제품디자인의 감성공학 요소가 브랜드 선호도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 -스마트폰을 중심으로- (The Influence of Emotional Engineering Factors in Product Design on Brand Preference and Loyalty -Focusing on Smartphones-)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 제품디자인에서 감성공학 요소가 브랜드 선호도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 감성공학 요소를 색상, 성능, 사용성, 가치, 신뢰성으로 나누고, 브랜드 선호도와 충성도의 관련성을 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 스마트폰 제품디자인에서 감성공학 요소는 브랜드 선호도에 정적 영향을 미치며 영향력이 큰 요소는 성능, 색상 요소로 나타났다. 스마트폰 제품디자인에서 감성공학 요소는 충성도에 정적 영향을 미치며 영향력이 큰 요소는 신뢰성, 성능 요소로 나타났다. 제품디자인에서 브랜드 선호도가 높을수록 충성도에 영향을 크게 미친다. 제품디자인 감성공학 요소 중에서 영향력이 있는 요소를 파악함으로써 소비자들의 특성에 맞는 제품디자인에 관한 접근이 필요하다.

유아 정서지능 발달에 관한 연구 (Developmental trends of children's emotional intelligence)

  • This investigation of developmental trends in children's emotional intelligence used the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Preschool Children(Kim, 1998) to study 973 children. Significant age differences were found in 5 factors: 'utilization of emotion', 'regulation of emotion', 'handling of relationship between child and teacher' and 'handling of relationship with peers'. Children's emotional intelligence scores increased with age in 3 factors: 'utilization of emotion', 'empathy', and 'regulation of emotion'. Sex differences were found in 5 factors: 'utilization of emotion', 'empathy', 'appraisal and expression of self emotion', 'regulation of emotion', and 'handling of relationship between child and teacher'. In all factors, the scores of girls were higher than those the scores of boys.

유아의 사회적 능력과 정서지능과의 관계에 대한 연구 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study examined the factor structure of social competence and the relationship between social competence and emotional intelligence in preschool children. The subjects were 503 3- to 6-year-old children. Instruments were the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Preschool Children and The Social Competence Scale. The validity and reliability of the factor structures of The Social Competence Scale were confirmed. These factors were initiative, ability, and sociability. The relationship between The Social Competence Scale and the emotional intelligence scale was highly significant (r=.29, p<.001). Three sub-factors of The Social Competence Scale were significantly related to the total emotional intelligence score. Among the six sub-factors of emotional intelligence, 5 were related to the total score of social competence. These were utilization of emotion, empathy, appraisal and expression of self emotion, relationship with teacher, and relationship with peers.

서비스 종사자의 개인-직무적합성이 감정지능 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on Effects of Person-Job Fit of High Touching Service Employees on Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.

웨이보 인기뉴스에 관한 감정표현에 영향을 미치는 요인 - '중국 산시성 린펀시 반점 붕괴 사건'을 중심으로 - (Influencing Factors on the Emotional Expression in Weibo Hot News - Focusing on 'Restaurant Collapse in Linfen City, Shanxi Province' -)

  • 본 연구는 시나 웨이보(Sina Weibo)에 게재된 '산시성 린펀시 반점 붕괴 사건'이라는 인기뉴스(hot news)에 대한 댓글에 나타난 감정표현에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 성별에 따라 감정표현에 차이가 나타났다. 여성은 남성보다 더 강한 분노, 실망, 슬픔, 비난 감정을 표현하였다. 둘째, 동부지역 이용자들의 감정표현 강도가 중부지역과 서부지역에 비하여 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, 이용자가 댓글에 참여하고 감정표현을 게시한 블로그의 총수량인 웨이보 수가 많을수록 감정표현이 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 넷째, 미인증 이용자는 인증된 이용자보다 실망, 슬픔의 감정표현이 더욱 강하였다. 본 연구는 중국의 온라인 여론형성 과정에서 감정표현의 영향 요인을 살펴봄으로써 서양의 트위터나 페이스북과 같은 소셜네트워크와 비교할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 온라인 뉴스분석에서 빅데이터 분석방법을 사용했다는 점에서도 의의가 있다.

간호사의 소진, 감정노동 및 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Burnout, Emotional labor, and Positive Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand job satisfaction, burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital and to identify the factors that influence on job satisfaction in the hospital nurses. Methods: This study was conducted through a survey of 274 nurses at two hospitals in the D city, Korea. Data were collected in September 7 to September 23, 2016 using structured questionnaires which included general characteristics, burnout, job satisfaction, positive psychological capital and emotional labor. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression test with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The score for job satisfaction was 3.03 out of 5. Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. The factors influencing job satisfaction were age, burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. The predict variables accounted for 37.5% of job satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study show that factors influencing job satisfaction are burnout, emotional labor and positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to improve job satisfaction of nurses for emotional labor reduction and positive psychological capital improvement.

치과 의료기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction in oral health professional)

  • Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of emotional labor and stress on job satisfaction and the significant factors influencing job satisfaction in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Emotional labor was classified into two factors: external, inner. Stress consisted of four factors: sleep disorder&anxiety, self-confidence, health&vital, social role work. job satisfaction included growth development, stability chase. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The mean score of emotional labor and score was 3.13 out of a maximum 7 points. job satisfaction was negatively correlated with emotional labor and stress. job satisfaction explained 32.0%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, The emotional labor and stress was correlated with job satisfaction. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective emotional labor and stress to improve the job satisfaction of oral healthcare professional.

A study on the arrangement of emotional words for understanding the human's emotion

  • The idia of modern product design is translated from the concept of functional importance as the basic function to that of emotional importance as the supplement function. In other words, the interests of the emotion in human performance side based on psychological factors of human are increased as well as the function in technical performance side based on physical factors of product. The standard emotional works for understanding the human's emotion are arranged in this paper. The standard emotional words are composed of words expressing the humaa's emotion. The adjectives adaptable to human's emotional works are collected from Korean dictionaries and arranged in the semantic differential(SD) scale. Next, the words with great marks evaluated by SD method are analyzed by factor analysis(FA) method and characterized as emotional words for understanding the human's emotion. The standard emotional words arranged in this paper are important because they are basic information for the development of product or technology as well as for the matter of emotional measurement technical development.

의류제품에 대한 소비경험이 상표태도에 미치는 영향 (The Bisects of Clothing Consumption Experiences on Brand Attitude)

  • Consumers experience various cognitive and emotional contents of clothing through postpurchase process. These experiences may affect consumer satisfaction as well as brand attitude toward clothing products. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumption experiences on the brand attitude toward clothing products. The research questions for accomplishing the purpose of this study were to investigate 1) the dimension of consumption experiences, 2) relationships among consumption experience, satisfaction and brand attitude toward clothing. The sample of this study was consisted of 431 females. The survey method, and factor analysis and regression were utilized for this study. The results were as follows; First, it was found out the consumption was composed of two dimensions such as cognitive and emotional experiences. According to the result of factor analysis, the cognitive experiences through consumption process were composed of 6 factors, that is, the suitability, fitness, utility/economy, sewing, deformation, and management. And emotional experiences were composed of 5 factors, that is, unpleasure, activeycomfort, inter-oriented pleasure, extra- oriented pleasure, tension. Also emotional experiences could be composed of two dimensions, that is, positive and negative emotion. The positive emotions were included pleasure and active/comfort. The negative emotions were included unpleasure and tension. Second, the result of path analysis showed that consumption experiences were related to satisfaction and brand attitude. A satisfaction influenced on brand attitude more strongly than others. And sewing, activejcomfort, extra-oriented pleasure out of cognitive and emotional experience factors affected to brand attitude directly. Satisfaction was also influenced by cognitive and emotional factors, and was the important mediator in forming brand attitude toward clothing through consumption experience. Above results imply that consumer experience multidimensional cognitive and emotional aspects of clothing through consumption process. The cognitive and emotional aspects consisting of consumption experiences, satisfaction, and brand attitude are interrelated causally. Therefore, experience related variables could be the antecedents of satisfaction and brand attitude. The satisfaction and positive emotion could be also important factors in brand attitude toward clothing.

감성 커뮤니케이션을 위한 디지털 눈 콘텐츠 표현 연구 (A Study on The Expression of Digital Eye Contents for Emotional Communication)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 환경에 적용될 수 있는 디지털 눈 콘텐츠의 감성 표현 요소를 정립하는데 목적이 있다. 특히, 스마트 인형의 적용 가능한 감성을 도출하고, 각 감성에 대한 표현 요소의 가이드라인을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 첫째, 문헌 정보, 애니메이션, 실제 사람의 영상을 바탕으로 눈으로 표현되는 감성 표현에 대한 개념 및 특징을 연구한다. 둘째, FGI를 통해 스마트 인형의 디지털 눈에 필요한 6가지 감정 -Happy, Angry, Sad, Relaxed, Sexy, Pure-을 정의하고, 각 감성에 따른 표현 요소를 추출하였다. 셋째, 추출된 요소를 분석하여 디지털 눈의 감성 표현에 대한 가이드라인을 정립하였다. 연구 결과 각 감성을 구분하고 표현하기 위한 요소는 눈매, 시선, 홍채 크기, 특수 효과의 총 4가지로 나타났고 각 감성 별로 구분되는 요소별 정의와 특징을 도출하였다. 얼굴 표정에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소인 눈에 대한 감성 표현 연구는 애니메이션을 포함한 디지털 콘텐츠와 로봇, 스마트 인형 등의 감성 커뮤니케이션 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
