and improve the current management process applied in organizations.

위치를 수집할 수 있는 모바일 기기의 확산에 따라 다양한 위치기반서비스들이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스가 일반화됨에 따라 수집되고 저장되는 경로 데이터의 양이 기하급수적으로 커지고 결국 빅데이터가 될 것이기 때문에 수집된 대용량 경로데이터에서 최선 경로를 찾아 추천해주는 시스템을 제안한다. 대용량 경로 데이터에서 실제 운행 시간 등의 정보를 바탕으로 기존 내비게이션보다 좋은 경로를 추천할 수 있게 된다. 대용량 경로 데이터 처리를 위해 하둡 맵리듀스를 이용해서 분류하고 분류된 경로를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 사용자의 요청에 빠르게 반응할 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자의 요청에 지도상의 최단 경로가 아닌 수집된 경로 기록을 바탕으로 최선 경로를 찾게 되는 것이다. 구현된 전체 시스템은 1) 실제 경로를 수집하기 위한 안드로이드 응용프로그램, 2) 하둡 맵리듀스를 이용해 수집된 경로를 미리 분류해 놓기 위한 분류 엔진, 3) 사용자의 출발지-도착지 요청에 따라 분류된 경로에서 최선 경로를 찾아 사용자에게 돌려주는 웹서버와 안드로이드 클라이언트 서비스 시스템이다. 실제운행 실험을 제안한 방법과 시스템이 실효성이 있음을 보인다.

본 연구에서는 기업의 핵심 요소로 꼽히고 있는 IT(information technology) 역량과 공급체인의 위험관리 요인과 기업의 사업성과 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인 위험관리를 수행하고 있는 153개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형(Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 기업의 IT 인프라 요인을 선행변수로, IT 활용과 공급체인 위험관리의 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 기업의 IT 인프라 요인은 기업의 IT 활용과 위험관리요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업의 IT 활용 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 기업이 IT 인프라에 대한 투자가 이루어졌을 때 IT 활용의 수준과 위험관리의 수준이 높아져 기업의 사업성과를 향상시킬 수 있고, IT 인프라를 구축하여 공급체인 위험관리의 수준을 향상시키지만 IT 활용 수준이 높아진다고 해서 위험관리의 수준이 높아지는 것은 아니라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 최근 SCM 구축 기업들의 IT 활용과 위험관리 수준의 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 것에 향후 공급체인 위험관리의 효과적인 실행을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

전통적으로 새로운 기술에 대한 사용과 확산은 수용적 관점에서 많은 연구자들에게 관심거리였으며 신기술 수용후의 사용행동에 대한 설명을 위해 사용-확산(use-diffusion) 패러다임이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 새로운 마케팅 도구로서의 의료 웹사이트와 어플리케이션에 대한 소비자들의 사용유형과 지속적 사용의도를 파악하기 위해 사용확산모형을 바탕으로 의료정보의 품질, 의료 웹사이트와 어플리케이션의 사용성, 개인의 혁신성, 주관적 규범 등 사용량과 사용다양성의 선행변수로 보았다. 연구결과 주관적 규범이 의료 웹사이트나 어플리케이션의 사용량에 미치는 영향을 제외하고 모든 선행변수들이 사용다양성과 사용량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 사용량과 사용다양성의 사용유형은 의료 웹사이트와 어플리케이션이라는 새로운 의료 온라인마케팅 도구에 대한 지속적 사용과 유의한 연관성이있음을 알 수 있었다.

Application systems outsourcing is an important part of IT outsourcing services. Application systems outsourcing costs is determined by service levels of outsourcers. Recent researches show there is a strong need to build industry-specific cost estimation models. In this study, an industry-specific application systems operation cost estimation model is suggested. We reviewed operation cost models of previous researches, and proposed a cost estimation model for security industry. Industry-specific service factors are defined and service levels are determined by Interviews with experts. The proposed model is tested and adjusted with empirical data. The new model shows more accurate prediction than previous general models. Future research will be needed to develop outsourcing cost estimation models for other industries and to refine cost models developed in this study.

Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

Based on the development of digital technology, Photoshop as a computer graphics program has extended its range of application to creative techniques that can express the contemporary sense of fashion illustration. Thus, the objectives of this study are to seek a new technique of fashion illustration through a study of computer graphics programs required for vitalization in this digital era and to present the application. This is done after a literature review and empirical investigation. For the literature review, specialty publications with precedent studies related to the subject of this study are examined, and internet materials with related key words are sought to establish the reference data for the study. For the empirical investigation, cases of each expression for blending mode are examined to seek the correct means of fashion illustration. Five works are created as a result. The specific contents of this study are as follows: First, the types and characteristics of blending mode are examined. Second, cases in which the blending mode is applied are analyzed to seek insight into their utilization. Third, five works are created by applying the blending mode to present the result.
