Snippet is a summaries information of representing web pages which search engine provides user. Snippet and page rank in search engine abundantly influence user for visiting web pages. User sometime visits the wrong page with respect to user intention when uses snippet. The snippet extraction method is difficult to accurate comprehending user intention. In order to solve above problem, this paper proposes a new snippet extraction method using fuzzy association and pseudo relevance feedback. The proposed method uses pseudo relevance feedback to expand the use's query. It uses the fuzzy association between the expanded query and the web pages to extract snippet to be well reflected semantic user's intention. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve better snippet extraction performance than the other methods.

In terms of B2B, business partners require works that define their ability to operate business collaboration. The document outlining collaboration is the basis of improving the system of business partner and its interoperability. In addition, the definition of business interaction that is bastd on the documents demonstrating inter-cooperation of business companies is needed to function interoperability properly, and business trading is performed depending on the documents that define reciprocal action of collaboration. In ebXML, CPP(Collaboration-Protocol Profile) defines one business parter's technical capabilities to engage in electronic business collaborations with other partners by exchanging electronic messages. A CPA(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement) documents the technical agreement between two partners to engage in electronic business collaboration. In this paper, 1 draw up a plan for a system that deals with business collaboration document to ameliorate the interoperability of B2B companies.

The 21st century will be the advanced Information society era. The management of very large quantity of electronic documents is important because new applications such as Digital Libraries, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) in Intranet, CALS (Commerce At the Light Speed) are emerging, which require the functionalities of efficient storing, searching and managing a bulk of electronic documents. SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) is an ISO Standard for representing structure information of electronic documents. This paper proposes an effective data model for storing and managing SGML documents. We also describe the design and implementation details of SGML document management system, which has capabilities of storing SGML instances, generating schema dynamically, and retrieving structure elements efficiently.

The prototype of electronic journal is proposed on the notion of functional properties of internet or web. Additionally, the methodology for the friendly relationship between print oriented journal and electronic one is also suggested. The electronic journal is consisted of 6 menus, administration area, community service, what\`s up & current papers. category service, searching and extend retrieval service. And the electronic journal is designed not only on the succession of the attributes of printed journal, but also on tole emphasis of its electrical properties. But at the end of document, it is mentioned that in the near future all the information service related media or mechanisms will be synthesized and uniquely evolved on the succession of those properties.

Previous process for issuing and messaging tax-invoice needs too much cost and has risky problems such as loss or forgery. A rule for an electronic tax-invoice can make up for the weak points. In the tax-invoice system based on web environment, the messaging electronic tax-invoices is more important than the issuing it. Therefore, a messaging system should be developed for submitting tax-invoice efficiently and safely. In this paper, we implement an electronic tax-invoice messaging system based on Hermes 2 which is an open source framework for electronic document messaging.

The most important technology in the electronic commerce based on Internet is to guarantee the security of trading information exchange. Many technologies are proposed as a standard to support this security problem. One of them is an XML (eXtensible Markup Language). This is used in various applications as the document standard for electronic commerce system. The XML security has become very important topic. In this paper an XML security model for web services based electronic commerce system to guarantee the secure exchange of trading information. To accomplish the security of XML, the differences of XML signature, XML encryption and XML key management scheme respect to the conventional system should be provided. The new architecture is proposed based on unique characteristics of XML. Especially the method to integrate the process management system need to the electronic commerce is proposed.

It is an important issue in Korea archive field to prepare for systemic management of electronic records and transferring of electronic records in 2015. The purpose of this research is to come up with implication for Korea through the analysis of ERA of NARA. First of all, this study analyzed that the current status and history of electronic records management of NARA, the requirements document for electronic records, and use procedure of ERA. This paper suggests on the basis of these analyses that major considerations such as organization, gradual progression, and improvement of operation system are important and necessary to make a solution for electronic records management.

With expanded use of B2B(between enterprises), B2G(between enterprises and government) and EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), and increased amount of available network information and information protection threat, as it was judged that security can not be perfectly assured only with security technology such as electronic signature/authorization and access control, Bayesian networks have been developed for protection of information. Therefore, this study speculates Bayesian networks system, centering on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). The Bayesian networks system is one of the methods to resolve uncertainty in electronic data interchange and is applied to overcome uncertainty of abnormal invasion detection in ERP. Bayesian networks are applied to construct profiling for system call and network data, and simulate against abnormal invasion detection. The host-based abnormal invasion detection system in electronic trade analyses system call, applies Bayesian probability values, and constructs normal behavior profile to detect abnormal behaviors. This study assumes before and after of delivery behavior of the electronic document through Bayesian probability value and expresses before and after of the delivery behavior or events based on Bayesian networks. Therefore, profiling process using Bayesian networks can be applied for abnormal invasion detection based on host and network. In respect to transmission and reception of electronic documents, we need further studies on standards that classify abnormal invasion of various patterns in ERP and evaluate them by Bayesian probability values, and on classification of B2B invasion pattern genealogy to effectively detect deformed abnormal invasion patterns.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

Although an academic journal has had an important role in the diffusion of knowledge and the confirmation of knowledge advancement, it has revealed several difficulties : long processing time for publishing, uni - directional communication, closed review process etc. But an electronic journal (E-Journal) can solve these problems and add several new advantages such as the multimedia expression of documents, and pre and post publication review. Moreover, it should be noted that an E-Journal is not an alternative medium which simply replaces an existing journal, but a new paradigm for scholarly communication. Although this paper reviews several issues related to E-Journal, the introduction of the concept of universal service and informal document style for flexible communication are noticeable. For effective diffusion of E-Journal, information infrastructures such as high - speed telecommunication networks and digital libraries are urgently needed. Government subsidy as in Great Britain is necessary for E-Journal publishing.
