  • Concrete structures move wholly with concrete and rebar, so they endure external force, but recently the embedded rebar in concrete has been corroded by environmental, physical and chemical factors. the embedded rebar corrosion influences concrete structure to deteriorate structure capacity. To revaluate effect to deterioration of concrete structure according to corrosion of rebar, the researcher mostly examined into corrosion rebar and complex relation of concrete. In that there are flexural strength deterioration of corrosion concrete structure and the bond strength of concrete. But It has not sufficiently studied about physical characteristic of corrosion rebar itself. In this study I will compare specification of rebar through corrosion experiment with corrosion ratio of rebar according to diameter and revaluate. And I will investigate the effect to strength characteristic of rebar according to corrosion ratio.

  • 임베디드 시스템 시장이 확대되면서 최근 들어 자동차, 선박, 로봇 등과 같은 다양한 분야에서 임베디드 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 임베디드 운영체제, 임베디드 소프트웨어 모델링 기법, 임베디드 소프트웨어 테스팅 등 다양한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 임베디드 분야가 하드웨어 분야에 치중되어 왔기 때문에 임베디드 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 공학적 접근 방식이 미약한 상태이다. 이 뿐만 아니라 임베디드 시스템 개발에 있어서 재사용성을 고려한 프레임워크 기반의 설계 기법 등은 반영되지 못한 실정이다. 이렇게 개발됨으로써 시스템 내에 죽은 코드(Dead Code)들이 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 시스템의 재사용성이 매우 저조한 결과를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재사용성 향상을 위한 임베디드 시스템의 프레임워크를 제시하고, 이 프레임워크에 대한 정적 메타 모델을 제시한다. 이러한 메타 모델을 통해 임베디드 시스템의 재사용 프레임워크의 구조를 표현 할 뿐만 아니라, 이를 기반으로 다양한 임베디드 시스템 형태에 따라 모델을 쉽게 확장하여 설계할 수 있도록 한다.

  • The embedded atom method based on the density functional theory is used for calculating ground state properties of realistic metal systems. In this paper, we had corrected constitutive formulae and parameters on the palladium for the purpose of doing Embedded Atom Method analysis. And then we have computed the properties of the palladium on the fundamental scale of the atomic structure. In result, simulated ground state properties, such as the lattice constant, elastics constants and the sublimation energy, show good agreement with Daw's simulation data and with experimental data.

  • Embedded rail track can be described as a track structure that is completely covered within pavement. Rail supported continually on a concrete slab or concrete plinth. There are many kinds of types such as non-resilient track and resilient track, super resilient embedded track (floating slab). Embedded rail track is generally the standard for light rail transit routes because this track has many advantages such as reducing noise, maintenance cost and weight of track. In this paper, decision of track profile is restricted by the optimum levels of the flangeway and the gap between the rail head and the pavement surface of depressing tread zone. By result of this study, embedded rail track can reduce corrosion of rail, internal stress and rail deflection.

  • This paper persents how to port HAL (Handset Abstraction Layer) on embedded Linux to support WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability). As smart phones are widespread nowdays, the operating system is changing from a simple kernel like Qualcomm REX OS to more feature-rich Linux kernel. For this reason, we investigate the internal structure of HAL on REX OS and design how to port it to embedded Linux. Careful analysis leads us to identify several porting issues such as thread support, graphical user interface. In addition, we describe some problems discovered during the implementation process and propose alternative architecture of HAL for WIPI on Linux.

  • An operating information and fault recode of train is very important information for safety driving and maintenance. And these information is increased and need high speed as the number of trains is increased. Wireless LAN or CDMA network is efficient to report more complicated and various information from vehicle to server in control center. Existing wireless transmission system has weakness due to transmission system is separated with TDCS and standalone. At first, standalone system needs space to be installed and cost is increased. And data transmission capacity and speed is limited by complicated structure that transmission system receive data thru serial communication like RS232 and then data transmission system send data to server in control center. This article is study to develop embedded & wireless fault code transmission device to be installed in TDCS to overcome weakness of space and to have more cost effective and simple structure. It is adapted 802.11b/g WiFi for wireless communication and OS is used embedded Linux that can easily implement wireless communication environment and ensure TCP/IP communication’s security. We also implement simple server to test wireless communication between embedded & wireless fault code transmission device and server in control center.

폴리머 기판위에 형성된 나노구조제어 알루미나의 캐패시터 특성 (Capacitance Properties of Nano-Structure Controlled Alumina on Polymer Substrate)

  • Embedded capacitor technology can improve electrical perfomance and reduce assembly cost compared with traditional discrete capacitor technology. To improve the capacitance density of the $Al_2O_3$ based embedded capacitor on Cu cladded fiber reinforced plastics (FR-4), the specific surface area of the $Al_2O_3$ thin films was enlarged and their surface morphologies were controlled by anodization process parameters. From I-V characteristics, it was found that breakdown voltage and leakage current were 23 V and $1{\times}10^{-6}A/cm^2$ at 3.3 V, respectively. We have also measured C-V characteristics of $Pt/Al_2O_3/Al/Ti$ structure on CU/FR4. The capacitance density was $300nF/cm^2$ and the dielectric loss was 0.04. This nano-porous $Al_2O_3$ is a good material candidate for the embedded capacitor application for electronic products.

  • In this study, experimental research was carried out to evaluate the seismic performance of reinforced concrete exterior beam-column joint regions using hybrid retrofitting with AFRP sheets and embedded CFRP reinforcements in existing reinforced concrete building. Therefore it was constructed and tested three specimens retrofitting the beam-column joint regions using such retrofitting materials. Specimens, designed by retrofitting the beam-column joint regions of existing reinforced concrete structure, were showed the stable failure mode and increase of load-carrying capacity due to the effect of crack control at the times of initial loading and confinement of retrofitting materials during testing. Specimens RBCJ-SRA3 designed by the retrofitting of AFRP sheets and embedded CFRP reinforcements in reinforced exterior beam-column joint regions were increased its maximum load carrying capacity by 1.86 times and its energy dissipation capacity by 1.65 times in comparison with standard specimen RBCJ for a displacement ductility of 5.

  • 최근 스마트폰을 비롯한 커넥티드카(Connected Car), IoT 등의 확산으로 국방, 항공, 의료 등 다양한 분야에서 임베디드 제어 시스템이 널리 분포되어 사용되고 있다. 스마트폰과 네트워크 시스템과 같이 각 역할을 수행하는 임베디드 제어 시스템이 유기적으로 구성되어 하나의 또 다른 시스템을 만들어가는 예시들이 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 각 임베디드 제어 시스템의 유기적 연동과 신뢰성이 중요한 평가요소가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 제어 시스템이 사용되고 있는 분야 중에서 차량용 임베디드 제어시스템의 품질평가기준과 평가방법을 개발하고자 한다. 차량용 임베디드 제어 시스템의 높은 품질수준을 만족시키기 위해 차량용 임베디드 제어 시스템의 최신동향을 조사하고, 임베디드 제어 시스템의 구조 및 응용 기술을 분석하여 소프트웨어 국제표준 규격인 ISO/IEC 9126과 전기전자제품 국제 표준 규격인 ISO 26262를 참조하여 차량용 임베디드 제어 시스템의 품질평가기준과 평가방법론을 확립하고자 한다.
