This study analyzed the relationships between home environment, child characteristics and school readiness. In particular, it examined the influence of home environment and child characteristics upon children's school readiness with a focus on attitudes towards and other socio-emotional aspects. 57 children's characteristics, including such items as IQ performance and demographic variables were obtained by means of both individual testing of the child and through a questionnaire given to their parents. Relative levels of school readiness were then rated by teachers. Pearson correlations, and a multiple regression analysis were carried out using the SPSS Win 12.0 program. Our results indicated that (1) school readiness was positively related with mother's job, HOME, the ages of the children, Performance IQ, and Total IQ. (2) The level of the other's education, her job and the child's age was found to significantly predict the level of school readiness.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

Purpose: This study examine the relationships retirement plans, perception of successful aging and attitude toward retirement nurses. Methods: The subjects of this study 200 nurses at two hospitals in C City. The data collection period from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31, 2011. Results: The degree of retirement significant according to age, marital status, education level, dependent, duration of employment, shift, department, annual salary. he degree of economic retirement plan showed significant differences according to age, marital status, education level, dependent home, duration of employment, department, annual salary. he degree of physical retirement plan showed statistically significant differences according to age, marital status, dependent, department. The degree of emotional retirement plan showed significant differences according to age, department. Conclusion: mprove the retirement of clinical nurse, we need a systematic based on physical and mental health.

Burnout is a severe psychological and physical syndrome that occurs in response to prolonged stress at work. It brings enormous costs to both organizations and individuals because it negatively impacts employees' job attitudes and leads to undesirable behaviors. The purpose of this study was to examine the negative effects of job burnout on the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of social worker. Organizational citizenship behaviors are efforts by employees above and beyond what is expected. For the research, burnout was consisted of emotional exhaustion(EE), depersonalization(PA) and diminished personal accomplishment(DP) by Maslach and Jackson's MBI. This study analyzed 342 social workers in private social welfare organizations by survey. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Social Workers had negative correlation to burnout on the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Especially, EE, PA and DP had a negative effect on the organizational commitment; PA and DP had a negative effect on the organizational citizenship behavior. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for burnout strategies on the results.

This study examines A-list users in the Twitter network of National Assembly members in South Korea. An examination of some socio-geographic characteristics of these A-list users indicates that the distribution of these users in terms of their geographic location and social status can be understood in the context of the Korean social structure. In addition, an examination of Tweets posted by these users shows that half of these users had negative attitudes toward the current administration and that some Tweets contained emotional terms.

The purposes of this phenomenological study were to investigate the sexual experiences of juvenile delinquents, and to understand how ecological systems affected their sexual activities. The participants were 13 adolescents on probation and 12 adolescents from juvenile correctional facilities or prisons. They explained their meanings of sex, their sexual behaviors, and their coping strategies for sexual problems. Participants conceptualized sex as physical intercourse, while excluding the emotional aspects of sex. They accepted adults' sexist attitudes toward male and female sexual behaviors, and followed adults' commercialization of sex. In contrast to their routinizing sexual behaviors, they had neither enough knowledge of sex nor effective strategies to solve sexual problems. The sexual activities of juvenile delinquents were influenced by their peer groups and sexual messages from media and internet, rather than by their tamely and school. The holistic view of the study highlights the importance of interactions between individuals and the ecological systems when interpreting the sexual experiences of juvenile delinquents.

This paper is to clarify the concepts of "sound home" and "healthy family" Even though "sound home" and "healthy family have different meanings and definitions. many researchers are using them in a mixed ways. Therefore through this paper I tried to make distinction of the meanings of the above concepts as below: 1. Sound Home : Basic and fundamental social units and environment which have strong and healthy family members and performs well not only family function but also have attitudes and willingness to perform family function and maintain their family value and ethics. 2. Healthy Family : Social units which have strong and healthy family members and develop individual personal development -their physical emotional social moral development and self-esteem self-achievemet -and have good interaction enhancement skills- communication decision making stress managing strategies- and also maintain family systems. Whereas "sound home" is more broad concept related to Home Econom cs "healthy family" is more related family relations and interaction.quot; is more related family relations and interaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine if there are the differences in advertising effects among three fashion sexual advertisements in terms of sexual appeal levels(high/medium/low). Through three pre-tests, three stimuli were chosen for this study. Three hundred female college students in Seoul participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, and reliability test were used. The results were as follows: First, from the factor analysis on advertising attitudes, three factors such as emotional, behavioral, and cognitive factors were produced. Second, there were significant differences in three sexual appeal levels among three advertising attitude factors. Third, there was also a significant difference in three sexual appeal levels on brand attitude. Finally, there was not a significant difference in the sexual appeal levels on purchase intention. Based on these results, this study would provide significant and efficient fashion advertising strategies to fashion advertising marketers and advertisement creators as implications.

In China, Weibo is one of the social platforms with more users. It has the characteristics of fast information transmission and wide coverage. People can comment on a certain event on Weibo to express their emotions and attitudes. Judging the emotional tendency of users' comments is not only beneficial to the monitoring of the management department, but also has very high application value for rumor suppression, public opinion guidance, and marketing. This paper proposes a two-input Adaboost model based on TextCNN and BiLSTM. Use the TextCNN model that can perform local feature extraction and the BiLSTM model that can perform global feature extraction to process comment data in parallel. Finally, the classification results of the two models are fused through the improved Adaboost algorithm to improve the accuracy of text classification.

This paper is a qualitative study of the experiences of Korean heritage language learners (KHLLs) with literacy (reading and writing), particularly before they enter the college-level heritage language classroom. Previous research, both qualitative and quantitative, has addressed the overall language background of KHLLs, including oral and aural proficiency and writing and reading ability, as well as demographic information (such as when the student immigrated to the United States) in relation to language test scores. This study addresses KHLL experiences in the following six areas as they relate to student perceptions and attitudes toward their own heritage language literacy: language proficiency, motivation for learning, academic preparedness, cultural connectedness, emotional factors, and social factors. Fourteen undergraduate students at a university in the western United States participated in a convenience sample by responding to a 10-question survey. Trends in responses indicated that KHLLs entered the classroom with high integrational motivation and experienced great satisfaction with perceived progress in literacy, but students also expressed regret for having missed childhood learning experiences that would likely have resulted in higher proficiency. These experiences include informal and formal instruction in the home and formal instruction outside of the home.
