본 연구는 어머니 역할지능이 유아의 또래놀이 상호작용 및 또래수용도에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 어머니 역할의 영향을 세부적으로 규명하고 부모교육에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 위치한 어린이집 및 유치원 6개소 만 5세 학급의 유아 197명과 그들의 어머니였다. 측정도구는 유아의 놀이장면을 토대로 한 교사평정용 또래놀이 상호작용 척도와 또래평가에 의한 또래수용도 척도를 사용하였고, 어머니의 역할지능은 부모역할지능 척도를 수정, 보완하여 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 주요 변인들의 상관분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구문제별로 중다회귀와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 격려, 증진, 합리적 권위, 수용, 통제, 거부 지양에 대한 어머니 역할지능이 높을수록 유아는 놀이장면에서 또래의 놀이를 방해하거나 놀이로부터 단절되어 있는 부정적 상호작용보다는 긍정적 상호작용을 더 많이 나타냈다. 또한 공감, 격려, 증진, 합리적 권위, 거부 지양에 대한 어머니 역할지능이 높을수록 유아가 또래로부터 수용될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 졸업학년 간호대학생의 감정노동에 대한 인식을 이해하여 기술하기 위함이다. 연구참여자는 충남소재 1개 간호대학에 재학 중인 졸업학년 간호대학생 11명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 9월 5일부터 11월 25일까지였으며, 자료수집은 심층면담을 통해 자료가 포화될 때까지 이루어졌다. 모든 면담내용은 녹음하여 참여자가 말한 그대로 필사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 21개의 주제가 확인되었으며, 10개의 주제모음과 5개의 범주가 도출되었다. 졸업학년 간호대학생이 인식하는 감정노동에 대한 5개의 주요 범주는 '비합리적인 상황으로 인한 혼란', '간호직에 대한 회의', '간호사의 힘든 처지에 대한 공감', '간호사의 언행을 학습' 그리고 '미래를 위한 준비'로 구성되었다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 임상실습 감정노동 관리를 위한 효과적인 간호교육 프로그램 개발의 근거를 제공하여 간호 실습교육의 내실화와 질적 향상에 기여할 것이다. 그리고 간호대학생의 감정노동 경험을 보다 심층적으로 탐색하는 연구와 간호대학생의 감정노동 인식에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인과 발생 문제에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Background: Communication training in nursing college students is an integral part of the development of their competency in dealing with patients. However, the traditional lecture style of training delivery may not be desirably effective. Purpose: This study investigated the effects of a communication training program utilizing a small group dynamic on the communication competency and human relationships in nursing college students. Methods: One hundred twenty six freshmen in a university in Seoul participated in this study. The instruments of communication competency (Primary Communication Inventory) and human relationships (Relationship Change Scale) were used at the beginning and conclusion of the training period. Eighty-three students from two nursing classes were assigned to the experimental groups and 43 students from other classes were assigned to the control groups. Each of the 11 small groups was composed of 7 or 8 students. The weekly program that ran during the 2007 fall semester from October 1st to December 11th consisted of effective communication strategies including therapeutic communication skills, Johari's window, empathy, active listening, and transactional analysis. Results: The experimental group of students reported significantly greater improvement in communication competencies, specific nonverbal competencies, and human relationships compared with the control group. Specifically, the experimental students demonstrated greater improvement in nonverbal communication competencies and satisfaction, communication, and awareness of human relationships. Conclusions: Small group based communication training can be an effective alternative method of communication education for college nursing students.

본 연구는 전래동화를 이용하여 유아의 공평성 추론 향상 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 수집하기 위하여 수행되었다. 전래동화는 유아교육의 중요매체이며, 부모와 유아교사는 유아에게 전래동화를 선택하고 들려줌으로써 유아에게 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 유아의 부모와 유아교사가 공평성을 다룬 전래동화에 대해 어떻게 평가하는 지를 파악하고자 하였다. 240명의 부모와 78명의 유아교사를 대상으로 6편의 공평성을 다룬 전래동화에 대한 평가를 조사한 결과, 일부 공평성을 다룬 전래동화에 대해 유아에게 유익한지와 가치관형성에 적합한지에 대해서 부모의 평가가 유아교사의 평가보다 높았지만, 전반적으로는 부모와 유아교사의 공평성을 다룬 전래동화에 대한 평가가 일치하는 편이었다. 이는 공평성을 다룬 전래동화가 유아의 공평성 추론 향상 프로그램에 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study developed key elements of dental service guidelines for the disabled patients. In order to provide consumer-oriented service guidelines for the dental patients with disability, service design method was applied. Using service design method guided by the double diamond design process, this study implemented consumer survey, observation, and contextual interviews for consumers' needs assessment. And customer journey map, mind maps, and blueprints were utilized to visualize consumer needs and guidelines for dental care services for the disabled. According to the study, disabled consumers have needs for expertise of the medical staff, dental care institutions specialized on the disabled, financial support, establishment of the facilities for the disabled, comfortable atmosphere in the institutions, and communication with medical staffs. Based on the needs of the disabled, 5 key elements of the dental care services were developed: convenience, expertise, empathy, financial support, and education and management. And service design guidelines were proposed to implement key elements of dental care services for the patients with disability. This study is significant in that it is the first attempt to apply the service design technique from the consumer perspectives in the field of dental care for the disabled. Furthermore the process of this study has become a reference that can be utilized and applied to other medical institution.

이 연구의 필요성은 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무환경의 질, 복지개선이 시설이용 어르신들의 양질의 서비스 제공을 위해 노인요양시설 종사자들을 대상으로 감정노동행동이 직무소진과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향과 감성리더십을 중심으로 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동행동 중 내면행동이 직무소진의 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 표면행동에는 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 감정노동행동이 서비스품질에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 내면행동에서 정서적 고갈과 개인적 성취감저하에서만 조절효과를 보였으며, 표면행동에는 비인격화에서 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 감성리더십은 감정노동행동 중 표면행동과 서비스 품질에서는 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성 요인에서 감성리더십의 조절효과가 나타났다. 따라서 노인요양시설 종사자의 근무여건 개선과 노인요양시설 이용 노인들의 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 앞으로도 많은 연구들이 이루어져야 하겠다.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand a change in the awareness of nursing college students on the unification of the Korean peninsula and health care systems after providing unification and nursing education. Methods: After taking all sessions of the classes, seven participations responded in a semi-conducted focus group interview. The data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis. Results: Three themes and eight categories were deduced. Curiosity and expansion on an unfamiliar subject, and expansion of personal experience related to North Korea/Koreans were identified in the theme of challenges to the 'unification and nursing' subject. Confusion due to inconsistency with existing information, the realization of undiscerning attitude/judgement toward North Korea, and empathy and changing views of North Koreans were identified in the theme of expansion of the awareness for North Korea/Koreans. The beginning of a specific concern, the repetition of history, and North Korea still far away were identified in the theme of divided views of the imperativeness of unification. Conclusion: Through the findings of this study, we could examine how students in this study had deepen their understandings in terms of North Koreans beyond their personal experiences by taking the course of 『unification and nursing』.

본 연구는 태권도장의 서비스품질이 만족 요인에 미치는 영향력 효과검증을 파악하여 서비스품질 효과성 재입증에 의의가 있으며, 현재 수련생 감소와 코로나바이러스-19(COVID-19) 사회적 악영향까지 더해져 경영적 어려움에 처해있는 전국의 태권도장 경영방안에 실무적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2010년 1월부터 2020년 12월까지 국내에 발표된 연구를 선정하였고, 선정과정을 거쳐 총 11편을 최종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 이에 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 서비스품질 요인이 만족에 미치는 전체 영향력 효과크기는 중간 수준으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질의 하위요인에 따른 만족(도장, 고객, 수련생)에 미치는 효과크기는 유형성이 가장 높았고, 확신, 응답, 공감, 신뢰성 순으로 나타났으며, 요인 간의 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 만족 유형에 따른 서비스품질 효과크기는 수련생 만족이 가장 크게 나타났으며, 도장, 고객만족 순으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for developing interventions to relieve the end-of-life care stress experienced by pediatric nurses by examining the relationships of end-of-life care stress with compassionate competence and attitudes toward end-of-life care. Methods: Data were collected via a survey that was conducted from September 10 to September 30, 2018 and administered to 113 nurses who had worked for more than 6 months in a pediatric unit at a tertiary hospital in Seoul, South Korea. The data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS version 25.0. Results: End-of-life care stress among pediatric nurses had a weak positive correlation (r=0.216, P<0.05) with compassionate competence and had no significant correlation with attitudes toward end-of-life care. Among the sub-factors of end-of-life care stress, psychological difficulties had a weak positive correlation with sensitivity (r=0.309, P<0.01) and communication (r=0.230, P<0.05), which are aspects of compassionate competence. Lack of knowledge about end-of-life care had a weak positive correlation with communication (r=0.209, P<0.05) as an aspect of compassionate competence. Conclusion: To improve the quality of end-of-life care provided by pediatric nurses, it is necessary to improve their compassionate competence and reduce their end-of-life care stress by developing education and support programs tailored to the characteristics of children and specific communication methods.

제4차 산업혁명의 도래로 IT(information technology)를 활용한 다양한 융합기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이에 따른 고품질의 IT관련 교육서비스 제공의 필요성 및 중요성 또한 점차 증대되고 있다. 한편, 일반적인 교육서비스 품질 및 만족도에 관한 연구는 그 동안 다양한 맥락에서 활발히 진행된 바 있으나, IT교육 참가자를 대상으로 한 IT교육 서비스품질의 역할을 살펴본 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 것으로 파악된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SERVPERF 모형 및 관련 선행연구를 바탕으로 IT교육 맥락에서 IT교육 서비스품질의 다섯 가지 차원(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성 및 공감성)을 도출하고, 이러한 세부 IT교육 서비스품질 요인이 학습자의 교육만족도, 나아가 현업적용의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한, 이러한 영향이 학습자 직위(실무자 집단/관리자 집단) 및 참여동기(자발적 참여집단/비자발적 참여집단)에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지에 대한 추가분석도 실시하였다. 서울 소재 'M'교육기관 203명의 IT교육 참가자 대상 설문을 활용한 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, IT교육 서비스품질의 다섯 가지 차원 가운데 유형성, 신뢰성 및 확신성이 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 교육만족도는 현업적용의도와 추천의도에도 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, IT교육 서비스품질이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 학습자 직위 및 참여동기가 유의한 조절효과를 가진다는 사실을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SERVPERF 모형을 활용하여 IT교육 맥락에서 IT교육 서비스품질의 영향력을 실증한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과가 IT교육 서비스 제공기관의 교육만족도 제고 및 효율적인 서비스 운영을 위한 실질적인 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
