In recent years, inkjet printing technology has received significant attention as a micro/nanofabrication technique for flexible printing of electronic circuits and solar cells, as well for biomaterial patterning. It eliminates the need for physical masks, causes fewer environment problems, lowers fabrication costs, and offers good layer-to-layer registration. To fulfill the requirements for use in the above applications, however, the inkjet system must meet certain criteria such as high frequency jetting, uniform droplet size, high density nozzle array, etc. Existing inkjet devices are either based on thermal bubbles or piezoelectric pumping; they have several drawbacks for flexible printing. For instance, thermal bubble jetting has limitations in terms of size and density of the nozzle array as well as the ejection frequency. Piezoelectric based devices suffer from poor pumping energy in addition to inadequate ejection frequency. Recently, an electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing technique has been suggested and proposed as an alternative to thermal bubble or piezoelectric devices. In EHD jetting, a liquid (ink) is pumped through a nozzle and a strong electric field is applied between the nozzle and an extractor plate, which induce charges at the surfaces of the liquid meniscus. This electric field creates an electric stress that stretches the meniscus in the direction of the electric field. Once the electric field force is larger than the surface tension force, a liquid droplet is formed. An EHD inkjet head can produce droplets smaller than the size of the nozzle that produce them. Furthermore, the EHD nano-inkjet can eject high viscosity liquid through the nozzle forming tiny structures. These unique features distinguish EHD printing from conventional methods for sub-micron resolution printing. In this presentation, I will introduce the recent research results regarding the EHD nano-inkjet and the printing system, which has been applied to solar cell or thin film transistor applications.

In this paper, the effect of different 3D printing parameters including laminated angle and annealing temperature is observed their effect on FDM conductive 3D printing. In FDM 3D printing, a conductive filament is heated quickly, extruded, and then cooled rapidly. FDM 3D Print conductive filament is a poor heat conductor, it heats and cools unevenly causing the rapid heating and cooling to create internal stress. when the printed conductive specimens this internal stress can be increase electrical resistance and decrease electrical conductivity. Therefore, This experiment would like to use annealing to remove internal stress and increase electrical conductivity. The result of experiment when 3D printing conductive specimen be oven cooling of annealing temperature $120^{\circ}C$ electrical resistance appeared decrease than before annealing. So We have found that 3D printing annealing removes internal stresses and increases the electrical conductivity of printed specimens. These results are very useful for making conductive 3D printing electronic circuit, sensor ect...with electrical conductance suitable for the application.

Barcode labels are being widely used for identifying products since they are cheap and easy to use. As the barcode labels are massively produced by seal printing, some labels have defects such as poor printing quality or data mismatch between barcode and the text. Barcode read errors and business errors caused by defected barcodes result in delay in logistics and increased processing costs. In this paper, we propose an on-line barcode verification system that uses image processing technique to verify the quality of labels at the production stage. The proposed system captures label images through the vision camera and then checks the print quality and verifies the combination of barcodes and texts in a label. If any defected label is found, the proposed system gives alarm signals and marks the defected labels so that they are removed at early stage of the production.

We investigated the influence of organic solvents on the droplet properties of 6,13-bis (triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS-pentacene), which was used for semiconductor of organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and deposited by ink jet printing. From the result of the investigation, the conditions of a suitable solvent is that boiling point should be above $200^{\circ}C$ to reduce coffee stain and the surface tension above 32 dyn/cm to decrease the droplet size. Consequently, we selected tetralin which have a high boiling point ($207^{\circ}C$) and high surface tension (34.3 dyn/cm) as the solvent for TIPS-pentacene, and applied it to OTFTs. In fabrication process the conventional bank process employing photolithography and etching process was replaced by ink jet printed bank process, resulting in simplifying the process. Especially, polyvinylphenol was used for the bank, and the high hydrophobicity could improve the confinement of TIPS molecules inside the bank, enhancing the performance over the conventional hydrophilic polyvinylalcohol bank. The mobility was $0.18\;cm^2/Vs$, current on/off ratio $2.09{\times}10^5$, subthreshold slope 0.42 V/dec, and off state current $0.049\;pA/{\mu}m$.

Electronic display markets has been developed. The cathode ray tube of brown form recently celebrated their 100th by first display. Also LCD of flat form recently celebrated their 25th by second display and it has advantage of small volume, lower consumption power. But FPD has problem that is property of brittle and noncarrying by glass substrate. Therefore the arrival of portable electronics devices has put an increasing premium on durable, lightweight and inexpensive display components. It is flexible display by third display. Also electronics field such as printed wiring board, RFID, membrane switch prefer flexible display. The conductive pattern can be used mostly in field of electronic displays and electronics. This manufacture of conductive pattern in present used is screen printing. The the conductive pattern. It has advantages of flexibility, high conductivity, drying in low temperature, good conductivity. screen printing has problem that is low productivity and use not flexible substrate because of high fire temperature. This study was developed novel method to form the conductive pattern. It has advantages of flexibility, high conductivity, drying in low temperature, good conductivity.

We have fabricated a carbon nanotube field emission display(CNT-FED) panel with a 2 inch diagonal size using a screen printing method and in-situ vacuum sealing technology. The field emission properties of CNT FED panel with square-type CNT emitters. As results, the square-characterized and compared with those of the line-type CNT emitters. As results, the square-type CNT emitters showed much larger emission current and more stable I-V characteristics. Light emission started to be occurred at an electric field of 3.5 V/${\mu}m$ corresponding to the anode-cathode voltage of 700 V. The vacuum level inside of the in-situ vacuum sealed panel was obtained with $1.4 {\times} 10^{-5}$ torr. The sealed panel showed the similar I-V characteristics with the unsealed one and the uniform light emission with very high brightness at a current density of $243 {\mu}A/ cm^2$ obtained by the electric field of 10 V/${\mu}m$.

(Ba,Sr,Ca)TiO$_3$ powders, prepared by the sol-gel method, were mixed with organic binder and the BSCT thick films were fabricated by the screen printing techniques on alumina substrates. All the BSCT thick films, sintered at 1420$^{\circ}C$, showed the typical XRD patterns of a perovskite polycrystalline structure. The average grain sizes decreased with increasing amounts of ZrO$_2$, and the BSCT(40/40/20) thick films doped with 2wt% MnO$_2$ showed a value of 8$\mu\textrm{m}$. The thickness of thick films by four-cycle on printing/drying was approximately 951$\mu\textrm{m}$. The relative dielectric constant decreased with increasing Ca content and MnO$_2$ doping amount. The relative dielectric constant, dielectric loss and tunability of the BSCT(50/40/10) thick films doped with 2.0wt% ZrO$_2$ were 772, 0.184% and 15.62%, respectively.

Lifelong education is a periodic keyword. For a lifelong learner friendly education, university should provide the adult learners with the efficient academic administrative service. A university should support them in learning a series of graded lifelong study and come up with the convenience of continuous learning, maintaining the educational operation as a lifelong education university. A local government induces the regional economy reinvigoration from setting the lifelong learning conditions of the city. In this paper, I suggest a policy management scheme for opening training courses of 3D printing and CAD professionals training module as a non-degree reeducation programs for the lifelong learners that reflects the industrial milieu of the local community.
