This paper introduces an emotional behavior decision model for intelligent service robots. An emotional model should make different behavior decisions according to the purpose of the robots. We propose an emotional behavior decision model which can change the character of emotional model and make different behavior decisions although the situation and environment remain the same. We defined each emotional element such as reactive dynamics, internal dynamics, emotional dynamics, and behavior dynamics by state dynamic equations. The proposed system model is a linear system. If you want to add one external stimulus or behavior, you need to add just one dimensional vector to the matrix of external stimulus or behavior dynamics. The case of removing is same. The change of reactive dynamics, internal dynamics, emotional dynamics, and behavior dynamics also follows the same procedure. We implemented the proposed emotional behavior decision model and verified its performance.

This paper introduces an emotional behavior decision model based on linear system for intelligent service robots. An emotional model should make different behavior decisions according to the purpose of the robots. We propose an emotional behavior decision model which can change the character of intelligent service robots and make different behavior decisions although the situation and environment remain the same. We defined each emotional element such as reactive dynamics, internal dynamics, emotional dynamics, and behavior dynamics by state dynamic equations. The proposed system model is a linear dynamic system. We implemented a cyber robot and an emotional head robot using 3D character for verifying the performance of the proposed emotional behavior decision model.
Dynamics of Sijo was regarded as a genre of 'closed nature' once. But ironically thanks to the 'closed nature', today dynamics of Sijo is refocused in diverse fields. Sijo is quoted not only in its original field of literature, but also in writing study. Quite remarkably, it is often referred to in the field of literary therapy, further in emotional healing. This article discussed the dynamics of Sijo as a manifestation of emotion especially called Gamsung in the process of the refocus. It is to show effectively that as a literary genre, Sijo can interact and share what is reasonal as well as what is emotional and sentimental in a poem as an emotional container beyond the lyricism Sijo has. Of course, it is also clear that the concept of lyricism may limit the dynamics of Sijo itself. Thus, the key word 'Gamsung' mainly referred to in this article was used to show the dynamics which Sijo has as much as possible, overcoming the limitation. That is, the purpose of the study is to prove that Sijo is the genre to represent human emotion most dynamically by reviewing the reasonal aspect of Sijo in addition to its emotional disposition which has been estimated to focus on sentiment or emotion. In the process of reinterpreting the structure of Sijo, the specific analysis on such emotional disposition and reasonal aspect was conducted by structurizing that as '(1) Facing, (2) Feeling dynamical, (3) Interpellating by feeling, and (4) feeling by sensation'.
The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the emotional dynamics among sport issues, social structure changes and collective behaviors with time-series analysis. For the purpose, the doping scandal of Tae-Hwan Park was chosen and simplified into 10 episodes. And replies and articles on them were analysed by time-series analysis. As the conclusions, first, there was a clear causal relationship between sport issue and sport emotion. Second, sport emotion was a social being which interacting with social process. Third, the sport emotional dynamics was confirmed. With this study, the sport emotion dynamics was empirically verified, but more statistical approaches would be needed for stronger evidences.
Purpose - This study aims to explore the influence of emotional discrepancies among investors on the cryptocurrency market. It focuses on how varying emotions affect market dynamics such as volatility and trading volume in the context of Bitcoin trading. Design/methodology/approach - This study involves analyzing data from Bitcointalk.org, consisting of 57,963 posts and 2,215,776 responses from November 22, 2009, to December 31, 2022. Tools used include the Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count (LIWC) software for classifying emotional content and the Python Pattern library for sentiment analysis. Findings - The results show that heterogeneous emotional feedback, whether positive or negative, significantly influences Bitcoin's intraday volatility, skewness, and trading volume. These findings are more pronounced when the underlying emotion in the feedback is amplified. Research implications or Originality - This study underscores the significance of emotional factors in financial decision-making, especially within the realm of social media. It suggests that investors and market strategists should consider the emotional landscape of online forums when making investment choices or formulating market strategies. The research also paves the way for future studies regarding the behavioral impact of emotions on the cryptocurrency market.
This paper proposes an emotional interaction model between human and robot using an android. An android is a sort of humanoid robot that the outward shape of robot is almost the same as that of human. The android is a robot platform to implement and test emotional expressions and human interaction. In order to behave for the android like human, a structure of internal emotion system is very important. In our research, we propose a novel emotional model of android based on biological hormone and emotion space. Proposed emotion model has an advantage that it can represent emotion change as time by hormone dynamics.
Even though gratitude is considered as an important virtue to possess for successful adulthood, little is known about what cultivates gratitude and its benefits associated with psychological well-being among adolescents. By examining gratitude as a daily mood, this study asked (1) whether adolescents' daily grateful mood varied as a function of daily parental emotional support and (2) whether adolescents' psychological well-being varied as a function of daily grateful mood within person across seven days. The sample consisted of 70 adolescents in 8th grade recruited from a public middle school. Participants completed daily diary checklists online each evening for seven days. On days when adolescents perceived greater parental emotional support from mother or father than they typically did during the week, they rated their grateful mood to be higher than other days. With more emotional support from father, adolescents reported more grateful mood not only on that day, but also the following day. While this result highlights the important role that parents play in adolescents' experience of grateful mood, emotionally supportive behaviors of fathers appear particularly promising for cultivating gratitude. Further, daily grateful mood on a given day accounted for the significant variance in adolescents' psychological well-being not only on the same day, but also the following day. Research and practical implications of the results are discussed.

The mechanism design of the interactive emotional robot has been carried out. The two-wheeled inverted pendulum type mechanism was adopted to improve the mobility and make the innate clumsy monoaxial bicycle motion. Even though the system is unstable in itself, it is expected for the robot to move freely in a plane, keeping the upright position only with two wheels. Two motors attached on head can make 4 motion sets, and two motors on the wheels can make 8. Therefore, 32 independent motion sets can be achieved from the robot to communicate the emotions with humans. The motion's equation of the robot was derived based on nonholonomic dynamics, and the necessary power to the wheel's rotational axis was found by simulation.
One of the newest trends in AI is emotion recognition utilizing keystroke dynamics, which leverages biometric data to identify users and assess emotional states. This work offers a comparison of four datasets that are frequently used to research keystroke dynamics: BB-MAS, Buffalo, Clarkson II, and CMU. The datasets contain different types of data, both behavioral and physiological biometric data that was gathered in a range of environments, from controlled labs to real work environments. Considering the benefits and drawbacks of each dataset, paying particular attention to how well it can be used for tasks like emotion recognition and behavioral analysis. Our findings demonstrate how user attributes, task circumstances, and ambient elements affect typing behavior. This comparative analysis aims to guide future research and development of applications for emotion detection and biometrics, emphasizing the importance of collecting diverse data and the possibility of integrating keystroke dynamics with other biometric measurements.
