Injection molding machine is the assembly of many kinds of mechanical and fluid power part and electro-electronic control system. From in these, fluid power is a part where becomes the first core of this machine. Fluid power systems of injection molding machine are modelled and analyzed using a commercial program AMESim. The analysis model which is detailed about the parts applied a publishing catalog data. Sub system models which is divided according to functional operation are made and its analysis results shows how design parameters work on operational characteristics like displacement, pressure, flow rates at each node and so on. Total fluid power circuit model is also made and analyzed. The results made by analysis will be used design of fluid power circuit of injection molding machine.

In this paper, we describe the configuration of the KITSAT-3 image data receiving, archiving, processing and distribution system in operation. Following the low-cost and software-based design concept, the whole system is composed of three PCs : two for data receiving, archiving and processing which provide a full dual-redundant configuration and one for image catalog browsing which can be accessed by public users. Except that receiving and archiving PCs have serial data ingest boards plugged in, they are configured by general peripherals. This basic and simple hardware configuration made it possible to show that a very low cost system can support a full ground operation for the utilization of high-resolution satellite image data.

ebXML 은 XML 기반의 새로운 국제 표준 프레임워크이다. 이 새로운 프레임워크 구성요소 중의 하나인 등록저장소는 기업간의 거래를 위해서 비즈니스 프로세스, 기업 프로파일, 핵심 컴포넌트 등의 정보를 저장, 관리함으로써 기존의 EDI 보다 개방적이고 유연한 온라인 거래를 가능하도록 한다. 그런데, 기업간 비즈니스를 위해서는 위의 정보들뿐만 아니라 기업의 상품 정보인 전자카탈로그도 ebXML 등록저장소에서 제공할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 ebXML 등록저장소에서 전자카탈로그 데이터를 수용하기 위해서 ebXML 레지스트리 정보모델을 이용한 카탈로그 정보 모델을 설계하고, 다른 시스템에 존재하는 전자카탈로그 데이터를 연계할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

In the digital environment, electronic records are explosively increasing, but there are little concerns on how to effectively manage and service. On-Nara 2.0 and record management system, the information system of records production and management stage, are being developed and distributed on the cloud base. Archives management system requires the acquisition of new record management techniques because they need to acquire and manage various types of private records as well as public records. In this paper, we will discuss automation and intelligent technologies for archives management.

As information technologies in construction field get developed, various studies and projects are in progress for improvement of construction industry. Meanwhile, web-basis online system for building materials is tending upward. However, most of the informations about classification system for building materials and specifications are not systematic yet. Most field staffs have some troubles in making full use of the material information, repeating inefficient works from constructional design to the maintenance of it. This study designed auto-categorization system classified by materials, multi-search engines, auto-converting/creating electronic catalog as well as RFID search support to provide standardized building materials information.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) works by providing a collection of standard message formats and element dictionary in a simple way for businesses to exchange data via any electronic messaging service. Open-edi is electronic data interchange among autonomous parties using public standards and aiming towards interoperability over time, business sectors, information technology and data types. The number of Internet services using XML/EDI has grown rapidly since it is easily expansible and exchangeable. To use this service, the client does not have to install EDI S/W but only needs internet browser. Consequently, it became much easier and faster to handle the trading process in an office. eBusiness SML (extensible markup language) electronic data interchange. eXedi is the service that realizes B2B of XML/EDI. eXedi can be used easily in small and medium sized companies. Companies in any place can access to eXedi using the existing Internet connection. XML/EDI provides a standard framework to exchange different types of data -- for example, an invoice, healthcare claim, project status -- so that the information be it in a transaction, exchanged via an Application Program Interface (API), web automation, database portal, catalog, a workflow document or message can be searched, decoded, manipulated, and displayed consistently and correctly by first implementing EDI dictionaries and extending our vocabulary via on-line repositories to include our business language, rules and objects.

This paper consists of two parts: In the first part, we describe our work to build hierarchical knowledge base of digital library patron's research interests and learning topics in various scholarly areas through analyzing well classified Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) of NDLTD Union catalog. Journal articles from ACM Transactions and conference web sites of computing areas also are added in the analysis to specialize computing fields. This hierarchical knowledge base would be a useful tool for many social computing and information service applications, such as personalization, recommender system, text mining, technology opportunity mining, information visualization, and so on. In the second part, we compare four grouping algorithms to select best one for our data mining researches by testing each one with the hierarchical knowledge base we described in the first part. From these two studies, we intent to show traditional verification methods for social community miming researches, based on interviewing and answering questionnaires, which are expensive, slow, and privacy threatening, can be replaced with systematic, consistent, fast, and privacy protecting methods by using our suggested hierarchical knowledge base.

As information technologies are applied to the libraries in information society, the library services have been changing its feature. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore and to establish a paradigm of the library services in information society. It is hypothesized that the application of information technologies leads to the change of the library services in information society. To prove the hypothesis, the data were collected from various research results carried out in the developed countries and by observing various libraries where the information technologies are extensively applied. The findings are as follows: 1. As information technologies are applied to the library, many new library services emerge for the society. 2. As the electronic data replace the paper data, the collection of a library becomes the collection of the libraries in the world. Therefore, the accessibility to the information network is more important than to own information in the library. Librarians select various electronic data according to the library policy which distinguishes their own library collection from others. The policy also solves the various problems related to weeding and preserving library collection. And the use of CD-ROM selection tools enable library users to select their own data. Now, the censorship becomes the concems of the library users, not the library. 3. The catalogs are reorganized for the electronic data for the international use. The most important information in the catalog is the location of the data and the multi access to the data are necessary. 4. As the information technologies are applied in book selection, cataloguing, information retreival and circulation, the library users are enable to service themselves in the library. And most of the routine works related to the information service are taken over by the library staffs. Professional librarians engage in user education, information marketing and fund raising. 5. Public libraries in information society serves those who have no access to the information. They help the illiterates. patients in the hospital, prisoners, and homeless in the city. Therefore, the information technologies enhance the role of librarians in professional work in the library as well as in the information society.

To develop an blue tourism website(BTW) for electronic commerce(EC), information requirements of BTW are defined firstly. We defined information requirements of BTW from two aspects, i.e., front office and back office. Information requirements for front office were derived by consumer purchasing decision process. And information requirements for back office were derived by tourism value chain. Total 29 functions are identified as critical EC related functions of BTW. Among them, 25 functions were investigated into BTW. BTWs were searched by search engines - Yahoo and Empas - to Korean websites. There are 12 specialized BTWs, except one cyber museum website. For 12 websites, 25 functions were probed. By the results, in need recognition stage of blue tourism, only weather information was provided in most websites. In information search stage of blue tourism, package recommendation and various contents were provided in most websites. In consumption stage of blue tourism, traffic information were provided in most websites. And in after - sales service stage of blue tourism, bulletin board function was implemented in most websites. The rest of the functions were scarcely implemented. On the whole, it was concluded that most EC related functions of BTW in Korea were not implemented properly. To improve the status quo, it is expected in the dimension of individual website, that marketing planning, customized service, intelligent service, reinforcing purchasing assistance functions, customer relationship management, and escrow service etc. need to be implemented. And it is expected in the dimension of blue tourism industry, that standardizing product catalog, security assistance policy, information sharing by industrial database, finding referral model of BTW, elevating information mind, revising related laws etc. are needed.

The advancement of electronic records brought great changes of the records management system. One of the biggest changes is the transition from passive to automatic management system, which manages massive records more efficiently. The integrated Rule-Oriented Data System (iRODS) is a rule-oriented grid system S/W which provides an infrastructure for building massive archive through virtualization. It also allows to define rules for data distribution and back-up. Therefore, iRODS is an ideal tool to build an electronic record management system that manages electronic records automatically. In this paper we describe the issues related to design and implementation of the electronic record management system using iRODS. We also propose a system that serves automatic processing of distribution and back-up of records according to their types by defining iRODS rules. It also provides functions to store and retrieve metadata using iRODS Catalog (iCAT) Database.
