토기.도자기 복원에 사용된 에폭시 복원재료의 화학적 제거방법과 그 안정성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Chemically Method of Epoxy Restoration Material in Antic Ceramics and Stabilization of Their Materials)

  • 에폭시의 황변 현상은 도자기 복원재에 있어 항상 발생하는 문제로 알려져 있다. 이들의 재복원을 위해서는 반드시 이 에폭시의 제거가 선행되어야 하는 바, 본 논문에서는 이의 화학적인 제거법과 그 제거제의 특성들에 대하여 논의하고자 하였다. 이 논문에서 파손되어 에폭시로 복원된 다양한 형태의 도자기들에서 에폭시의 화학적 제거에 대하여 설명하였으며 디크로로메탄(Dichloromethane)과 Dichloromethane을 기초로 한 Dimethylformamide를 이용한 용액들이 나타내는 도자기 복원에 사용된 에폭시 제거법에 대하여 설명하였다. 이들 중, 특히 Dichloromethane + Dimethylformamide 용액을 이용할 경우, 색도의 변화, 광택도의 변화, 굽힘 강도의 변화, 무게의 변화, 표면도, 박리 시간에서 매우 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 이것은 Dichoromethane의 에폭시에 대한 팽윤 성질과 Dimethylformamide의 연화성 증진의 결과로 Dichloromethane은 에폭시와 도자기의 경계면을 팽윤시켜 박리시키면서, Dimethylformaide가 에폭시 자체의 경도를 낮춤으로 매우 약한 내부 결합을 가진 도자기라도 안정한 박리가 가능한 결과로 보인다. 또 이 용액의 직접적인 적용을 위하여 국내 대학 박물관 소장 청화백자모란문 양념단지의 재복원시의 에폭시 제거제로 이용하였으며, 매우 안정된 박리 현상을 발견할 수 있어 추후, 이를 이용하여 재 복원될 도자기 유물에 실적용할 경우, 완벽하고 안전하게 에폭시를 제거함으로 재복원될 에폭시 접착제의 제거에 충분히 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Reinforced concrete structure can be strengthened by glass fiber reinforced plastic thin panels. The GFRP-Thin Panels are manufactured by pressing form and their application technique are similar to steel plates. The use of FGRP-Thin Panels presents several advantages. The advantages of this structural system are the case of application, the elimination of joint and corrosion at the epoxy-panel interface. This paper introduces the method of manufacturing about GFRP-Thin Panels, mechanical properties and the application of reinforced concrete structures.

Monoterpenoid계의 새로운 항암제 합성 및 In vitro 세포독성 평가 (Synthesis and in vitro Cytotoxicity Monoterpenoid as New Antitumor Agents)

  • Many attention has been focused on developing new chemotherapeutic agents for a treatment of cancer from natural products. From Carpesium divaricatum S. et Z. (Compositae), various monoterpenoid compounds were isolated and exhibited mild antitumor activity against human tumor cell lines. These facts prompted us to explore the structure-activity relationship of these compounds. The synthesis of monoterpenoid compound was accomplished by Fries rearrangement, Grignard reaction, elimination, allylic oxidation, esterification and epoxidation as key steps. The results of in vitro cytotoxicity (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF498, HCT15) of the synthesised compounds are as follows: First of all, epoxide moiety is prerequisite for cytotoxic activity in diester compound. Any kind of compounds with olefin or diol moiety instead of epoxide ring exhibited poor or mild cytotoxic activity respectively. Of o-acetoxy and isobutoxy epoxy esters, p-sub-stituted phenylacetate compounds exhibited high cytotoxic activities against SK-MEL-2 and HCT15.

  • The photoelastic determination of S.I.F. in Fracture mechanics has been regarded as one of the most effective and practical experimental methods in which stresses are read directly, except a few shortcomings involved in the process of experiment; the difficulties of making a sharp crack tip similar to the practical one and nearly impossibilities of carving an arbitrarily shaped crack on the test plate, etc. To eliminate flaws mentioned above, recently, Kitagawa and Watanabe of Tokyo Univ.developed a new method named"Teflon Insert Method". which has improved experimental accuracy to a considerable extent byt remaining still room for further improvement, that is, the elimination of bonding boundary scars which render photoelastic fringes obscure. In this paper, a newly exploited"Teflon Molding Method" was attempted for the completion of teflon-epoxy experimental method. The experimental results obtained by this method are compared with existent theoretical and experimental values to evaluate its accuracy. As result, 1-6% of margin of errors were appeared in a series of photoelastic experiments which defied any other conventional method in terms of experimental accuracy.perimental accuracy.

  • So for the quartz-glassy crucible wastes which was used for pulling up silicon-single-crystal ingot have simply reused for refractory raw-materials, or exhausted. This study is concerned on the advanced recycling-technology that is obtained by the proper micro-particle preparation process in order to fabricate fine amorphous silica filler for EMC (Epoxy Molding Compound). Therefore, this paper will deal with the physical, chemical and thermal pre-treatment process for efficient impurity removal and with the proper micro-particle process for producing the amorphous silicafiller. In view of the results, if the chemical, physical and thermal pre-treatment process for efficient elimination of impurity was passed, the purity of wasted fused glassy crucible is almost equal to the its of first anhydrous quartz glass. Thus, it was understood that this wasted fused glassy crucible was sufficient value of recycling, though it was damaged. When the ingot was fabricated, Phase transformation of crystallization by heat treatment (heat hysteresis phenomenon) was not changed. So, it was understood that as fused silica in the amorphous state, as It is, recycling possibility was very high
