An electronic micropayment system, one of electronic payment systems, is suitable especially when a small amount of money is to be paid frequently in order to purchase on-line goods (i.e. database search, software distribution, electronic news service, etc). In addition, since the amount of payment is small, possible damages caused by system failures are lower than other payment system. In this paper, a micropayment protocol in electronic commerce environments on the Internet is proposed, based on the PayWord system. And a micropayment electronic commerce system which executes the protocol proposed is implemented. Unlike the PayWord system, however, the micropayment protocol proposed in this paper is designed in such a way that a merchant does not need to request a payment at the end of every business day since a customer cannot purchase goods beyond length of hash chains, which is specified on a certificate. In addition, the system is able to check the validity as well as the duplicate spending of hash chains. The electronic micropayment system with the proposed protocol is consists of Customers, Merchants, and Brokers. Customers are implemented on Windows NT 4.0 using VC++. Merchants are implemented on Solaris 2.5.1 and gcc 2.8.0 using Netscape Web Server and CGI Methods. HP UX 10.20 is used for Brokers.

In the 21st century knowledge and information society, Electronic Contracts made with the intention of electronic computer information networks are emerging as a new legal problem which can not be solved in the conventional legal system governing contracts. In other words, the indicator's decision determines the effect and formation of the contracts in the face-to-face or written contracts but electronic decision through computer information network is established the working process of electronic signals-electronic contracts are not only difficult to separate the decision-making process but questioned to be solved by the theory of the general legal action. Ministry of Transportation is scheduled to introduce real estate sales and lease contract using a variety of electronic devices such as computer, tablet PC, smart phones and so on without a paper contract. This system is conducted to global expansion of Seoul in demonstration zone on May 8, 2016 and will be implemented nationwide in the second half of 2017. Electronics contract Real estate has some benefits because made by linking electronic contract system and the electronic registration system - the economic effects discounts on various kinds of fees, the prevention from real estate fraud beforehand and the solution to the complexity of the process the seller and the buyer visits The Real estate agency. However, it has some problem- the disorder in the real estate contract market, the occurrence of the real estate agency accident and the author of the electronic real estate contracts have limited only to realtor. In this paper, I suggest the activation plan to search for establishment and effect of electronic contracts and declaration of intention in electronic depending on the Electronic Contract Real Estate system.

Almost business enterprises have recently used electronic commerce to conduct their business. Electronic commerce has come to encompass the Internet as well as EDI on private networks begun in the 1960s. The Internet is already changing the way that many companies conduct their business. Domestic electronic commerce has rapidly enhanced, while Int'l electronic commerce has gone steady. There are four issues for developing of Int'l Electronic Commerce. Firstly, The EDI Standardization is to be uniformed and prevailed over the world in UN/EDIFACT authorized by ISO. Secondly, There are two useful systems on Electronic Document Transmission, so called, Bolero project system and Trade Card System. It is thought that Bolero system will be more useful for large trading enterprises, especially, who need a Letter of Credit and electronic B/L, while T/C system is proper to small trade companies who do not need those. Successful results of Bolero system is very important for Int'l electronic commerce enterprises. Thirdly, to secure electronic signature, Int'l Certification Authority is essential for the users of Int'l electronic commerce. Trusted way of distributing public keys is to use a Int'l Certification Authority. The Int'l Certification Authority will accept user's public key, along with some proof of identity and serve as a depository of digital certificates. Both governments and the International business community must involve archiving keys with trusted third parties. Finally, It is important that all the nations and UNCITRAL continue efforts to make legal bases in Int'l electronic commerce concerned, including electronic signature, certification etc.

Transmission System Operators are governed by operational security standards that are applied in real time. During system disturbances, the System Operators must rely on the installed protection and control equipment, prior to human intervention. New power electronic solutions bring rapid and repeatable responses to disturbances, which will help System Operators to guarantee a stable system. Last year, Alstom completed the world's first competitively bid STATCOM to support the voltage on National Grid's 400kV network that supplies London and the Southeast from the north of the UK. It is rated ${\pm}75MVAr$ and forms part of a Static Var System (SVS) with a total rating of 0 to 225MVAr. This paper will describe the reasons for its size, location, its chain-link configuration and give examples of its operating performance. The paper will also describe the features that allow this STATCOM to deliver much more than reactive compensation in support of a wider transmission service objective, as system conditions require.

This study analyzed the intention of continuous use of the electronic attendance-absence system. Perceived ease of use, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction variables were selected to analyze the factors affecting the intention of continuous use. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting students who had experience in using the electronic attendance-absence system at K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do. The use environment of the electronic attendance-absence system was non-face-to-face, and the questionnaires answered by 921 students were analyzed. The study results are as follows. First, perceived ease of use and acceptance of the electronic attendance-absence system were found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the learner's perceptual ease, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction for the electronic attendance-absence system had a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. This study is meaningful in that it identified the intention of continuous use based on the experience of the electronic attendance-absence system in a non-face-to-face environment.

This study deals with controversial issues surrounding the today′s cyber-taxation and recommends feasible consumption tax system architecture titled Global Electronic Tax Invoice System (GETI). The GETI is an electronic consumption tax architecture to provide "all-in-one" tax and e-payment services through a trusted third party (TTP). GETI is designed to streamline the overall cyber-taxation process and provide simplified and transparent tax invoice services through an authorized np. To ensure information security, GETI incorporates public Key infrastructure (PKI) based digital certificates and other data encryption schemes when calculating, reporting, paying, and auditing tax in the electronic commerce environment. GETI is based on the OECD cyber-taxation agreement that was reached in January 2001, which established the taxation model for B2B and B2C electronic commerce transactions. For the value added tax systems, tax invoice is indispensable to commerce activities, since they provide documentations to prove the validity of commercial transactions. As paper-based tax invoice systems are gradually phased out and are replaced with electronic tax invoice systems, there is an increasing need to develop a reliable, efficient, transparent, and secured cyber-taxation architecture. To design such architecture, several desirable system attributes were considered -- reliability, efficiency, transparency, and security. GETI was developed with these system attributes in mind.

XML(eXtensible Markup Language) based electronic catalog is very useful for searching target information because of its structural and contents based searching support capability. And XML document editing is easier than HTML because of XML document is divided by structure, contents and presentation. This paper is to present a prototype of XML based Electronic Catalog Management System(ECMS) whose system consists of data input, output and manipulation system for inserting, updating, editing and deletion. A proposed system could resolved the problems at virtual intermediary shopping mall invloved in the difficulty of interoperability when customer try to compare similar products at mixed shopping mall and reduced web service costs at independent shopping mall by using XML format. The proposed ECMS offers rapid response capability for product data change of electronic catalog and easy and friendly interoperability among similar products.

This paper proposes a system for reducing the standby power consumption in using the consumer electronic devices such as a television, a home theater, a set-top box, or a DVD player. The system is consisted of a flyback converter, monitoring circuits, a relay and a micro-processor. The proposed system can reduce the standby power consumption by disconnecting the AC input and the consumer devices can be turned on with a remote control. The proposed standby power system consumes the low power to receive the infrared signal from the remote controller. Furthermore, a electronic double layer capacitor is used to store the energy with high efficiency. The proposed power system can operate the 플라이백 converter to charge the electronic double layer capacitor and connect the AC input to the consumer electronic devices. The proposed power circuit can reduce the standby power consumption in AV devices without increasing the cost. The prototype is implemented to verify the system with the commercialized products.

This study describes the works on development of a scenario-based WBT system of electronic commerce to introduce and activate electronic commerce in our society because it is mostly required to correctly understand electronic commerce and timely educate its users and technicians for entering into global electronic commerce that binds every commercial area regardless of the borders and nationalities. This system, WBT(Web - Based Training of Electronic commerce), consists of two parts. The one part provides a general concept of EC. This is developed to meet the needs of beginner for EC. The other is a simulator for cyber shopping mall. It is designed for teaching how to shop at cyber shopping mall based on various scenarios. In addition, we can simulate ourselves for EDI, which enables trading partners to conduct routine business transaction, such as purchase orders, invoices and shopping notices with it. Our commitment to the development of this application is consistent with the objectives of being easy to learn electronic commerce and its applications in real world.
