We constructed two test server systems for KMTNet data management. One is the photometry database server which is optimized for stable operation, and the other is the photometric data process server which is optimized for fast I/O between devices. The performances of servers and data storage units were tested using various methods. Database upload was also checked using five different methods. From tests, we concluded that the most efficient method to upload photometric data processing results to database is the use of three nodes with job scheduler under the InnoDB engine. In this study we provide the test results for prototype servers for KMTNet data management.

Purpose - This paper's goal is to assess and promote several good teaching product designs and several learning environments. The paper discusses research product design learning and management. Research design, data, and methodology - As part of information science and technology, a school uses several teaching networks for auxiliary teaching, taking several designs as the teaching foundation, and creating multimedia curricula. Results - The results indicate that in the best learning designs and environments, the learner can maintain a high interest, which not only attracts all levels in the schools, but also has a pivotal influence on teaching around the world. The research study answers the question, was the atmosphere already luxurious? Conclusions - This study introduces several methodologies that are widely used for experimental processes. Using multi-criterion decision-making technology in studies of language product evaluation systems, the language teaching quality and space design is developed, and the language classroom learning system, the machine operation, the classroom environment design method, etc., conform to specifics of the study, the best choices, the most effective utilization, and are the most efficient.

This study aims at the operation of the hospice in the virtual space by the use of telecommunication technology. The hospice can be an efficient alternative for the elderly and terminal patients. It can achieve both the quality of life of patients and the conservations of medical resources. The virtualization creates new norms and values which are different from the conventional environments. The concepts and limitations which are crucial to the projection of the existing hospice into the virtual space are discussed. The items ranging from the hospice need to the design criteria of the modules are investigated. The most important point in constructing the virtual hospice center is the human factor, which characterizes the hospice. In addition, the real-world circumstances of the hospice should be considered in the realization of the VHC.

In this paper, I try to develop a model the effects on organizational behavior and job performance of members of the organization's Information Management System. I conduct a survey on organizational performance received IMS and analyze the correlation between the variables. By the results, as the level of awareness of IMS determined the level of organization's performance. I proposed an alternative for improving performance and management improvements. This study tries to find out the resonable improvement method of the export logistics system for fresh agriculture products. Export logistics system improvement of fresh agriculture products rationalized the export network covering the export and import of fresh agriculture products from producers to end customers and realized cost reduction and profit maximization. We are also operating our very own comprehensive logistics system that maximizes customer satisfaction. Supporting the entire logistics process starting from the collection, unloading, sorting, packaging, customs clearing, and information up to comprehensive logistics services, the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products realized a comprehensive transport system that uses 12 feet cool container. We have successfully reduced logistics costs through efficient operation in the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products.

Public organizations and enterprises have repeated to invest in development or operation of their information systems. However, these investment projects have been not taken care of in the field of administration and evaluation. Since these information systems projects have unique characteristics such as technology sensitiveness, network effectiveness, embeddedness, and externality, it is not easy to manage and monitor them. Returns of investment for information systems should nonetheless need efficient monitoring and effective analysis for them. In this research, we propose a multi-dimensional management model on the basis of process in order to evaluate information systems.

A water management system is developed to reduce the unit cost of production in wide-area waterworks. Improving productivity in waterworks is to save power rate. We suggest a method to schedule the supply of water according to the time-varying power rate and pump control scheme. Water pipeline analysis package (SynerGEE Water) is utilized to obtain optimal pump control solution adaptation to water demand. Our evaluation results show that developed scheme is more efficient than the conventional.

Basically within a special regional area, a regional cluster seems to be based on core competencies of individual intra-cluster companies and collaboration among them. Information infrastructure has been emphasized as on one of competitive factors of a regional cluster, and it can be organized using collaboration system architecture integrated with each company's internal systems for efficient supply chain operation. As one of technical methods to prepare the system infrastructure supporting the collaboration of companies in a regional cluster, the Web Services can be effectively used. In this paper, a collaborative information system infrastructure for a regional cluster is suggested within the scope of supply chain management. And the efficiency of the proposed alternative is appraised with the features of a regional cluster.

This study introduces an example environment where wireless devices are mobile, devices use dynamic voltage scaling, devices and tasks are heterogeneous, tasks have deadline, and the computation and communication power is dynamically changed for energy saving. For this type of environment, the efficient system-level energy management and resource management for task completion can be an essential part of the operation and design of such systems. Therefore, the resources are assigned to tasks and the tasks may be scheduled to maximize a goal which is to minimize energy usage while trying to complete as many tasks as possible by their deadlines. This paper also introduces mobility of nodes and variable transmission power for communication which complicates the resource management/task scheduling problem further.

To all energy market Participants, they Provide savings and cost reductions when end users have the ability to respond to wholesale prices. Now, in the competitive electricity market, DRP is classified by Emergency and Economic DRP to reduce costs and maintain reliability. In this paper, we survey the trend of Demand Response Program over the world and compare the practical performance among the markets in US.
