The aim of this paper is to identify the barriers to the B2B e-commerce development in China's pharmaceutical industry and to devise an effective strategy for its future development. Built on a detailed investigation of the market structure and recent development of electronic commerce in China's pharmaceutical industry, this paper proposes that the key issue in the development of effective B2B e-commerce business models is the successful transformation of the inter- organizational information systems into electronic marketplaces. In order to ensure the success of such electronic marketplaces, a government driven approach will be needed. In the process, designing an incentive compatible mechanism of coordinating the interest of all the market players will be the prerequisite.

전자상거래상에서 경매가 활발해짐에 따라 경매용 에이전트와 경매 에이전트의 비딩 스트레티지 개발에 관한 연구가 중요한 관심의 초점이 되고 있다. 특히, 우세한 스트레티지가 알려져 있지 않는 복잡한 경매 환경에서의 에이전트 스트레티지 개발은 실용적인 의미를 가지고 있다 이 논문은 최적의 스트레티지가 존재하지 않는 연속이중경매(Continuous Double Auction, CDA) 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 "적응성 스트레티지"를 소개한다. 적응성 스트레티지는 현재 알려져 있는 P-스트레티지에 실시간 적응력을 부가하는 것을 주 아이디어로 한다. 적응성 스트레티지는 여러 종류의 알려진 스트레티지들 중 이제까지 좋은 성능을 보여준 스트레티지를 계속 사용하려는 탐색(exploitation)과 바뀌어졌을지도 모르는 새로운 환경에 적합한 스트레티지를 찾아내려는 이용(exploration)간의 균형을 꾀하며, 이를 각 스트레티지의 기대이득과 실행횟수사이의 상반관계를 고려하는 휴리스틱 탐색 함수를 이용하여 결정한다. 실험분석의 결과, 적응성 스트레티지는 (1) P-스트레티지가 잘 작동하지 않는 환경에선 P-스트레티지보다 높은 이득을, (2) P-스트레티지가 다른 종류의 단순한 스트레티지를 앞서는 환경에서는 P-스트레티지와 비슷한 이득을 보인다.

부하 평형은 과부하 사이트의 부하종 일부를 다른 사이트로 옮김으로써 분산 처리 시스템의 성능 개선을 꾀한다. 본 논문에서는 source-initiate와 server-initiate 방 식을 모두 지원하며 극단적인 예로서 m/m/1 대기행렬(부하 비평형)과 m/m/n 대기 행렬 (완전한 부하 평형)도 모델화 할 수 있는 부하 평형 방식을 제안하였다. 이 방식은 상 태 변수를 각 사이트에 복제하고 각 복사본의 일치성을 완화한다. 그리고 오래된 스케 줄러가 통신을 하지 않고도 부하 평형을 보장할 수 있는 충분조건을 요도하였다. 이 모델을 이용하면 부하 평형의 문제가 상태의 일관성을 유지하는 문제로 바뀌게 되며 기존의 비딩 알고리즘보다 통신량이 적어지게 된다. 이벤트 트레이싱 방법으로 모의 실험하였으며 2개의 극단적인 경우 및 비딩알고리즘과 비교하였다. 그 결과 평균 응답 시간과 통신량에 있어서 비딩알고리즘보다 각각 0-35%, 40-100%의 성능향상을 보였다. 마지막으로 각 시스템 피라미터의 영향을 분석하였다.

Construction CALS is actively being pursued in Korea and Japan. This paper overviews the similarities and differences between both CALS. And this paper reveals both countries have a common ultimate goal of construction CALS, but a slight differences in their implementing processes. Lately Korean construction CALS places much emphasis upon supporting construction management for contractors and project owner, while Japanese construction CALS has made an great efforts in the electronic bidding system and implementing intelligent CAD system and its application. With a firm support and active involvement of enterprises, both countries will flexibly adapt their construction CALS to the changes in future technological trends and build-up of information infrastructure.

최근의 정보통신 기술의 급격한 발달과 인터넷 사용의 폭발적인 증가, 기업의 인트라넷/익스트라넷의 도입으로 인터넷 환경에서의 비즈니스 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 인터넷을 통한 수요 기관 및 공급 업체간의 글로벌화를 이룰 수 있는 비즈니스 응용 프로그램으로 웹 환경에서의 전자 입찰 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 다룬다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현된 전자 입찰 시스템은 구매, 입찰 및 조달 프로세스로 구성되어 있으며 전자 입찰 시스템에서 입찰 가격이나 계약의 보안 및 인증을 위해 PKI 기반의 전자 서명 방식을 사용한다.

Since the advance of WWW, internet related fields have been growing very rapidly. Especially, the development of electronic commerce ares have changed even or life style. This paper is about the design and implementation of an internet auction system, which is considered as on of the most attractive internet services. An internet auction system has more complex processes compared with other electronic commerce systems. In auction systems, bids and a successful bid are required in trading all goods. In this paper, I designed and implemented all processes of an internet auction system, in which a bid tracing systems is included for the first time. The bid tracing system is implemented using only HTTP in maintain compatibility in WWW environment. I also used th JAVA blocking concept to simulate two-way communication. The proposed system is implemented on Windows NT environment using JAVA, ASP, and the Oracle database.

The tremendous increase in mobile data traffic coupled with fierce competition in wireless industry brings about spectrum scarcity and bandwidth fragmentation. This inevitably results in asymmetric-valued long term evolution (LTE) spectrum allocation that stems from different timing for twice improvement in capacity between competing operators, given spectrum allocations today. This motivates us to study the economic effects of asymmetric-valued LTE spectrum allocation. In this paper, we formulate the interactions between operators and users as a hierarchical dynamic game framework, where two spiteful operators simultaneously make spectrum acquisition decisions in the upper-level first-price sealed-bid auction game, and dynamic pricing decisions in the lower-level differential game, taking into account user subscription dynamics. Using backward induction, we derive the equilibrium of the entire game under mild conditions. Through analytical and numerical results, we verify our studies by comparing the latest result of LTE spectrum auction in South Korea, which serves as the benchmark of asymmetric-valued LTE spectrum auction designs.

국방전자조달시스템은 방위사업청 및 수요군, 조달업체의 전자입찰을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 유관정보서비스와의 연계를 통한 다양한 정보 활용을 가능하게 함으로써 방위사업청, 수요군, 조달업체들의 전자입찰업무의 효율적 수행에 있어 많은 기여를 하였다. 그러나 급격히 발전하는 첨단 신기술 기반 인프라와 다양한 커뮤니케이션 채널의 증가에 발맞추어 국방전자조달시스템 또한 차세대 버전으로의 업그레이드 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 신속히 대응하고, 이를 충족시키기 위하여 본 논문에서는 업무담당자들의 국방전자조달시스템 서비스에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 차세대 포털로서 도약하기 위한 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, a concept of bid-rigging is issued in electronic auction. To prevent this attack, Abe-Suzuki proposed firstly receipt-free scheme based on bidding-booth. Chen-Lee-Kim pointed out that Abe-Suzuki's scheme only provides receipt-freeness for losing bidders. Also, they introduced a new receipt-free sealed bid auction scheme using the homomorphic encryption technique. The main participants of their scheme are Auctioneer, Auction Issuer, Bidder and Seller. Bid-rigging can happen by a seller in their scheme. We propose receipt-free sealed-bid auction scheme using a universal re-encryption mixnet. For our receipt-free sealed-bid auction, we use Pseudo ID of a bidder and universal re-encryption technique of Golle et al. Also, our scheme satisfies privacy, correctness, public verifiability, non-reputation, and receipt-freeness.

This study performed an analysis on power demand reduction effects exhibited by demand response programs, which are advanced from traditional demand-side management programs, in the smart grid environment. The target demand response systems for the analysis included incentive-based load control systems (2 month-ahead demand control system, 1~5 days ahead demand control system, and demand bidding system), which are currently implemented in Korea, and price-based demand response systems (mainly critical peak pricing system or real-time pricing system, currently not implemented, but representative demand response systems). Firstly, the status of the above systems at home and abroad was briefly examined. Next, energy saving effects and peak demand reduction effects of implementing the critical peak or real-time pricing systems, which are price-based demand response systems, and the existing incentive-based load control systems were estimated.
