본 논문의 목적은 초고속 정보 통신망의 Client/Server 환경에서 MPEG 동영상을 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 관리 시스템에 저장하여 실시간 검색하고 이를 복원할 수 있는 환경을 개발하는 데 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 데이터 전송에 필수적인 ATM 통신 환경 구축 및 MPEG-2 동영상과 ATM 망과의 연계동작 시스템을 구축하고, MPEG-2 TS 데이터를 분석하여 동영상 검색에 필수적인 I-프레임 및 키 프레임 추출 방법을 개발한다. 또한 추출한 키 프레임에 대한 색인을 부여할 수 있는 색인 편집기 및 색인을 통해 검색을 수행하는 동영상 검색기를 개발하며, 키 프레임 및 이와 관련된 색인을 관리할 수 있는 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계 및 구축한다.

The International Chamber of Commerce introduced in September 1999 its new publication Incoterms 2000(ICC Publication No 560). The ICC was building on the past experiences in its revision works. I have discussed and commented constructively some main features and problems of the new set of terms. Incoterms 2000 takes into account, like already its predecessor did, the possibility that the parties may decide to communicate electronically and replace a paper transport document by an equivalent electronic data interchange message. This possibility will certainly be much more used under the present set of terms. Incoterms 2000 is well recognised by the international legal community, taking into account also the endorsements by UNCITRAL to its predecessor in the early 90's. Incoterms 2000 does not have major competitors remaining. However, the ICC still faces a battle to convince more traders to refer to its terms and to teach traders to understand and to apply them correctly. Incoterms 2000 is a tool for international trade created by a global business organisation. Its members decide every day if and to what extent they make use of this tool. The members of the ICC have participated actively in the drafting and commenting of Incoterms 2000 and thereby shown again a great deal of dynamism in creating rules for their own everyday use. Under these circumstances, "ship's rail approach" related to delivery point, risks and costs should be replaced by "on board approach" under FOB, CFR and CIF terms.

Research indicates that good front-end planning (FEP) results in the achievement of higher levels of project performance. By facilitating collaboration among stakeholders in diverse locations with the use of workflow-enabled processes, such pressures can be reduced, and the overall process and results of FEP can be improved. With these goals, a front-end planning tool (FEPT) has been developed as support for owners and major contractors who are engaged in front-end planning. This paper presents the new FEPT and describes how it has been used for construction megaprojects in the nuclear power, oil and gas, and mining industries. The paper begins with the definitions related to and an explanation of the general process for implementing and applying the FEPT and then describes and analyzes how the FEPT was applied in case study projects in order to test its validity. The results indicate that the FEPT increases the efficiency and effectiveness of front-end planning for the megaprojects studied and that it has the potential to produce similar results for other megaprojects.

Purpose - This paper's aim is to analyze the technological information in patent databanks as a strategy in prospecting for new technologies. Research design, data, and methodology - We detail the major free electronic database sources for patent information, the patent documents, the patent document structures, INID codes (Internationally Agreed Numbers for the Identification of Data), indexation, references, and classification notions. Additionally, we review and analyze information on the activities of the Center of Dissemination Documentation and Technological Information (CEDIN) from the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) of Brazil for the period 2000 to 2011. Results - The research shows that the technological information contained in the patents could provide a wide range of functionality within companies and universities. Conclusions - In recent years, (CEDIN), a specialist in intellectual property, has been serving internal and external users by providing guidance on the basis of patents and other literature, but the number of users served is still small. In order to familiarize more potential users of such technological information, task forces should be created among INPI, universities, and companies.

XML 기술의 발전에 따라 확장성 있는 ebXML(Electronic Business eXtensible Markup Language) 기반의 스키마 사용이 확장되면서 점차 기존 EDI 전자문서나 DTD(Document Type Definition) 구조로 되어 있는 전자문서를 XML 스키마 형태로 변환하거나 새롭게 개발해고 있는 추세이다. 한국전자거래진흥원에서는 XML 전자운세 개발 지침과 함께 XML 라이브러리를 개발하여 제시함으로써 표준 XML 전자문서의 개발을 지원하고 있다. XML 전자문서 개발 지침은 ebXML CCTS 기술규격에서 제시하고 있는 방법론을 준용하고, UN/CEFACT ATG 그룹에서 개발한 XML Naming & Design Rule 규격을 국내에 맞게 수정하여 적용하고 있다. 또한 XML 라이브러리는 전자문서 개발지침에 따라 사전에 정의하고 개발해 놓은 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체들로 구성되어 있다. 하지만 전자문서개발 지침상의 일부 규칙들이 의미상 명확하지 않은 상태에서 개발자의 임의적 선택의 폭을 허용하거나 개체의 명명에 대한 뚜렷한 기준을 제시하지 못함으로써 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체의 검색 및 재사용을 제한하고 라이브러리 유지보수를 어렵게 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 XML 전자문서 개발지침 상의 일부 규칙에 대한 문제점을 분석, 규칙을 구제화함으로써 개발자 중립적인 핵심 컴포넌트와 비즈니스 정보 개체의 개발을 지원하고 라이브러리 관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

KSLV-I 상단부 이송 항목 중 KARI가 직접 이송하는 VEB 조합체는 진동 및 충격에 민감한 전기 전자 부품과 유공압 부품을 다수 포함하고 있어, 이송에 특별한 주의가 요구된다. VEB 조합체 이송 요구 조건을 만족시키기 위해 환경제어장치가 구비된 이송 컨테이너를 제작하였다. 제작한 이송 컨테이너의 성능 검증 및 이송 조건(이송 속도, 이송 경로 등) 타당성 확인을 위해 엔지니어링모델을 이용한 4회의 이송 시험을 수행한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 VEB 조합체 이송 이력과 발사2호기 VEB 조합체 이송 개요 및 결과 등을 정리하였다.

오늘날 정보검색(情報檢索)시스팀의 대표적(代表的)인 한 유형(類型)으로서 널리 보급(普及)되어 운영(運營)되고 있는 SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information)시스팀에 관(關)하여 기술(記述)하였다. 이것은 컴퓨터기술(技術)의 정보검색(情報檢索)에의 응용(應用)으로서 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求) 주제(主題) 부합(符合)되는 문헌(文獻)을 검색(檢索)하기 위하여 색인어(索引語)와 일치(一致)(match)되는 문헌(文獻)을 탐색(探索)하는데 이용(利用)되는 시스팀을 설명(說明)하기 위해 자주 쓰여지는 용어(用語)이다. SDI시스팀을 개발(開發)한 "Luhn"이 최초(最初)로 그 개념(槪念)을 발표(發表)한 이래(以來) 지금까지 개발(開發)되어온 각종(各種)의 SDI시스팀들을 조사(調査) 비교(比較)하고, 이 시스팀들의 발전단계(發展段階), 구성(構成) 및 특성(特性)과 시스팀설계(設計)에 관(關)한 제문제점등(諸問提點等)에 대(對)해서도 분석(分析) 조사(調査)하였다.

국내 제약산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해서는 신약의 심사/허가 기간을 단축시켜 급변하게 변하는 글로벌 제약시장에서 경쟁 우위적 위치를 선점할 수 있도록 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 체계 개선이 시급하다. 신약허가를 위해서는 임상시험 결과에 대한 안전성과 유효성 등에 대한 심사가 수행되게 된다. 하지만 현재 신약허가를 위해서 제약사와 임상시험수탁기관(Contract Research Organization, CRO)에서 데이터 정보체계인 Domain, Variable 및 Parameter 등의 표준을 따르지 않고 다양한 유형의 임상정보데이터를 심사기관에 제출하고 있어 이로 인한 심사기간 증가와 심사업무 비효율성을 야기시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제민간기구인 CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium)에서 제정한 글로벌 임상데이터 표준인 CDISC 표준을 준용한 국내 임상시험정보관리 체계 (eCTD 시스템)및 의약품 전주기적 관리체계를 제시하고자 하며, 본 연구를 통한 기대효과로는 국제표준의 임상정보관리 인프라 구축으로 인한 국내 신약개발 및 해외 진출 환경을 마련하여 글로벌 시장선점의 기회를 제공할 수 있고, 규제기관 차원에서는 의약품 허가, 심사업무의 효율성 증가는 물론 전주기적 의약품 안전관리체계를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Costs and times, resources was better decreased than former times because it had been introduced EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system. Nevertheless, many problems has been raised as before, that is high costs and data re-using, the rapidly changing environment, etc. To solve these problems, it was attempted to introduce XML technology at traditional EDI System. From this point to view, 1 designed and implemented XML/EDI System based on Internet(Internet Messaging System) in this paper. And I selected some services as basic service among many services which is provided at XML/EDI System, that is message sending and message receiving, message retrieval. Other service of client system was composed of MapIn and MapOut module. MapIn Module is to parse the received XML Message and to store XML Data to RDB system. And MapOut module is to generate XML Message after extracting data from RDB system and to transfer XML Message to recipient. Hereby, XML/EDI System(XEDI System) provide document re-using, the various result(output) generation f3r various requirement and directly interface with DB. Therefore, This System(XEDI System) is more various and more flexible than the existing Messaging System that just provide transfer and retrieval service

인터넷의 사용 증가로 정보의 양은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며 웹 데이터의 표준인 XML의 데이터 표현의 유연성으로 인해 EDMS(Electronic Document Management Syste), ebXML(e-business extensible Markup Language)등 웹 기반의 전자문서를 이용하는 XML를 문서 교환 및 표준 문서 형식으로 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 XML문서들을 저장관리 하기 위해 XML전용 Database도 현재 많이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 이런 XML전용 Database들은 관계형 데이터베이스보다 실용성이 떨어지는 점들이 많아 XML과 관계형 데이터베이스 매핑에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 $C{\sharp}$을 이용하여 XML과 관계형 데이터베이스 간의 매핑을 위한 모듈을 개발하였으며, XML의 element와 관계형 데이터베이스의 필드를 상호 매핑시켜 줌으로 인해 XML문서의 element를 정확하게 저장, 관리 할 수 있다.
