  • 전자상거래 시스템의 보급이 활성화되기 시작하면서, 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이와 같은 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트는 사용자의 행위를 모니터하고 자동 분류하여 사용자의 취향을 학습하는 기능을 요하게 되었다. 이러한 기능을 가지는 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트를 구축하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인의 관심정보와 선호하는 상품에 대한 호감도를 고려한 적응형 전자 상거래 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자의 구매 행위에 적응력을 가질 수 있도록 보다 정확한 사용자 프로파일을 구축하고, 이와 같은 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자에게 불필요한 검색과정 없이 필요한 상품 정보를 제공 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 시스템에서는 모니터링을 통하여 사용자 의도를 파악하는 모니터 에이전트, 사용자의 행동성향을 학습 한 후 행동 패턴이 유사한 그룹을 참조하는 유사도 참조 에이전트, 사용자의 행위의 변화에 따른 개인화된 행동 DB를 구축할 수 있는 관심 추출 에이전트로 구성하였다.

산업디자인 관련 아이템의 전자상거래에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electronic Commerce for Industrial Design Related Items)

  • This paper proposes how to develop the EC(Electronic Commerce) for industrial-related items, which has not been tried yet in EC areas. Usually industrial design derives an idea and concept for a new product from the needs of end-users and manufacturers. Then this product is developed through the design process such as idea-sketch, rendering, and design modeling mock-up. The purpose of this paper is to vitalize the trade for some items which are necessary for the design process and are intermediate products. That is, the idea and concept from the needs and seeds can be dealt with as one item. Furthermore, the idea-sketch and rendering materializing from the idea can be an item also. By doing so, excellent design items which could be thrown away in the middle of the process can be made into valuable commodities. Then we can specify the role of Designer, Manufacturer, and End-User as a buyer or a seller.

  • We present a matrix-based inference algorithm suitable for electronic commerce applications. For this purpose, an Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG) was developed with the intention that fast inference process is enabled within the electronic commerce situations. The proposed EAOG inference mechanism has the following three characteristics. 1. Real-time inference: The EAOG inference mechanism is suitable for the real-time inference because its computational mechanism is based on matrix computation. 2. Matrix operation: All the subjective knowledge is delineated in a matrix form. so that inference process can proceed based on the matrix operation which is computationally efficient. 3. Bi-directional inference: Traditional inference method of expert systems is based on either forward chaining or backward chaining which is mutually exclusive in terms of logical process and computational efficiency. However, the proposed EAOG inference mechanism is generically bi-directional without loss of both speed and efficiency. We have proved the validity of our approach with several propositions and an illustrative EC example.

  • TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

  • 본 연구는 에이전트를 이용한 전자상거래의 효과적 활용방안에 관한 연구를 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 최근 전자상거래에 관한 연구는 급속히 확산된 정보시스템의 환경적 활용방안에 관하여 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있는 한계성을 가지고 있다. 이는 정보산업의 발달로 따라 연구의 대상도 세분화하여야 할 필요가 제기 되었기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인을 감안하여 연구한 결과 전자상거래의 효과적인 활용을 위한 기술적 요인, 사회적요인 및 비즈니스능력을 중요요인으로 제시하였다.

  • The remarkable development of information technology today is significantly increasing the desire for related services as it allows one to process and transmit information fast and accurately as well as in an efficient way. Particularly, the spread of the Internet even changes our life pattern, not to mention allowing us to provide or share information. One of the most typical example is electronic commerce. The e-commerce industry, which is build upon informations super high way, is growing rapidly, backed on the development of communications technology and the combination of various media. Companies are active In embracing and utilizing the cutting-edge information technology, whereas the tourism industry in general is still at a rudimentary stage. Therefore, it is expected that the industry will harness e-commerce in many aspects. Tourism, in its characteristic, has a variety of sectors, and cross-sector cooperation is essential. Therefore, the industry can provide better services by connecting or integrating network systems and taking advantage of e-commerce, while it is of no less importance to have informal ion system for promoting products. This thesis will look into and the basic concept and role of e-commerce as well as the existing tourism information system. It will also study ways to make good use of e-commerce by adopting it into the tourism information system.
