Electronic documents are efficient to be created and managed, but they are liable to lose their originality because copies are created during distribution and delivery. For this reason, various security technologies for electronic documents have been applied. However, most security technologies currently used are for document management such as file access privilege control, file version and history management, and therefore can not be used in environments where authenticity is absolutely required, such as confidential documents. In this paper, we propose a method to detect document forgery and tampering through analysis of file system without installing an agent inside the instance operating system in cloud computing environment. BubbleDoc monitors the minimum amount of virtual volume storage in an instance, so it can efficiently detect forgery and tampering of documents. Experimental results show that the proposed technique has 0.16% disk read operation overhead when it is set to 1,000ms cycle for monitoring for document falsification and modulation detection.

Now, Using high-speed Internet network for information processing and exchange of information on the research and development is active. To do this, Electronic document standards for more efficient and accurate operations shall be conducted. Accordingly, Standards bodies from around the world proposed various standards, and Typically The EDI is standardized system for exchanging data between companies. EDI is one form of e-commerce. And, through the transactions between companies to standardize data and documents. And using a computer network between the parties directly for sending and receiving. But, Companies and other businesses to deliver the document as defined, so data are fixed and formalized at the time of the extension causes problems and structured data search and processing is impossible. In this paper, While using structure and expanding Internet-standard language the XML for EDI document processing system was designed and implemented.

Since the internet is open to public in 1990, electronic commerce(EC) user has increase rapidly. Now EC is considered not only as communication method but also as new economical activities. EC is a kind of new commerce model which uses electronic means. And EC has global characteristics so that many country's legislation which regulates it differently makes an obstacle to vital of EC. The purpose of this study is to examine legal problems of internet electronic commerce. First, there are some legal problems whether electronic document has same legal function like traditional documents. Second, electronic signature must has authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation, writing and confidentiality in order to use looks like common signature. Finally, electronic contract is concluded on principle of mutual agreement. It is apparent that the concept of arrival is applied to the date and place in conclusion of electronic contract.

The mobile electronic notice service (MENS) is a service that delivers a mobile electronic notice to a smartphone in the person's name through an authorized electronic document intermediary instead of a bill that was delivered by mail using paper. In order to provide the MENS, information is needed to identify the same user between the sending agency and the authorized electronic document relay. In this paper, we propose a standard for safe conversion and utilization of Connecting Information (CI) used as user identification information for MENS. In the proposed method, it is necessary for the requesting institution to send the electronic notice to provide the resident registration number to the identity verification institution and convert it into the CI. In this case, a safe and efficient MENS will be possible by proposing a review standard and processing method to verify the appropriateness of the conversion of CI. By applying the proposed method to the MENS, it can contribute to service activation and reinforcement of user privacy protection.

EDMS(Enterprise Document Management System) is generally as an office business management solutions in the form of an application running in a Web browser environment, has been utilized as an Electronic Document Management System. This system, users access the browser has led to inconvenience not easy. This paper proposes a dynamic formatting method for processing large amounts of document in a device independent manner. And it is very useful for cross-referencing among pages in a single document and for presenting multiple pages simultaneously. The method can be applied usefully to hypertext's application such as establishing a link and a cross-reference among pages in a multiple document. We implemented an electronic publishing system of WYSIWYG type using X window system and Motif graphical user interface.

BADA-IV/XML is a system designed specifically for managing XML. Documents and is essential to various electronic document applications as a fundamental system. BADA-IV/XML supports all of aspects of data model, querying and manipulation operations for managing XML documents. This paper provides an overview of these aspects of the BADA-IV/XML, as well as defines schema classes for stroing, querying and maintaining hierarchical semantics of multimedia documents and structural semantics of complex documents linked with each other, Also a multimedia document query language is designed and implemented to support essential operations for efficient searching and managing multimedia documents. Finally, some simulation results show the performance of the paged VF(Virtual Fragmentation) model and the search model using element's identifier as compared with a general model.

KICS is intended to facilitate the computerization of the criminal justice process and realize a quick and transparent criminal justice process. Thus, it has been operating in the field of criminal justice by establishing criminal justice portal for the empowerment of the people. While in 2008 the opposition by the Court concerns the independent function of the judiciary and privacy violations presented in conjunction with its own operating system between the judiciary and other institutions. KICS improve office productivity by creating documents in a single criminal justice agencies to reduce costs, and costs of document exchange between criminal justice agencies. Secondly, the decision-making process is simplified by using the electronic documentation system and speed up, bind and document handling procedures ranging from preserving documents received are reduced dramatically contribute to the competitiveness of the organization through business improvement. Third, The use of an electronic document stored in the information is easy, and it is possible to easily access a variety of information can facilitate the realization of an open state by smoothly to provide information about the people. Finally, KICS building a network of criminal legal systems to maximize the benefits and the electronic integration effect it is being evaluated to improve the overall efficiency of the criminal legal system.

According to the very rapid technological change and market mega-trends, the ITU(International Telecommunication Union) is now under Reform. In line with whole ITU reform, ITU-T (ITU- Telecommunications Standardization Sector) as global standards development organization has setup the two major environment such as ITU-T resolutions and new standards approval process for new study period 2001-2904 in the WTSA-2900. In this paper, we analyze on detailed EDH(Electronic Document Handling) activities, EDH related resolution and Methods as strategic tools within the ITU-T and its application to the New approval process which is described in ITU-T Recommendation A.8(AAP). Finally, we discuss future ITU-T EDH policy and suggest direction of Korean EDH policy.
