In this pacer, The effect of the impedances in SNOSEFT s memory devices has been developed. The effect of source and drain impedances are measuring using the method of the field effect bias resistance in the inner resistance regions of the device structure and external bias resistance. The effect of impedance by source and drain resistance shows according to increasing to the storage of memory charges, shows according to a function of decreasing to the gate voltages, shows the delay of threshold voltages, The delay time of low conductance state and high conductance state by the impedance effect shows 3 [${\mu}$sec] and 1[${\mu}$sec] respectively.
Transmission line analysis of the surface a cumulation layer in injection-enhanced gate transistor (IEGT) is presented for the first time, based on per-unit-length resistance and conductance of the surface layer beneath the gate of IEGT. Lateral electric field on the accumulation layer surface, as well as the electron current injected into the accumulation layer, is governed by the well-known wave equation, and decreases as an exponential function of the lateral distance from the cathode. Unit-length resistance and conductance of the layer are expressed in terms of the device parameters and the applied gate voltage. Results obtained from the experiments are consistent with the numerical simulations.
Short channel Nonvolatile EEPROM memory devices were fabricated to CMOS 1M bit design rule, and reviews the characteristics and applications of SNOSFET. Application of SNOS field effect transistors have been proposed for both logic circuits and nonvolatile memory arrays, and operating characteristics with write and erase were investigated. As a results, memory window size of four terminal devices and two terminal devices was established low conductance stage and high conductance state, which was operated in “1” state and “0”state with write and erase respectively. And the operating characteristics of unit cell in matrix array were investigated with implementing the composition method of four and two terminal nonvolatile memory cells. It was shown that four terminal 2${\times}$2 matrix array was operated bipolar, and two termineal 2${\times}$2 matrix array was operated unipolar.
In many semi-empirical analyses of flow boiling heat transfer, an annular flow is often assumed as a model flow and the local liquid film thickness is a key parameter in the analysis. This work considers a simple electrical conductance technique to estimate the local liquid film thickness in two-phase annular flows. In this approach, many electrodes are mounted flush with the inner wall of the pipe. Voltage differences between two neighboring electrodes for concentric annular flows with various liquid film thicknesses are obtained before the main experiments and logged in a look-up table. For an actual application in the annual flow, voltage differences of neighboring electrodes are measured and then corresponding local film thicknesses are determined by the interpolation of the look-up table. Even though the proposed technique is quite simple and straightforward, the numerical and static phantom experiments support its usefulness.
Most maximum power point tracking(MPPT) control algorithm is based on Perturb and Observe(P&O) and Incremental Conductance(IncCond). In comparison with P&O and IncCond algorithm, the dynamic and tracking characteristic of IncCond algorithm is better than P&O algorithm in condition of rapidly changing solar radiation. But in the case of digital implementation, the InCond algorithm has error en decision of maximum power operation point(MPOP). To solve this problem, this paper proposes a improved IncCond algorithm, which can determine the MPOP correctly by inserting the test signal in control input. This paper proposes a novel MPPT control algorithm for the digitally implemented photovoltaic system in condition of rapidly changing solar radiation. To verify the validity of the proposed control algorithm. the computer simulation and experiment are carried out.
The electrical conductance and UV absorbance of 4,N-dimethyl Pridinium Iodide (NDMPI) were measured in the ethanol volume percentage, 95, 90, 80 and 60 of an ethanol-water mixture at 15, 25, 35 and $45^{\circ}C$. Ionic association constants(K) of NDMPI were evaluated in accordance with a combined method of conductance UV absorbance. The ion size parameter (${\gamma}_{\pm}$) and dipole momemt (${\mu}_{A+D-}$) of NDMPI were obtained from the values of K and dielectric constant. The ${\mu}_{A+D-}$- values were in good agreement with the values of transition moment(${\mu}_{mn}$) which is calculated form the UV peak values. The large negative values of the electrical enthalpy (${\Delta}H_{el}^{\circ}$) and entropy (${\Delta}H_{el}^{\circ}$ ) have proved that NDMPI had a positive hydration. The positive values of entropy (${\Delta}S^{\circ}$) means the formation of NDMPI ion goes with dehydration.
The efficiency of photovoltaic generation systems depends on the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique. Among the various schemes presented in the literature, the incremental conductance (INC) method is one of the most frequently used due to its superb tracking ability under changes in insolation and temperature. Generally, conventional INC algorithms implement a simple duty-cycle updating rule that is mainly found on the polarity of the peak-power evaluation function. However, this fails to maximize the performance in both steady-state and transient conditions. In order to overcome this limitation, a novel regulated INC (r-INC) method is proposed in this paper. Like the compensators in automatic control systems, this method applies a digital compensator to evaluate the INC function and improve the capability of power tracking. Precise modeling of a new MPPT system is also presented in the optimized design process. A 120W boost peak power tracker is utilized to obtain comparative test results and to confirm the superiority of the proposed method over existing techniques.
Using the AC and DC methods we have studied th electrical properties of ZnO added TiO$_2$. The electrical conductivity of ZnO added TiO$_2$ was nearly unchanged with increasing the content of ZnO. Ac conductivity and conductance as a function of Frequency showed the similar trends. The impedance, admittance, and modulus spectrums were consistent with the results of DC conductivity.
This study has investigated the chemical characteristics and the contamination of groundwater in relation to land use in Daejeon Metropolitan City. An attempt was made to distinguish anthrophogenic inputs from the influence of natural chemical weathering on the chemical composition of groundwater at Taejon. Groundwater samples collected at 170 locations in the Taejon area show very variable chemical composition of groundwater, e.9. electrical conductance ranges from 65 to 1,290 S/cm. Most groundwater is weakly acidic and the groundwater chemistry is more influenced by land use and urbanization than by aquifer rock type. Most of groundwater from green areas and new town residential districts has low electrical conductance, and is of Ca-HC $O_3$ type, whereas the chemical composition of groundwater from the old downtown and industrial district is shifted towards a Ca-Cl (N $O_3$+S $O_4$) type with high electrical conductance. A number of groundwater samples in the urbanized area are contaminated by high nitrate and chlorine, and exhibit high hardness. The Ep$CO_2$, that is the $CO_2$ content of a water sample relative to pure water, was computed to obtain more insight into the origin of $CO_2$ and bicarbonate in the groundwater. Factor analysis of the chemical data shows that the HC $O_3$ and N $O_3$ concentrations have the highest factor loadings on factor 1 and factor 2, respectively. Factors 1 and 2 represent major contributions from natural processes and human activities, respectively. The results of the factor analysis indicate that the levels of $Ca^{2+}$, $Mg^{2+}$, N $a^{+}$, Cl and SO4$^2$ derive from both pollution sources and natural weathering reactions.ons.
