At present, LG Electronics pushes ahead to eliminate the Pb(Lead) -a hazardous material- from all products. Especially, we have performed to select the optimum standard composition of lead free alloy for the application to products for about 3 years from 2000. These days, we have the chance for applying to the mass-production. This project constructed the system for applying the lead free solders on consumer electronic products, which is one of the major products of the LG Electronics. To select the lead free solders with corresponding to the product features, we have passed through the test and applied with Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu alloy system to our products, and for the application to the high melting temperature composition, we secured the thermal resistance of the many parts and substrate and optimized the processing conditions. We have operated the temperature cycling test and the high temperature storage test under the standards to confirm the reliability of the products. On these samples, we considered the consequence of our decision by the operating test. For the long life time of the product, we have operated the temperature cycling test at $-45^{\circ}C-+125^{\circ}C$, 1 cycle/hour, 1000 cycles. Also we have tested the tin whisker growth about lead free plating on lead finish. We have analyzed with the SEM, EDS and any other equipment for confirming the failure mode at the joint and the tin whisker growth on lead free finish.

이 논문은 상거래의 혁명이라고 불리 우는 EC에 대한 우리나라 대학생의 인식수준과 구매태도를 조사 분석한 것이다. 조사는 Kalakota와 Whinston의 ${\ulcorner}$EC소비자 구매단계 모형${\lrcorner}$을 중심으로 한 구매태도와 EC에 대한 전반적 인식수준에 초점을 맞추었다. 분석결과, (1) 제품검색 경로는 심마니나 Yahoo와 같은 전문검색사이트를 가장 선호하였고, (2) 인터넷 쇼핑대상 제품은 대체로 분산된 편이나 호텔 비행기 예약, 음반 CD/Tape, PC와 PC부품/software, 꽃 배달, 서적 등이 주종을 이루었고, (3) 구매가격의 범위는 $5{\sim}10$만원, (4) EC의 가격수준은 싼 것 같지 않다고 인식, (5) 결제시스템에 대한 불만, (6) 반품 교환 A/S에 대한 불신 등이 발견되었다. 이에 대한 마케팅시사점으로, 향후 EC를 이용하려는 기업은 분석개요에서 지적한 점들을 토대로 하여 ${\ulcorner}$EC고객의 본원적 복구${\lrcorner}$에 초점을 둔 마케팅전략을 개발해야할 것이다.

영지, 참깨, 칡과 같은 특용작물의 수입산 또는 국내산인지의 여부를 확인하기 위하여 전자코를 사용하였다. 특용작물이 배출하는 가스성분을 아무런 전처리 과정 없이 12개의 conducting polymer sensor로 감지하고 여기서 얻어진 자료를 판별분석을 통하여 특용작물의 원산지가 수입산 또는 국내산인지를 판별할 수 있었다. 원산지를 모르는 시료(영지, 참깨)를 분석한 결과 이들 농산물이 수입산인지 국내산인지를 뚜렷하게 구별할 수 있었다.

The image and impression characteristics of the consumer electronic products have become an important factor in purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze and interpret the image and impression characteristics based on the consumer preference survey. The survey consisted of two parts. First part was to measure the predetermined 52 design variables that can represent the design variables of the products. In the second part, 60 subjects were requested to evaluate 36 audio/video electronic products on 25 different image attributes such as luxuriousness, attractiveness, and granularity. In this study, empirical data from the survey were analyzed through various multivariate analysis and ANOVA analysis. Additionally, this study suggested a statistical procedure that can be applied to select and/or screen critical design variables. It is expected that the results of this study can provide practical information to the designers of consumer electronic products.

본 연구는 햅쌀과 묵은쌀 및 이의 혼합곡 판별을 위하여 전자 눈 분석을 이용한 쌀 신곡과 구곡 판별법 개발 연구를 수행하였다. 국내에서 수집된 신구곡을 대상으로 GOP 시약처리를 통해 효소 활성에 따른 정색 반응을 확인한 후 전자눈 장비를 이용하여 신곡과 구곡의 판별에 적합한 색깔 코드의 선별과 이를 이용한 쌀 신곡과 구곡의 판별법을 개발하였다. 미지시료를 이용하여 판별 정확도를 분석한 결과 신곡과 구곡인 단일곡은 100%의 정확도로 판별이 되었으나 혼합곡의 경우 혼합된 비율에 따라 판별 정확도가 달라졌다. 혼합곡은 신곡과 구곡의 혼합 비율에서 구곡이 비율이 높아질수록 판별 정확도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전자눈 분석을 통하여 햅쌀과 묵은쌀을 판별할 수 있는 실용적인 판별 체계를 구축하였으므로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 판별식은 쌀 신구곡 판별을 위한 과학적인 근거자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Though weight manufacturing has in national gross production is decreasing, it has still a decisive role in economic growth of Korea, and foreign competitiveness of manufacturing has a great influence on our whole economy. Therefore, as this study speculates export competitiveness of manufacturing item by item, the results can be used for selection of strategic export-oriented products. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows: first, products that are found as competitive through analysis of trade specialization indexes are plastic, rubber, fabric, home electronic appliances, computers, communication equipment, automobiles and their spare parts. Second, electronic-electric industry such as semi-conduits, communication equipment, home electronics, computers was decided as advantageous through analysis of comparative advantages at present, while paper, print and publishing, and leather industries were classified as comparatively disadvantageous. Its political implications are presented as follows: Private corporations should develop more advanced technology and government should give more support to secure export competitiveness of manufacturing toward America. Governmental policies should be prepared to induce consistent and daring investment to technology-intensive products for export products with high-added value.

Test devices can perform various functions, such as research on detection targets, sensors that detect detection targets, combined products containing sensors, and certification for the launch of combined products. However, the scope of use of test devices is limited because they perform only a single role or could only serve a particular purpose in the past. Therefore, studies on test devices that can perform various functions, such as research on detection targets, sensors that detect detection targets, combined products containing sensors, and certification for the release of combined products are necessary. Accordingly, this study proposes a test device that can increase the scope of use in the technical field of electric fires. In addition, we examine various outcomes of the proposed test device.

Optical disk driver is being used in many electronic products besides computer. In particular, the demands are recently increased as an optical disk player in the mobile products such as camcorder or in the home theater appliances, or etc. However, under these circumstances, the disturbance inputs to the optical disk player increase gradually. In this paper, for reducing the possibility of malfunction of the optical disk player, we propose the method of detecting and controling the non-periodic external shock of the disturbances. Also, we execute some simulations and actual experiments and discuss the results.

(1) By comparing and analyzing the distribution of brightness as domestic lamps and Japanese products go thinner and lighter, we set an effective design standard. (2) By comparing and analyzing the feature, brightness, chromaticity and uniformity of domestic LGPs and Japanese products, early home-manufacturing and stabilization in home-manufacturing are possible. (3) By comparing and analyzing the distribution of brightness as sheets are varied, we can design an ideal sheet composition.

In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of Home Network Middleware which offer integrated service of electronic products. Most senior nations setting to core paradigm to ubiquitous computing techniques and effort to get the novel information and making more power about information techniques. But, they don't have a skill to Home Network Middleware in electronic products. It is a more important in Home Network Middleware. So, we will try to study about Home Network Middleware skill. And suggest to proposition that is a novel Home Network Middleware.
