This research was based on a case study of a child who experienced difficulties in ego development due to her mother's compulsive and depressed behavior. Twenty-four therapeutic play sessions, including 16 sessions involving sandplay, were conducted. Based on discussions by Neumann and Kalff, the child's early psychic development and ego development were observed during these sandplay. As part af this investigation, I conducted counseling sessions in the sandbox where the atmosphere was free and safe. The sessions were based on mother-child unity with the therapist. As a result, the child exhibited restoration of mother-child unity and showed the journey of constellation of self and ego development. The results of this research indicate the effectiveness of sandplay in accelerating ego development.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between perfectionism and motivational climate in competitive athletes and to provide information for improvement of their performance. One hundred ninety-six athletes who trained in Korea National Training Center participated in this study and they were divided into record and man-to-man events. Also they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, perfectionism, and motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using cross validation and independent t-test for identifying the difference of two events and structural equation model for testing hypotheses and model fit. Perfectionism and motivational climate in man-to-man events were stronger compared to record event. In record event, perfectionism was more influenced by ego involving motivational climate compared to task involving, while in man-to-man event, perfectionism was affected by only ego involving motivational climate. However, these both study models had a bad fit.

Arbitration is contractual by nature. One cannot be required to submit to arbitration any dispute which he has not agreed to so submit. As commercial transactions become increasingly complex, involving multiple parties and numerous contracts for a single transaction, however, limiting the parties who are subject to arbitration to only those who have signed a contract containing an arbitration clause would frustrate the purpose of such arbitration clause and might lead to injustice among the relevant parties. Therefore, U.S. courts have recognized a number of theories under which non-signatories may be bound to the arbitration agreement of others: (1) incorporation by reference; (2) assumption; (3) agency; (4) veil-piercing/alter ego; and (5) estoppel. Incorporation by reference and veil-piercing theories have already been recognized by Korean courts. Agency theory and estoppel theory are not recognizable under Korean law. However, the same or similar result may be achieved by applying the third party beneficiary theory or assumption by third party theory. Although a couple of Supreme Court cases appear to be at odds with the assumption theory, on the basis of the recent amendments to the Arbitration Act, such court precedents can be and should be reversed.

Ensuring robust 3D object detection is a core challenge for autonomous driving systems operating in urban environments. To tackle this issue, various 3D representation, including point cloud, voxels, and pillars, have been widely adopted, making use of LiDAR, Camera, and Radar sensors. These representations improved 3D object detection performance, but real-world urban scenarios with unexpected situations can still lead to numerous false positives, posing a challenge for robust 3D models. This paper presents a post-processing algorithm that dynamically adjusts object detection thresholds based on the distance from the ego-vehicle. While conventional perception algorithms typically employ a single threshold in post-processing, 3D models perform well in detecting nearby objects but may exhibit suboptimal performance for distant ones. The proposed algorithm tackles this issue by employing adaptive thresholds based on the distance from the ego-vehicle, minimizing false negatives and reducing false positives in the 3D model. The results show performance enhancements in the 3D model across a range of scenarios, encompassing not only typical urban road conditions but also scenarios involving adverse weather conditions.

This literature review was undertaken to explore theoretical models of depression for their potential usefulness in nursing research and practice. Depression has bean accounted for by numerous theories or models of causation ; 11 theories selected from psychology, medicine and psychoanalysis and supported by empirical or experimental research were reviewed. These theories identify a variety of precipitating and predisposing factors that may affect the individual's depression. Aggression - turned - inward theory, object loss theory, ego functioning theory, personality organization theory, behavioral theory, learned helplessness theory, cognitive theory, genetic factors, and biological theories conceptualize predisposing factors. Only life stressors theory identifies precipitating facotrs. Each of these theories contributes to an understanding of depression, but many of them use overlapping and interrelated factors. It is also evident from recent. research that there are multiple causes for depression involving an interactive effect among predisposing and precipitating factors that are both biological and psychological in origin. That is, a single theory is not useful, but perhaps a unified theory could be developed that would be helpful to nursing. This review points to the need for continuing development and testing of theories that would integrate the multiple conceptualizations of depression.

Erythema nodosum is a nodular erythematous eruption predominently limited to the pretibial area but occasionally involving the arms or other areas. That is clinical entity defined easily but there are many different opinions about histopathologic findings, Recently erythema nodosum is characterized histopathologically by a septal panniculitis in which the fibrous septa of subcutaneous fat become inflamed. Erythema nodosum has been known to be frequently associated with some kinds of drugs, infections with streptococci, mycobacteria but in $60\%$, no cause is found, Treatment of erythema nodosum consists of supportive care and elimination of underlying causes. Because spontaneous resolution of the lesions can occur in 3 to 6 weeks. Although there are trial treatments are applied to erythema nodosum, ego corticosteroids, NSAIDs, potassium iodine, there isn't any definite. So We report a case of erythema nodosum which was not relieved by NSAIDS but by experimental acupuncture treatment.

Today. the mental health has a great deal of impact on individuals and the society surrounding. Therefore. this research is to propose a way of bibliotherapical intercession by stages and patterns as to examine the recovery process of students with negative emotion by using the grounded theoretical method. This research collected materials through focus-interview, participant observation and book reports of 4 experiments involving female college students aged from 21 to 23, all having emotional and psychological difficulties. The recovery process of female students with negative emotion involved causal factors such as "recognition of hidden wound" "Sense of inferiority", and "difficulty in forming relationships", as well as contextual factors like "sympathetic attitude". which altogether brought about the core phenomenon. "pursuit for healthy ego". This core phenomenon induced to recovering the bright and positive attitude through using the strategies of 'self insight' and application of 'management plan', influence by such incoherent conditions as 'intimate surroundings' and $\setminus$ 'support system patterns'. And as time passed. the recovery process appeared tin four stages: 'issues recognition'. 'emotional responses', 'issue solution' and 'self application'.
