The digital electronic switching system has some problems, when this system processes OAM(Operation, Administration And Maintenance) messages about the fault, the traffic, the account, and the performance, etc., at the present. One of these problems is that each the module processing these messages in the digital electronic switching system can not process OAM messages out of another digital electronic switching system. Each the module processing these OAM messages, that is, has been programmed in order to process only the OAM message out of the digital electronic switching system mounting itself, not to process the message out of the digital electronic switching system based on another platform. Therefore, we studied on methods that could process OAM messages out of all digital electronic switching systems and, first of all, developed the MGS(Message Gathering System) to be able to accept and process the fault message of OAM messages out of all digital electronic switching systems in real time.

This study aims to develop an electronic moxibustion device for the quantification of moxibustion, which progresses a critical role in traditional oriental medicine as well as to assess the characteristics of heating. The assessment revealed that the proposed electronic moxibustion treatment device can reduce the time required for reaching the desired heat level and continue to provide heat consistently. Moreover, heat transmitted to the treated area was found to correspond to a heating pattern of the proposed electronic moxibustion device. It proved both quantitative control and safe treatment for the proposed electronic moxibustion device.

The reliability of power electronic systems becomes increasingly important, as power electronic systems have gradually gained an essential status in a wide range of industrial applications. Accordingly, recent research has made an effort to improve the reliability of power electronic systems to comply with stringent constraints on safety, cost, and availability. The condition monitoring of power electronic components is one of the main topics in the research area of the reliability of power electronic systems. In this paper, condition-monitoring methods of reliability-critical components in power electronic systems are discussed to provide the current state of knowledge by organizing and evaluating current representative literature.

In this study, we examine why there exist different legal systems in electronic commerce or online financial trading. When a fraud online transaction occurs and the online customer disputes the transaction, the online customer takes responsibility for the proof of her/his argument in many European countries while in the U.S., the burden of proof lays on the firm. This paper analyzes how these two different legal systems exist and how these can be applied to electronic commerce law. In particular, this paper intends to find the optimal level of e-commerce firms' investment on security and analyzes how security investments can be related to firm's profits and consumer's welfare depending on IT infrastructure and social trust environment. More on, this paper can be contributed to provide guidelines for regulatory framework on ecommerce online transactions and discuss social welfare implications.

Online or e-banking has been adopted as key banking innovation in Uganda adopted by all financial institutions in the country. This research explored the state of e-banking and its efficacy in Uganda banking industry. A correlation analysis approach was adopted for this research. In Uganda, the banking sector has been liberalized with telecommunications allowed to effect e-banking and ecommerce transactions. The study concentrated on the periods of years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013. Findings from this research revealed that BOU uses UNISS for real time gross settlement (RTGS). Since its adoption a +1 coefficient correlation was realized. With the use of mobile money, also a +1 coefficient correlation was achieved for the period under consideration. As regards the use of e-cheques, there was a drop reflected by -2.8 percent which could have been attributed to perception of the users, though there was a +1 coefficient correlation when considering e-cheque transactions and the monetary value. The use of EFT in Uganda generated a +1 coefficient correction considering the number of users and the monetary value involved. Bank of Uganda should work hard and make or go live with electronic banking supervision software which would aid them with their supervisory roles.

최근 인터넷을 통한 B2B 전자상거래가 확산됨에 따라 다양한 형태의 인터넷 비즈니스를 지원하기 위한 기술들이 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 B2B 전자상거래 시스템은 B2B 거래를 위해 이기종 환경의 시스템들과 각종 정보를 처리하고, 교환해야 한다. 하지만 현재 BPSS의 검증을 위한 시험도구는 국내외적으로 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 ebMS 표준적합성과 연계하여 ebXML BPSS 검증항목으로 작성된 케이스 항목에 따라서 문서의 적합성 여부를 평가하는 BPSS 적합성 검증 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

The Purpose of this Article is to analyze the special settlement and electronic settlement system in the international trade. First, Factoring is a fast, easy and flexible way to improve a company's cash flow and generate working capital for the company. Factoring can be short-term or part of an ongoing financing program. New companies can benefit as well, since there is no requirement for a long-term credit history. Second, Forfaiting is a method of trade financing that allows exporters to obtain cash and be free of all risks by selling their medium term receivables on a 'without recourse' basis. Forfaiting can be an alternative to export credit or insurance cover, especially for those transactions in which the export credit agency is not open to a particular country and/or bank. Third, The Bolero System is jointly financed by SWIFT(Society for World International Financial Telecommunications) which handles most of the electronic funds transfer for banks, and the Through Transport Mutual Assurance Association(the TT Club), a mutual insurance association most of whose members are drawn from the Multimodal transport industry or transport intermediaries. Fourth, TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of crdeit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet.

This study examines the role of perceived enjoyment, self-efficacy, and subjective norms as determinants of behavioral intention to use the OVO application. This study's target population is the users of the OVO application who have used it as an electronic transaction. This study's population was the OVO application users as an electronic transaction tool in Jember Regency. Samples were randomly selected at the time of the survey with specific criteria. The survey location is determined at the Plaza because it is a shopping center that mostly has payments at OVO partner merchants. The model empirically tested using data gathered from 150 respondents of OVO users. The research model was tested by using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that all constructs in the original TAM model were statistically significant. Subjective norm has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment positively affects perceived ease of use of OVO applications. On the other hand, applications' self-efficacy does not affect the perceived ease of using OVO applications for electronic transactions. This condition shows that subjective norms are dominant external individual perspectives compared to self-efficacy, which are personal internal characteristics in determining the behavioral intention of using OVO applications in electronic transactions.

전자상거래와 전자무역은 시간과 공간을 초월하는 사이버세계에서 수행되기 때문에 전통적인 상거래방식에 의하여 적용되는 법률과 제도만으로는 새로운 형태의 e-비즈니스 환경에 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 전자게약, 운송서류의 전자문서화, 전자결제 등에 이용하기에는 많은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 WTO, OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC, 국제상업회의소(ICC) 등과 같은 국제기구에서 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 그 중에서 대표적인 것이 전자상거래에 관한 UNCITRAL모델법과 미국의 통일전자거래법(UETA) 및 통일컴퓨터정보거래법(UCITA) 등이 있다. 이와 같은 상황하에서 국제적으로 전자계약 관련 국제규범의 정립, 전자식 운송서류의 활성화 및 글로벌 전자결제시스템 개발 등이 이루어져야 하며, 국내적으로도 전자계약법제의 도입, 디지털재화와 관련된 거래법 제정, 전자유각증권의 발행과 유통과 관련된 법률제정 및 전자자금이체법의 제정 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This research aims to develop a DNA chip array without an indicator. We fabricated a microelectrode array through photolithography technology. Several DNA probes were immobilized on an electrode. Then, target DNA was hybridized and measured electrochemically. Cyclic-voltammograms (CVs) showed a difference between the DNA probe and mismatched DNA in an anodic peak. This indicator-free DNA chip resulted in a sequence-specific detection of the target DNA.
