학령기 및 청소년기 시설 아동의 자아정체감 (Ego-Identities of Institutionalized Children and Adolescents)

  • This study examined whether the ego-identities of institutionalized children and adolescents differ by grade, gender, reason for and length of residence, age at entering the institution, parents' visiting, relationship with parents before entering the institution, and caretakers' emotional support. We assumed that the ego-identities of institutionalized children had an effect on social interactions. The subjects were 121 5th and 6th graders, 135 middle, and 85 high school students who were institutionalized in Seoul. As predicted, the ego-identities of institutionalized children and adolescents differed by grade, and by such social interactions as parents' visiting, relationship with parents before entering the institution, and caretakers' emotional support. Results support the importance of social interactions for understanding the ego-identities of institutionalized children and adolescents.

어머니의 사회적 관계망, 자녀양육에 대한 난이도 지각과 아동의 발달 (Maternal Support Networks, Perceptions of Parenting Difficulty, and Children's Development)

  • The main purpose of the study was to examine relationships of child development with maternal social networks and maternal perceptions of parenting difficulty. Subjects were 90 children, ages 4 and 5, with their mothers. Child development was measured by School Readiness Test, peer nomination, and social competency ratings by teachers. Mothers responded to a questionnaire regarding social networks and parenting difficulty. The major findings of the study include: 1) Employed mothers reported receiving less emotional support and listed more in-laws and work colleagues in their social network than unemloyed mothers. 2) Mothers who perceived receiving more emotional support from networks reported less difficulty in parenting, especially in providing cognitive stimulation and daily routine care to their children. 3) Children's age and maternal perceptions of easiness in providing cognitive stimulation were the most contributing factors for predicting children's learning readiness and social competency.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the living status of widowed and unwidowed elderly women by means of the case study employing in depth interviews. The main results are following : First, In the case of economic status of elderly women was very low: widowed, it was significantly low. The allowances were provided by their children. And they were spent for medical expenses¬Second, Most elderly women have one or two chronic diseases, mostly Arthritis, Gastritis, Hyperpiesia. Third, The emotional relationship of the elderly women centered around their children. Fourth, Leisure activities of the elderly women were not partially formed, usually T.V. watching, chatting, playing Korea cards. Fifth, The elderly women wanted most to work for house chores, do light exercises, and to earn pocket money. Sixth, The wish for the goverment was financial support! health support! and emotional welfare support.

중국 조선족 아동과 한국 화교 아동의 문화접변 유형 및 학교적응 비교연구 (Acculturation Strategies and School Adjustment of Korean-Chinese and Chinese-Korean Children)

  • In this study of acculturation strategies and adjustment in Korean-Chinese and Chinese-Korean children, 273 Korean-Chinese and 207 Chinese-Korean were asked about levels of assimilation to the mainstream language and culture, ethnic identity, emotional attitude toward their schools, teachers' support, peers' support, and social distance from the mainstream. Results revealed that separation was the most preferred strategy followed by integration, assimilation, and marginalization for both subject groups. Children categorized by separation strategies reported highest scores in school adjustment variables and lowest scores in social distance. There were some differences between Korean-Chinese and Chinese-Korean children in cultural assimilation, ethnic identity, emotional attitude toward school, and teacher's support. These findings were explained by their immigration history and the uniqueness of each mainstream society.

예비 여성 노인의 노후 생활계획에 관한 연구 - 노후 동거계획, 주거계획 및 경제계획을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning for Future Elderly Living of Middle Aged Women)

  • This study was designed to know the planning for future elderly living of middle aged women. The specific objects were to grasp preferred characteristics of their living together and housing in the elderly stage, economic preparation for the elderly. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The subject were 342 middle aged women living in the capital area. Frequency, percentage, and f2_test were used. The results showed that they wanted more emotional support than physical support from adult children, and wanted to make career for themselves in economic aspect. The most preferred housing for the their elderly stage was not only silver town. but also general housing type, for example, apartment and detached house. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop new housing and remodeling system of existing house for more independently elderly living.

학교관리자의 지원에 대한 영양(교)사의 인식과 직무만족도 (Perception on School Administrator's Supports and Job Satisfaction by Nutrition Teachers (Dietitian))

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the association between school administrator support as perceived by nutrition teachers (dietitians) and job satisfaction in order to provide data concerning efficient job performance of nutrition teachers, to determine effects of school administrator support on job satisfaction in nutrition teachers, and to provide basic data that could help improve school meals. Major supporters of nutrition teachers (dietitians) were chief administrators (55.3%), principals (27.2%), assistant principals (15.0%), and managers in charge (2.4%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.38 for perception of school administrator support, 3.66 for emotional support, 3.27 for informational support, 3.22 for instrumental support, and 3.11 for evaluation support. Support of nutrition teachers (dietitians) by school managers included emotional support (3.66)>informational support (3.27)>instrumental support (3.22)>evaluative support (3.11). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.37 for job satisfaction, as follows: work performance (4.19)>interpersonal relationships (3.39)>job satisfaction in general (3.37)>job itself (3.29)>job environment (3.07)>performance rating and benefits system (2.70). Statistically significant correlation was observed between perception of school administrator support and job satisfaction (r= .771, p< .01). Therefore, school administrators are necessary to provide evaluative supports to nutrition teachers (dietitians), performance assessment, employee benefit packages, and improvement of school meal plans and quality.

정서$\cdot$정보적 지지중재가 뇌졸중환자 가족원의 역할스트레스와 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional and Informational Support Intervention on Role Stress and Depression of Primary Family Caregivers Caring Stroke Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional and informational support intervention on role stress and depression of primary family caregivers caring stroke patients and to develop an effective nursing intervention method for them. This study selected the quasi-experiment, based on pre-test and post-test design of non-equivalent control group as a method of study. This study was conducted with 69 primary family caregivers caring stroke patients hospitalized in K and D hospitals in Daegu from August 20 to October 25, 2000. Out of them, 34 were placed in the experimental group, and 35 in the control group. The emotional and informational intervention program was divided into two aspects-emotional support and informational support- and executed three times, using prepared instruments and a guidebook. The intervention program consisted of the 1st intervention for one or one-half hour, the 2nd intervention for 30 minutes in two or three days after the 1st intervention. and the 3rd intervention for 30minutes in another two or three days after the 2nd intervention. Pre-test was carried out just before the 1st intervention, and the post-test was carried out right after the 3rd intervention, in order to collect data. The measuring instrument of role stress used was one that was modified to the role stress instrument of Yang Young-hee(1992) and the stress instrument of Choi Eun-sook (1992). The reliability was Cronbach's $\alpha=.8271$. The measuring instrument of depression used was one that was developed by Beck(1967) and standardized by Han Heung-moo et al(1986). The reliability was Cronbach's $\alpha=.8693$. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, $x^2-test$, t-test and Paired t-test by using SPSS 9.0 program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Role stress score of the experimental group was revealed to be significantly lower than that of the control group 2. Depression score of the experimental group was revealed to be significantly lower than that of the control group Accordingly, the emotional and informational support intervention can be a way to reduce role stress and depression of primary family caregivers caring stroke patients.

정사사회적 노후준비가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (The Effects of Emotional & Social Preparation for Aging on Successful Aging & Mediating Effects of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 인구의 고령화에 따라 노인의 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 노인의 성공적 노화 가능성을 심리사회적 측면에서 개념 정의하여 노인의 성공적 노화에 대한 정서사회적 노후준비의 영향과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 국민노후보장패널(Korean Retirement and Income Study: KReIS) 4차 본조사와 3, 4차 부가조사 자료로부터 추출한 65세 이상의 노인 3,910명이다. 자료 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서사회적 노후준비는 성공적 노화에 유의미하게 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서사회적 노후준비는 사회적 지지를 통해 성공적 노화에 간접적으로 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있어 정서사회적 노후준비와 성공적 노화 간 사회적 지지의 매개효과가 입증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정서사회적 노후준비와 사회적 지지 제고를 위한 사회복지 정책 및 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

대학생의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 커뮤니케이션 유형이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Communication Style on Stress Coping in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 커뮤니케이션 유형이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 밝혀내는데 목적이 있다. 대학생 303명에 대한 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 상관관계분석과 다변인 회귀분석을 실시하여 연구문제를 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 감성지능이 높은 대학생일수록 처해진 스트레스 상황에서 문제중심적 대처방식, 사회적지지 추구 대처방식을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 감성지능 중 감성조절은 문제중심 대처방식과 사회적지지 추구 대처방식에, 감성활용은 정서완화 대처방식에 영향력이 가장 크게 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 회복탄력성이 높은 대학생일수록 처해진 스트레스 상황에서 문제중심적 대처방식, 사회적지지 추구 대처방식을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 회복탄력성 요인 중 통제성은 문제중심적 대처방식에, 긍정성은 소망적사고 대처방식에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 사회성은 사회적지지 추구 대처방식에는 정적으로, 정서완화적 대처에는 부적으로 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 유형에 따라 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식의 차이를 분석한 결과 양성적/능력있는 유형은 문제중심적 대처방식을, 여성적/순응적 유형은 사회적 지지 추구 대처방식, 소망적 사고 대처방식을 많이 사용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

직장인의 직무만족도 형성에 대한 연구: 정서적 지원, 어려움극복효능감, 스트레스 및 직무성취도의 영향 (A study on the formation of worker's job-satisfaction: The influence of emotional support, resiliency of self-efficacy, stress and job-performance)

  • 이 연구에서는 직장인의 직무만족도 형성에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장 동료의 정서적 지원, 직장인의 어려움극복효능감과 스트레스 및 직무성취도의 영향을 살펴보았다. 최종분석대상은 456명이었으며, 그 중에 중소기업 회사원이 253명(남 89명, 여 164명), 중학교 교사가 203명(남 44명, 여 159명)이었다. 측정변인의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α=.83~.91로 양호하였다. 회사원과 교사 집단 각각을 대상으로 경로분석과 효과분석을 하였을 때, 변인들간의 관계 구조가 유사하였다. 경로분석 결과, 직장 동료의 정서적 지원은 직장인의 어려움극복효능감을 증진시키고, 향상된 어려움극복효능감은 스트레스를 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 직무성취도를 향상시켰다. 결과적으로 높은 어려움극복효능감과 낮은 스트레스와 높은 직무성취도는 직장인의 직무만족도를 높이는데 의미있게 기여하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 효과분석 결과에 의하면, 어려움극복효능감이 직장인의 직무만족도에 가장 큰 정적인 값의 전체효과가 있었으며, 그 다음으로 직무성취도, 정서적 지원의 순서로 의미있는 효과크기를 나타내었다. 이러한 변인들과 달리, 스트레스는 직무만족도에 대해 부적인 효과를 보였다.
