Objectives: The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for consumer-oriented curriculum development by analyzing the priorities of subjects and their preference for educational methods. Methods: The participants included 773 management supervisors and education practitioners in the workplace, and a survey was conducted from April 17 to August 30, 2019. Frequency analysis, t-test, Borich's Needs Analysis, and Locus for Focus Model analysis were performed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: The highest perceived priorities for education subjects were as follows: ① 'CPR and First Aid Practice' and 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid Basics' in the manufacturing industry; and ② 'Emotional Labor and Job Stress Prevention', 'Occupational Disaster Prevention and First Aid basics, and 'Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention' in the service industry. 'Collective education' was the most preferred method of education. 'School-type' was preferred for the seating arrangement, and the proper number of trainees was considered to be about 30. Respondents said the contents of the education was a top priority when they applied for education, and curriculum and appropriate textbooks should be considered in calculating the cost of education. Conclusions: Practical subjects and subjects related to major hazards by industry were required for management supervisor education. It was proposed in this study that the contents and operating methods of education be changed so that workers can easily comprehend essential subjects such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act. In conclusion, it is necessary to design the curriculum and apply educational methods suitable for each subject's characteristics in consideration of the priorities for subjects reflected in the needs of trainees.

Due to the rapid growth of the online fashion market and the resulting expansion of online choices, there is a problem that the seller cannot directly respond to a large number of consumers individually, although consumers are increasingly demanding for more personalized recommendation services. Images are being tagged as a way to meet consumer's personalization needs, but when people tagging, tagging is very subjective for each person, and artificial intelligence tagging has very limited words and does not meet the needs of users. To solve this problem, we designed an algorithm that recognizes the shape, attribute, and emotional information of the product included in the image with AI, and codes this information to represent all the information that the image has with a combination of codes. Through this algorithm, it became possible by acquiring a variety of information possessed by the image in real time, such as the sensibility of the fashion image and the TPO information expressed by the fashion image, which was not possible until now. Based on this information, it is possible to go beyond the stage of analyzing the tastes of consumers and make hyper-personalized clothing recommendations that combine the tastes of consumers with information about trends and TPOs.

A decrease in fertility rates causes problems such as decrease in the working-age population, and has a significant impact on national policies. Currently, the Republic of Korea has a conscription system that imposes military service on all men over the age of 18. However, the transition to the volunteer miliatry system is emerging as a social issue due to the decrease in the fertility rate. In this paper, news articles and comments searched for through the keyword ' volunteer miliatry system' were collected to analyze the social perception of the volunteer miliatry system from 2018, when the fertility rate dropped to less than 1. Some of the collected comments were labeled, and emotional levels were calculated through deep learning models. Through this study, we found that awareness of recruitment system conversion did not increase as the decrease in the fertility rate, and it was confirmed that people's interest is gradually increasing.

This study analyzed mediating effect of job satisfaction between directors' leadership and workers' organizational commitment in senior clubs. A survey of 288 workers in Chungcheong and Daejeon was conducted. The statistical analysis methods were frequency, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrap. The analysis result was that directors' leadership had positive effect on workers' organizational commitment and mediating effect of job satisfaction was verified. For improving directors' leadership, it is necessary to develop various leadership education and training programs, to induce voluntary participation in the programs, and to include the participation of leadership program in facility evaluation. To advance workers' job satisfaction, we need various exchange programs with colleagues and peer groups, mentoring and rest service to manage emotional labor, and professional job education and supervision.

As artificial intelligence services targeting humans increase, social demands are increasing that artificial intelligence should also be made on an ethical basis. Following this trend, the government and businesses are preparing policies and norms related to artificial intelligence ethics. In order to establish reasonable policies and norms, the first step is to understand the public's perceptions. In this paper, social data and news comments were collected and analyzed to understand the public's perception related to artificial intelligence and ethics. Interest analysis, emotional analysis, and discourse analysis were performed and visualized on the collected datasets. As a result of the analysis, interest in "artificial intelligence ethics" and "artificial intelligence" favorability showed an inversely proportional correlation. As a result of discourse analysis, the biggest issue was "personal information leakage," and it also showed a discourse on contamination and deflection of learning data and whether computer-made artificial intelligence should be given a legal personality. This study can be used as data to grasp the public's perception when preparing artificial intelligence ethical norms and policies.

This study analyzed the mediating effect of turnover intention between the empowerment and the job satisfaction of professionals in the welfare centers for the handicapped. A survey of professionals working in Deajeon and Chungnam areas was conducted and the 352 data were analyzed. The analysis results are as follows : 1) professionals' empowerment had a positive effect on the job satisfaction. 2) the mediating effect of the turnover intention was proved between the both variables. Based on the research findings, it is necessary to provide proper authority for professionals and to raise the wage level for improving their empowerment quality. For reducing professionals' turnover intention, we need to ease the burden of work and to offer the mentor program, the club activities and the rest support service for the sake of managing emotional labor.

The advent, course, and possible consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic are now the focus of global attention. From whichever side the geopolitical centers of influence might view it, the problem of the coronavirus concerns all world leaders and the representatives of all branches of science, especially physicians, economists, and politicians - virtually the entire population of the planet. The uniqueness of the COVID-19 phenomenon lies in the uncertainty of the problem itself, the peculiarities and specifics of the course of the biological processes in modern conditions, as well as the sharp confrontation of the main political players on the world stage. Based on an analysis of scientific research, the article describes the profile of the emotional concept of "anxiety" in Russian linguoculture. Through monitoring the headlines of Russian media reports in the "COVID-19" section of Google News and Mail News news aggregators dated August 4-6, 2021, the study establishes the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the alarm-generating news products on coronavirus in the Russian segment of the Internet and interprets the specifics of media information about COVID-19. The level of mass media criticism in Russia is determined through a phone survey. It is concluded that coronavirus reports in online media conceptualize anxiety about the SARS virus and the COVID-19 disease as a complex cognitive structure. The media abuse the trick of "magic numbers" and emotionally expressive words in news headlines, which are perceived by mass information consumers first and typically uncritically.

Objective: The purpose of the current research is to collect basic data to diagnose the current status and to foresee the future research trends of young children's parent education programs published in South Korea from 2001 to 2020. Methods: Data collection was made out of RISS of Korea. Excel 2016 was used to categorize 210 finally filtered and collected data which included academic journal articles, MA/PhD dissertations, and funded research reports according to analysis criteria by publication year/5-year-term, research theme, research method, and researchers' academic area. Results: Annual/5-year-term analysis shows increasing trends of parent education programs for young children. Quantitative research was the most frequently implemented method, followed by literature reviews, qualitative research, and mixed research method in order. In research theme, parent-competency reinforcement program was the most frequently implemented theme followed by parent education, socio-emotional issue, special education for young children with special needs, family support, early childhood sex education, and program analysis in order. Education area showed the most active participation in parent education program for young children in comparing with other academic areas in research field. Conclusion/Implications: Research trends of young children's parent education programs showed steady increase in their amount, frequency, and diversity as well. Minority parents need more attentions for providing the next young generation's educational equality. Parent programs during COVID-19 need to gain more research attentions as well as care-giving grandparents, social workers, and public health care helpers in child caring service areas in order to alleviate low-birth rate.

With the development of information and communication technology, the size of the online market is increasing, and with it, the mobile shopping market utilizing smartphones is also growing day by day. This indicates that the effective use of mobile apps can be a strategic choice for businesses, and this is also true in the tourism and travel industry. In particular, the continuous growth of the OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry based on platforms has accelerated with With Corona, and due to its importance, this study aims to investigate the impact of perceived quality factors of mobile accommodation apps on reuse intention through emotional responses. To test the hypotheses, 260 users of mobile accommodation apps were analyzed, and the results showed that information quality has a positive impact on pleasure and dominance, and service quality has a positive impact on arousal and dominance, and pleasure and dominance have a positive impact on reuse intention. Through these findings, this study clarifies the relationship between mobile accommodation app quality factors and reuse intention, and effective marketing strategies were suggested by providing basic data for improving app quality.

The aim of this study was to develop and implement a program based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for female college students experiencing body dissatisfaction. To systematize the program development process, we adopted the service design method. First, we conducted In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) to identify the difficulties faced by six female college students who experience body dissatisfaction, and to determine what kind of help they needed. Second, content analysis of the findings revealed that female college students were experiencing emotional-behavior problems which derived from the discrepancy between their ideal body image and the reality. Third, a prototype of a cognitive reconstruction program was developed to help transform their perceived 'body distortion' to a rational cognitive concept and thus reduce maladaptive consequences of 'body dissatisfaction'. The overall program consisted of three therapeutic components and seven steps. Fourth, to assess the effectiveness of the program, survey and IDIs were conducted. The results revealed that it is appropriate to use a cognitive model to solve problems caused by body dissatisfaction, and that understanding and reconstructing one's own cognitive processes can be effective in reducing body dissatisfaction. However, based on feedback from participants, a number of revisions were proposed, such as including sufficient induction regarding the behavioral change.
