산업용 전기차량의 주행 모터용 보상된 Bang-Bang 전류제어기 개발 (The Development of Compensated Bang-Bang Current Controller for Travel Motor of Industry Electrical Vechicle)

  • In order to establish the design technique of the robust current controller in d.c series wound motor driver system, this paper proposes a method of the compensated Bang-Bang current control using d.c series wound motor driver system under the improperly variable load to get minimum time for the torque control. The compensated Bang-Bang current controller structure is simpler than that of PID plus Bang-Bang controller. This paper shows that a general 16 bits microprocessor is efficiently used to implement such an algorithm. The calculation time of software is extremely small when compared with that of conventional PID plus Bang-Bang controller. Both nonlinear operating characteristics of digital switching elements and describing function methods are used for the analysis and synthesis. Real-time implementation of the compensated Bang-Bang current controller is achieved. The concept of design strategy of the control and the PWM waveform generation algorithms are presented in this paper.

  • A single-phase power factor corrected converter for switched reluctance motor driving is presented to achieve sinusoidal, near unity power factor input currents. Because it combines a power factor corrected converter and a conventional asymmetric SRM driver into one power stage, the configuration has a simple structure resulted in low cost. A prototype to drive 6/6 poles SRM employing a parking magnet is designed to evaluate the proposed topology. The characteristics and operational mode will be discussed in depth, and the validity of proposed driver will be verified through the experimental results.

  • Recently, most machineries have been small size and mobile type. And human body insertion type endoscope and micro robot technology has been developed. Then the motors used in this field are developed in micro size such as about 2mm in diameter. The structure of this motor is similar to a general brushless DC(BLDC) motor but because of small size there is no position sensor such as hall sensor. In this paper, we propose synchronous driving method for micro BLDC motor without position sensor. We design and manufacture this driver and perform experiment to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Periodic Adaptive Compensation of State-dependent Disturbance in a Digital Servo Motor System

  • This paper presents an adaptive controller for the compensation of state-dependent disturbance with unknown amplitude in a digital servo motor system. The state-dependent disturbance is caused by friction and eccentricity between the wheel axis and the motor driver of a mobile robot servo system. The proposed control scheme guarantees an asymptotical stability for both the velocity and position regulation. An experimental result shows the effectiveness of the adaptive disturbance compensator for wheeled-mobile robot in a low velocity diffusion tracking. A comparative experimental study with a simple PI controller is presented.

  • A design and fabrication result of a ultra-small brushless DC motor is presented. The outer diameter of the motor is 3mm. This motor is designed to 3 phase coreless winding, and operated with synchronous type driver. The experimental results for back EMF value, static torque and speed characteristics are presented and discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 유도전동기의 손실을 고려한 최대 효율제어기법을 전기자동차 구동시스템에 적용하고, 그 효과를 검증하기 위해 최대 효율제어를 적용하였을 때와 기존의 일정자속 제어방식을 적용하였을 경우에 대해 각각 ­미국의 F.T.P-72와 E.P.A의 HWFET(Highway Fuel Effciency Test)에서 정한 시내 주행모드(LA-4 Mode) 와 고속 주행 모드에서의 주행시험을 통해 그 결과를 비교 제시하였다. 또한 시험을 통해 전기자동차의 주행거리 증대를 위해 최대 효율제어 적용시 효과를 검토하였다.

  • This paper presents the selection method o( the input current wave forms for the thrust force ripple of linear pulse motor (LPM). We have developed and tested a prototype 2-phase 4-poles LPM with the permanent magnet and its control driver. To obtain the thrust performance curve of LPM, the performance curve at the air gap and the thrust are calculated and estimated by the analytical method on the base of the magnetic equivalent circuit and the finite element method. And, the thrust characteristics at the static operation state are analyzed and experimented with the respect to the input wave forms such as the rectangular, the triangular micro-step and the sine micro-step wave forms to investigate the thrust ripple and the vibration effects of LPM.

  • The main advantages of DSPSRM lie in the simple robust construction, low manufacturing cost and simple driving circuit. Especially, it is possible to make shortly the axial length of DSPSRM. therefore, it is suitable to setup this motor in a narrow space. For practical use, prototype of DSPSRM was already manufactured. In this paper, we explain driving method and design driving circuit of DSPSRM. And then speed, torque and efficiency are measured. As a result of measurement, the torque was constant at normal speed and the speed was linearly increased as the current increase. Therefore, we verify that DSPSRM is suitable for low-speed fan load.

  • 직류 서어보 전동기는 속도 및 위치제어에서 제어성능이 우수하므로 위치제어계의 구동원으로 사용된다. 미지의 외란이나 부하의 변화량이 위치제어계에 인가될 때 계의 응답은 정상응답 또는 과도응답상태에서 편차를 가지게 된다. 본 논문의 목적은 직류 서어보 전동기를 이용한 위치제어계에서 이 편차를 억제하기 위한 서어보 제어기의 원리, 설계법 및 실현에 관한 것이다. 이 서어보 제어기의 계수는 극배치법에 의해서 계산된다.
