초기의 웹(Web)이 비구조적인 문서를 사용함으로써 발생하는 단점인 문서 처리와 교환 및 재사용성에 대한 해결책으로서 W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)에서 1998년 2월에 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 제정하였다. XML을 사용함으로써 기존 전자거래는 XML 기반 메시지 교환을 통한 기업간 전자거래 형태로 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 기업간 전자거래에 사용되는 XML 기반의 구조화된 전자문서를 저작할 수 있는 솔루션에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 효율적으로 편집 및 저작 할 수 있는 사용자 중심의 XML 인스턴스 편집기와 XML 문서의 구조를 정의하는 XML 스키마 문서를 저작하기 위한 XML 스키마 편집기를 통합한 XML 문서편집 시스템에 관한 연구를 하였다.

This article is focused on the review of the judgement standard for compliance of the documents in international standard banking practice. Since the establishment of Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, The practices of the Credit transactions has been formed and developed with the rapidly changing progress of the international trade environment. but though the international standard banking practice have meaning to suggest a new examination standard, in practice, there are some problems on the judgement of the compliance of the documents. Therefore, for the useful judgement standard for compliance of the documents, the range of the standard should become concrete and simple so that all the related parties can forecast. and the opinions and interpretations published by ICC Banking Committee are recommended to be used, systematized and activated. and also with the change of the trade environment, the changed standard practice could be published annually for the useful use. and it will be necessary to consider to publish the publications in the form of the "White Book" Last, it is necessary to accept the changes by the needs of the times as the international standard banking practice promptly and analysis accurately its problems for the times of the electronic commerce, so that Credit systems should be settled and developed continuously as the useful means of the settlement of the proceeds conquering of the characteristics originated from the international transactions between the parties concerned.

We have developed the 12.1" SVGA reflective type color TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display) with the high aperture ratio and well designed reflector for the applications such as mini note PC, Note PC and electronic book. The panel shows the high reflectance(30%) and contrast ratio(20:1) resulted from optimizing the optical films and designing the embossing shaped reflector. By improving the chromacity, the color reproducibility was increased up to 20%. As removing the backlight unit, we reduced the power consumption, thickness and weight of the panel to 0.8W, 2.2mm, and 250gram, respectively. According to the above performances, we have obtained fabrication process for mass production, and furthermore, could have access to fast market launching.

Currently, it is possible to buy almost anything from books(Amazon.com) to airplane tickets(Travelocity.com) using the world wide web. The purpose of this research is to develop a "clean interface" between design and fabrication facilities for the production of custom machined parts through Internet. The current mechanism for production of prototype parts that can be fabricated using standard machine tools like milling machines, requires a process of part description preparation, bidding, contract award, and finally fabrication and delivery of the part. This is a substantially more complex process than buying a book or airplane ticket. In this paper, we try to define the ambiguous part description using XML based data exchange format and to enable e-commerce in this field. The research accomplishments are summarized: 1. Creation of a new format for data exchange of machined prototype parts, 2. Development of a prototype system to illustrate how the XML data can be effectively used to conduct e-Commerce for custom machined parts, 3. Testing of the methodology with a number of parts.

데이타 보안과 무결성은 유무선 통신 환경에서 데이터 전송 시에 중요한 요소이다. 대량의 데이터는 전송 전에, 통상 암호 연산 모드를 이용한 블록 암호 알고리즘에 의하여 암호화된다. ECB, CBC 등의 기존 연산 모드 외에 블록 암호 연산 모드로 RBF 모드가 제안된 바 있다. 본 논문에서는, 알려진 평문 공격 (known plaintext attack) 및 선택 평문 공격 (chosen plaintext attack)에 대한, RBF 모드의 안전성을 기존 모드들과 비교 분석한 내용을 소개한다. 분석 결과, 기존의 연산 모드들이 알려진/선택 평문 공격에 취약한데 반하여, RBF 모드는 이들 공격에 안전함을 알 수 있었다.

Nuclear power plants have recognized the importance of nuclear cybersecurity. Based on regulatory guidelines and security-related standards issued by regulatory agencies around the world including IAEA, NRC, and KINAC, nuclear operating organizations and related systems manufacturing organizations, design companies, and regulatory agencies are considering methods to prepare for nuclear cybersecurity. Cryptographic algorithms have to be developed and applied in order to meet nuclear cybersecurity requirements. This paper presents methodologies for validating cryptographic algorithms that should be continuously applied at the critical control system of I&C in NPPs. Through the proposed schemes, validation programs are developed in the PLC, which is a critical system of a NPP's I&C, and the validation program is verified through simulation results. Since the development of a cryptographic algorithm validation program for critical digital systems of NPPs has not been carried out, the methodologies proposed in this paper could provide guidelines for Cryptographic Module Validation Modeling for Control Systems in NPPs. In particular, among several CMVP, specific testing techniques for ECB mode-based block ciphers are introduced with program codes and validation models.

이 연구는 중학교 '진화' 단원을 디지털 교재로 개발하여 학생들의 진화 개념 형성과 학습에 대한 흥미에 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 오랜 시간에 의한 생물의 변화를 설명하는 생물 진화에 대한 설명은, 많은 내용을 다양하게 제공할 수 있고, 영상을 제작하고 편집할 수 있으며, 어려운 개념을 재미있게 제공할 수 있는 디지털 교과서가 서책형 교과서를 통해 이루어질 때 효과적일 수 있다. 연구를 위해 먼저 5E 순환학습 모형을 기반으로 전자책 저작 도구인 iBooks Author를 활용하여, 4차시로 구성된 진화수업을 만들었다. 개발한 디지털 교재의 효과 검증을 위해 서책형 수업과 디지털 교과서를 활용한 수업을 비교했다. 서책형 교재를 통한 수업과 디지털 교재를 활용한 수업 모두 진화 개념 형성에 유의미한 효과를 보였으나 생명 과학 흥미도와 진화 흥미도는 디지털 교재 수업 집단에서만 유의미하게 증가하였다. 또한 학생을 유형별로 나누어 디지털 교과서 효과를 확인한 결과 디지털 리터러시에 따라 스마트 기기에 친숙한 그룹이 수업에 더 적극적이었고 흥미가 높았다. 개발된 디지털 교재의 만족도 역시 디지털 리터러시가 높은 그룹에서 긍정적인 점수를 나타냈다. 이 연구 결과는 진화 영역 디지털 교재 개발은 어려운 진화 개념을 쉽고 재미있게 접근할 수 있는 수업 도구가 될 수 있음을 알려준다.

산업 분야에서의 업무 전산화 이전에는 원시적인 기입식 장부정리로 비효율적인 상품관리와 인적 자원낭비가 심하였다. 그러나 최근 많은 업체들이 전자적인 문서관리 시스템 도입으로 업무능력 향상과 비용절감 효과로 업체의 경쟁력이 높아지고 있으며, 최근 인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 많은 시스템들이 네트워크로 연결되어 정보의 공유와 효율적인 정보관리를 필요로 하고 있다. 기존의 텍스트 기반 정보에서 벗어나 멀티미디어 기반의 정보를 요구하고 있으며, 상품 정보의 전자카탈로그(E-Catalog) 시스템 도입으로 실시간 상품 이미지와 정보를 제공해 판매자와 고객간의 신뢰할 수 있는 정보가 제공되며, 모바일(Mobile) 통신의 장점 인 이동성, 편재성, 실시간성, 휴대성 등을 활용한 기술개발과 상품화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기술을 활용하여 휴대용 단말 장치를 이용한 귀금속$\cdot$보석분야의 이동성이 보장되는 휴대용 B2B 시스템을 구축하였다.

공공도서관에서 전자정보 서비스를 시작된 지 10여년이 지났지만 효율적인 서비스 운영을 위한 전문성 부족과 저작권 문제의 제약으로 활용 면에서 두드러진 성과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 협력형 전자정보 서비스 운영 사례와 경기도 및 경기도 내 31개 시군의 도서관 전자정보 서비스 현황 분석을 통해 광역자치단체 차원의 지역 내 공공도서관 간 상호 협력형 서비스 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 협력형 전자정보 서비스를 운영하고 있는 국내외 기관의 웹서비스 현황을 파악하고, 설문 조사를 통해 경기도 내 시군 기관별 전자정보 서비스 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 성공적인 협력형 정보서비스 모델 구현을 위한 기능요건으로 소장 전자정보 통합검색, 웹DB, 지역 기록물 원문DB, 온라인 참고봉사, 모바일 플랫폼 지원을 제시하고 시스템 관리 체계는 참여기관의 독립적 특성을 고려하여 집중형과 분산형 모델의 장점을 결합한 절충형 모델을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The aim of this review is to comprehensively summarize the definition of vitamin D as a nutrient as well as a hormone-like molecule and its new function in prevention of various chronic diseases. Methods: The review was written by the method for systematic reivew writing. Literatures from the various sources, including research articles, book chapters, proceedings and electronic materials as appropriate, were screened first and then reviewed and analyzed for the review. Results: Vitamin D was originally considered as the essential nutrient as a vital carbon compound and was first discovered among children with osteomalacia, also known as ricket disease, characterized by poorly calcified bones which were easily bent rather than broken. Since that time, vitamin D has been known as the key nutrient to improve bone health. However, recently emerging study findings have shown that vitamin D acts as the hormone-like nutrient since it is synthesized like a hormone when our body needs and this particular vitamin also acts like a cell signaling ligand which regulates gene expression of various proteins. So far positive effects of vitamin D have been suggested for the action of anticancer, anti-immune function, and anti-cardiovascular disease, as well as antidiabetic function, etc. In this review, the definition for vitamin D as a nutrient vitamin as well as a hormone-like molecule, cell signaling mechanism of vitamin D, and finally the potential role for the prevention of chronic diseases are discussed. Conclusion: Vitamin D is now being considered as a vital nutrient as a vitamin and as a potential substance for prevention of several chronic diseases.
