  • 최근 전자상거래를 이용하는 소비자들이 전자상거래 업체들의 사기성 거래에 노출되어 그에 따른 피해가 급속히 증가함에 따라 이를 개선하기 위하여 정부에서는 EC 소비자 법률개정을 추진중에 있다. 하지만 법률안 개정에 대한 전자상거래 업계의 반발도 큰 장애요소로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 에스크로 서비스업체와 물류업체와의 PRM 을 도입함으로써 전자상거래 업계와 에스크로 서비스업체, 물류업체 소비자 모두가 만족할 수 있는 개선된 에스크로 모델을 제시하여 국내 전자상거래 시장의 활성화를 도모하고자 한다.

기업간 전자상거래에서의 구매자 쇼핑카트 정량적 성능분석: 구매자의 상호작용 노력 중심 (Quantitative Performance Analysis of Buyer-Carts in B2B EC: Buyer's Interactional Efforts Perspective)

  • Even though B2B EC is becoming popular, there have been not so much studies about performance evaluation methodology for B2B systems. In this paper, after analyzing buyer-carts systematically focusing on the buyer's interactional efforts on the typical buying processes of each buyer-cart, we propose a quantitative performance evaluation model. For this, we categorize buyer-carts in B2B EC as s-cart, i-cart, and b-cart depending upon its residing sites: seller, intermediary, and buyer sites. And after proposing the desired features of buyer-carts in B2B EC as identification, collection, trashing, ordering, payment, tracking, recording, purchasing decision support, and transmission of records to e-procurement systems, we derive a performance evaluation model by calculating detail sub-processes from the desired features' viewpoints. By setting variables from a survey on the actual condition of using buyer-carts in companies in Korea, we try to evaluate the performance of buyer-carts in B2B EC. In this paper, we suggest a new methodology of performance evaluation for B2B systems, and show that the b-cart platform is more efficient than other buyer-carts especially in B2B EC.

기업간 전자상거래 도입 결정요인 (Factors Influencing Business to Business Electronic Commerce)

  • 본 연구는 정보기술 혁신 과정에 작용하는 환경, 기업, 기술 특성을 바탕으로 기업간 전자상거래 도입을 결정하는 요인을 고찰하였다. 분석 결과 기업간 전자상거래 도입기업과 미도입 기업을 유의하게 구분하는 요인은 거래당사자 영향력, 인지된 이익, 경영층 지원, 조직전략, 조직특성으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업에서 B2B EC가 성공적으로 도입되어 확신되기 위하여 B2B EC 도입기업과 미도입 기업의 차이를 구분하는 B2B EC 도입 결정요인을 충분히 반영하여 기업 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.

Rule-Based Cooperation of Distributed EC Systems

  • Emergent requests or urgent information among enterprises require their intimate collaboration in B2B EC (electronic commerce). This paper analyzes the needs of intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems in terms of business contracts and presents an active rule-based methodology of close cooperation among EC systems and an active rule component to support it. Since the rule component provides high level rule patterns and event-based immediate processing, system administrators and programmers can easily program and maintain intimate cooperation of distributed EC systems independently to the application logic. The proposed active rule component facilitates HTTP protocol. Its prototype is implemented in B2B EC environment and evaluated using basic trigger facility of a commercial DBMS.

  • It is certain that EC(Electronic Commerce) applying the internet will be activated in the knowledge society of 21 century based on IT(Information Technology). Though this change of social environment helps the useful information resource available to expand, it looks like that the rapid inclease in lots of information to gather makes colleges, reseach laboratories and public institutions to spend more man power and money on work of book purchases than before and now. Therefore the most urgent part for the business process reengineering in work of information service center is the business of book purchases. The business of book purchases is the core part in organizations and facilities. It should construct the books which the organigation and facility need in the most economical and efficient way within the range of physically receptive capacity with the limited budget. These organigations and facilities have to establish the policy of the book stock which they should possess and also librarians should endeavour to configure the kernel book stock constantly. I assert that they need to ensure a specialty with the improvement of business process accompanying choosing and purchasing the books. Especially, in a case of purchasing foreign books by request of members like professors, students, researcher and so on they have to replace the business of book purchase using agency with direct dealing using EC. This Business Process Reengineering will cut down on expenses, offer the transparency of book purchases and also give the users confidence. Moreover the Business Process Reengineering make it possible to build well constructed main books and information resource. The people in charge are enabled to acquire the knowledge of subjects with contiuous search for books of a spcial area and self-study. These experts in work will raise the quality of information service. Information service center will be the core in the 21c knowledge industry. To streng then value of it, efficiently run it and control it the existing business of book purchasing should be replace with direct dealing using EC applying the internet.

  • 전자상거래가 활성화되면서 인터넷을 이용한 상품의 구매가 점점 증가하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래에 이용되는 대부분의 상품은 하드웨어가 주를 이루고 있다. 전자파일 형태의 상품 즉, 디지털 상품의 온라인 판매는 물류비용이 없고, 상품의 검색이용이하며, 한시적으로 사용해 본 후 구입할 수 있는등의 많은 장점을 가지고 있지만 불법 복제 문제 때문에 혀재 전자상거래에서는기피 상품으로 취급받고 있다. 디지털 소프트웨어 상품의 불법 복제 문제는 상용권 관리 기술의 부재가 가장 큰 이유중이 하나니 . 현재 이루어지고 있는 전자상거래는 사용권 부여 대상의 식별 방법이 없고, 대상의 이동 방지가 불가능하고, 해킹 방지가 미비하며, 기타 전자상거래 구조가 미완성되어 사용권 관리상에 많은 문제젬을 드러내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 상에서 소프트웨어 상품의 유통을 활성화 할 수 있는 새로운 사용권 관리 기술인 동적 사용권 관리(DLCC: Dynamic License Control)기술을 이용하여 디지털 상품의 유통을 활성화 할 뿐 아니라 불법 복제를 막을 수 있는 디지털 소프트웨어 상품의 상품 작성 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 제안한다.을 제안한다.

  • The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

퍼지 멤버십 함수와 AHP 추론기법을 이용한 전자상거래 협상지원 (Fuzzy Membership Functions and AHP-Based Negotiation Support in Electronic Commerce)

  • 본 연구에서는 동적인 전자상거래 협상을 지원하기 위한 퍼지 AHP 기반의 협상지원 메커니즘 (Fuzzy AHP-based Negotiation support: FAHP-NEGO)을 제안한다. 협상은 단독으로 의사결정을 할 수 없는 둘 이상의 구성원간에 합의점을 도출하는 과정을 의미한다. 따라서, 여기에는 구성원 사이의 합의점을 도출하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는, 이를 지원하기 위한 전자상거래 협상지원 메커니즘의 이론적인 배경으로서, 퍼지멤버십 함수와 AHP 기법을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 협상지원 메커니즘은 정성적인 변수와 정량적인 변수를 모두 포함하고 있으며, 다중 협상과정을 통하여 전자상거래 협상을 지원한다. 건강보조식품 구매과정에 전사상거래 협상지원 메커니즘을 적용한 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 전자상거래 협상지원 메커니즘이 정성적인 변수와 정량적인 변수를 반영한 전자상거래 협상을 지원할 수 있음을 보여주었다 본 연구의 후반부에는 향후 연구과제로서 전자상거래 협상지원 모형과 시스템 구축에 대해서 언급하였다.

  • We, ICOMM(Information Center Of Machinery & Materials), make efforts to apply the EC to support the Internet Marketing for Small and Medium Enterprises, and at the base of experience are carrying out diffusing the internet minds, applying the CALS, searching the internet information, education for internet and supporting the EC-hosting to count of first importance for 6,000 Manufacturing Industries located in KYOUNGNAM. Traditional Business-to-Business depends on the EDI by using VAN. As the Internet is lively and the Internet users incredibly increasing, the total marketing strategies of Enterprises are cyberized, and Enterprises try finding the new business partner by using Internet technologies, At the base of this Environments, this paper proposes the Internet Marketing Server (that is called EC-Business Server) that consists of the staging server to establish the Mall, the search engine for resembled manufactured goods, and so on. EC-Business Server supports Business-to-Business as in electronic commerce.

The Level of EC Utilization and its Impact on Firm Performance in SMEs

  • This study sought to explore how SMEs are utilizing EC. Drawing on existing research on IT and EC related field, this study presented the framework of EC utilization level and analyzed its affecting factors in the point of organizational perspectives; strategy and competency. The impact of EC utilization on firm performance was also examined by employing BSC. Structural equation model was applied to test the relationships among the theoretical constructs with data from 171 SMEs. The results showed that the rate of EC utilization in SMEs is growing quite rapidly. However, manufacturing related firms still remain at a lower level compared to service related firms. As for the two affecting factors of EC utilization level, it was found that the level of EC utilization appeared to be driven not by strategy but by competency. This result implicates that EC utilization in SMEs doesn't reach to strategic purpose yet, while it is dependent on firm's competency. As far as the impact of EC utilization on firm performance, the study showed that the level of EC utilization has significant relationship with all perspectives performance indicators of BSC. This study can provide the managers with current EC utilization pattern and the guidelines as to where to put the efforts in the EC utilization and how to get an effective EC utilization strategy in the future.
