공간구문론을 이용한 지하공간 비상유도등의 효율적인 위치선정 방법론 검토 (Examination for Methodology of Design of Emergency Lightings by Using Space Syntax Theory)

  • 지하공간은 화재를 비롯한 재난이 발생했을 때 지상공간에 비해 더 큰 위험이 따르므로 비상유도등 설계시에 공간의 특징을 충분히 고려해야 한다. 공간구문론의 뎁쓰맵(Depthmap) 프로그램은 공간의 정량적인 분석을 가능하게 하는 프로그램으로, 이를 통해 개구부의 위치 등 평면 구성에 따른 공간의 정확한 분석을 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공간구문론을 이용한 지하공간 비상유도등의 위치선정 방법론을 검토하기 위해 화재발생시 나타나는 인간 행동의 특징을 파악하고 복잡한 공간에서 생존자득의 피난경로를 선택하는 방법을 분석하였다. 그리고 공간구문론으로 분석된 특정 공간에 이상의 분석결과를 종합하여 천편일률적인 설치가 아닌, 공간의 구조를 고려한 비상유도등의 효율적인 위치선정 방법론을 검토하였다.

  • 최근 대규모 및 초고층 복합 건물 화재에서 실시간 현장상황 파악 및 신속한 인명 구조와 구조대원의 안전한 생명 보장을 위하여 유비쿼터스 기반 첨단 방재시스템의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 논문에서 초고층 건물 화재의 특성과 위험성을 분석하고 단순성과 확장성을 제공하는 효율적인 메쉬 라우팅을 이용한 피난유도 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 우리의 연구는 센서네트워크를 구축하여 초고층 건물의 화재 및 재난 발생시 실시간으로 화재 및 생존자 위치정보와 화재상황 정보를 감지하고 유도등과 연계한 메쉬 라우팅 알고리즘 기법을 이용하여 신속하고 안전한 피난경로를 제시한다.

  • The LBS(Location Based Service) technology plays an important role in reducing wastes of time, losses of human lives and economic losses by detecting the user's location in order by suggesting the optimal evacuation route of the users in case of safety accidents. We developed an algorithm to estimate indoor location, movement path and indoor location changes of smart phone users based on the built-in sensors of smartphones and the dead-reckoning algorithm for pedestrians without a connection with smart devices such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Furthermore, seven different indoor movement scenarios were selected to measure the performance of this algorithm and the accuracy of the indoor location estimation was measured by comparing the actual movement route and the algorithm results of the experimenter(pedestrian) who performed the indoor movement. The experimental result showed that this algorithm had an average accuracy of 95.0%.

  • Rising urban flood patterns are a universal phenomenon and a significant challenge for city government and urban planners worldwide. Urban flood problems range from relatively localized incidents to substantial incidents, which lead to cities being flooded for a few hours to several days. Therefore, the effect may be widespread, such as the temporary displacement of individuals, disruption to civic facilities, water quality degradation and the possibility of epidemics. The problems raised by urban flooding are highly challengeable and compound by ongoing climate change, with adverse implications for changes in rainfall and gaps in intra-urban rainfall distribution. Unplanned construction and invasions of large houses along rivers and watercourses have interfered in natural rivers and watercourses. As a result, the runoff has risen in proportion to the urbanization of the urban floods. The location of the relief camp and the priority for evacuation were determined, and the safest route to avoid floods were established. This method can be used for emergency planning in future flood incidents, and it will help plan disaster preparedness for Panchayat. This study will promote the flood plain's potential use for disaster management and land use planning virtually.

Study on Disaster Prevention in Case of Fire at Subway Platform with Platform Screen Door

  • A study on fire phenomena in a subway transit mass station has been carried out as a part of disaster prevention plan at the subway station. The ventilation facilities installed in both the platform and the trackway are designed to convert into a smoke exhaust system in emergency situation, creating an environment necessary for evacuation. 3 dimensional Numerical Simulations based on the CFD are carried out using a simulation tool, Fire Dynamic Simulator. Total of six different cases are made and performances are compared each other to find optimal vents operation to ensure safer environment for evacuation at the platform area considering the installation of platform screen door.

  • After DAEGUE disaster, there are a lot of studying is focus on the safety of fire in korea. and Now there are taking place the modification of Urban Railway vehicle over the country. It is usually about the ability of fire resistance. But most of victims of this fire disaste in train on underground railway platform are because they could not leave the train in time and were trapped by hot gases. This study will investigate the plan of guide and evacuation plan of DAEGUE modification project and It will be compared with Madrid 8000 series metro's. and looking for reasonable and practical solution for Urban railway vehicle in Korea.

  • The goal of fire prevention research is to eliminate fires as a cause of fatal accidents and there are two main areas of research. One is to prevent flame propagation during in-flight and it addresses fire hazards. The other is to minimize the possibility of flame penetration or fuselage burn-through and it aims toward post-crash survival include crash protection, emergency evacuation and post-evacuation survival. Civil aviation authorities world-wide are trying to identify threats and measure performance for fire prevention. The results of research are standardized and given as general directions of test methods. This paper has prepared to study and present the means of compliance to the fire prevention requirements and applicable test methods.

  • 건축물에 있어 피난 계획은 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 고려되어야 할 매우 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 기존 다양한 연구 및 실제 재난 사례등을 통해 피난의 중요성은 지속적으로 강조되어 왔으며, 사전 대비를 위한 다양한 노력들이 수행되어 왔다. 또한, 실제와 유사한 대응 훈련 준비의 어려움을 극복하고자 시뮬레이션을 통한 해결책 마련이 새로운 대안으로 떠올랐다. 그러나 피난 계획의 경우 시설물 뿐만 아니라 재실자의 특성 또한 신중히 고려되어야 한다. 현실과 가까운 피난 계획의 수립을 위해 본 연구에서는 인간 행태를 고려한 피난 과정을 분석한다. 기존 사회과학 이론에 기초하고 시스템 다이내믹스 모델링을 이용하여, 피난 초기부터 탈출까지 다양한 재실자 그룹의 특성으로 인해 발생하는 요인들을 포함하며, 이에 따른 의사결정, 행동의 변화 등의 분석한다. 이러한 모델을 통해 그룹 형성 및 재실자 간 상호 작용 등 긴급 상황에서 발생하는 인간 행태가 전체 피난 행태 및 결과에 미치는 영향을 파악하며, 향후 피난 시뮬레이터의 모듈로써의 활용 및 시설물 안전 관리자의 피난 계획 수립 시 의사결정의 기초자료를 제공할 것이라 예상된다.

항만에서의 위험·유해물질(HNS) 누출사고 대응에 관한 연구 (A Study of Emergency Response for the Leakage Accident of Hazardous and Noxious Substances in a Port)

  • In general, lots of containers including various dangerous materials are transported to the port located in big cities such as Busan where massive residents live. Thus, it's really important how to make the emergency response for the leak accidents of dangerous materials and evaluate the direct or indirect damages to adjacent areas. In this study, in order to make reasonable emergency plans, CA (Consequence Analysis) is employed after selecting a key hazardous and noxious material, hydrogen fluroide. This material accounts for the third largest portion of cargo volume among all dangerous materials and can cause a huge damage in case of leakages. As a case study, Busan North port is selected as a test port since the portion of dangerous materials is higher than that of other ports in Busan. It is assumed that 1 ton of hydrogen fluoride is spilled at Busan North port. CA is performed to assess the impact of this accident. Throughout CA, the ERPG-2 range of a leak accident can be evaluated and this result can be used for decision making tools for mitigating the impact of a leak accident. To mitigate the damage of this accident, suitable a protective equipment and resident evacuation procedures should be prepared. Finally, this study can provide a systematic approach to make the emergency plan for reducing economical and personal losses.

A Systematic Review of the Mechanical CPR and Manual CPR on Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Occurring in High-rise Building

  • CPR in High-rise building is one of the challenging tasks to 119 paramedics, evacuating patient from the narrow and vertical area. This study was built to compare the method of mechanical CPR and manual CPR is to maximizing on-scene treatment time, and minimizing the hand-off time in cardiac arrest, transporting patient as fast as possible. The electronic data research (Science, Pubmed, Medline, Medline and 55 academic DB interworking) was conducted, and five articles were included by reviewing and excluding through the Covidence program and Review Manager version 5.4(Cochrane Collaboration). OHCA occurring on the higher floor indicates lower in survival. A total studies uniformly reported mechanical CPR is more effective during the high-rise building evacuation, than manual CPR in rate, depth, and hands-on time of chest compression. Use of mechanical CPR device is more suitable in case of High-rise building OHCA to improve the survival rate which is affected by high-quality CPR.
