The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in persuasive effectiveness of visual merchandising according to merchandise class. For the experiment, 8 stimuli brands were selected. A total of 360 questionnaires were obtained from college students. The results were as follows. First, VM cognition were divided into 3 factors by confirmatory factor analysis: coordination, attractiveness, and function. Second, coordination and function had a positive effect on brand attitude. Third, brand attitude had a positive impact on brand loyalty. Fourth, it was revealed that merchandise class had a moderating role in the influence of VM cognition on brand attitude. This study has a meaning in that the theoretical extension of previous studies on VM was executed and demonstrated the moderating role of merchandise class when brand attitude was formed by VM cognition.

The recent notion of Network Centric Warfare (NCW) emphasizes the ability to distribute right information at the right time to maximize the combat effectiveness. Accordingly, in the modern combat system the importance of non-physical element, such as communication system is increasing. However, an NCW-support communication network system is expensive. Therefore, it is essential to develop a proper combat system evaluation method to establish an efficient NCW-support combat system. Traditionally, combat system effectiveness is measured in terms of physical elements such as men and fire power. Obviously, such method is hardly applicable to a modern combat system To overcome this difficulty, we propose an evaluation model based on CA (Cellular Automata) simulation. A set of preliminary combat simulations show that CA simulation may be promising in evaluating non-physical element of a modem combat system.

This study is an experiment paper about the ground improvement material which using the waste residual(slag and paper fly ash) by fire. we are research to concern according to the soil to mix the ground improvement material at show strength effectiveness. Also, we can expect a long time strength increase effectiveness as reduce the dryness contraction. They are distinguished to the clay of the reclamation ground and silty sand soil. We examined around an uniaxial compress test and scanning electron microscopy. The uniaxial stress increases according to the increase of the mixed ratio of ground improvement material and the water contents have been reduced the strength value. A clay's improvement effectiveness is big but in the silty sand soil to express small effectiveness. A ground improvement material mixing of the quantity to write can not expect the effect of Ettringite.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to discover the effects of REBT group counseling on the self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness of nurses with high scores on dysfunctional attitude scale. Method: There wewe 21 subjects in the experimental group and 25 subjects in the control group. This treatment lasted for eight weeks. Each week, a two and half hour long session was cinducted. Results: The experimental groups showed that significant statistical differences compared with the control groups in the score of self-efficacy, job-satisfaction, organizational commitment, and nursing performance. Conclusion: These results imply that REBT group counseling could be utilized as good nursing intervention to enhance self-efficacy, organizational effectiveness at the general hospital.

Weapon system currently considers the research about effect analysis including cost effectiveness methodology for a budget management and an achievement of the military strategy goal. So that, this study considers the theoretical background, strength and weakness of several Multi-Criteria Decision Making, and an effect analysis of weapon system. And AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is selected for the best effect analysis methodology of weapon system. Therefore, we applied AHP to the case study of the new generation Multiple Launcher Rocket System, performing the analysis of cost effectiveness methodology. Using AHP and cost effectiveness methodology, we propose the actual and proper decision making result.

Since 2000 fry releasing programs in Korea have significantly expanded in order to support the commercial fishing industry through recruitment enhancement of targeted species. Here we investigate the economic effectiveness of the Olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) fry releasing program in Korean waters. The market survey method was used in our analyses. Results show that the B/C ratio, as an indicator of economic evaluation, is 2.56 in the East Sea region, 9.45 in the South Sea region, and 1.34 in the West Sea region, which indicates that the fry releasing program is economically feasible but the economic effectiveness varies from region to region.

The introduction of Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR), voluntary agreements and operating were analyzed in this study. The voluntary agreement to participate in the manufacturers, recyclers and management reporting agency data and literature data to verify through research and analysis assessing the performance of the management plan for this system was analyzed. The effectiveness of Voluntary Agreement(VA) on waste analysis system of voluntary agreements with the voluntary agreement of waste reduction savings exemption amount and reductions in greenhouse gases, such as comparison and understanding of business organizations participate waste recycling effects were verified. The Voluntary Agreements as a means of future regulatory system for the ongoing operation of the waste recycling operations and systems effectiveness analysis of the problems appearing in operators and manufacturers suggest ways to improve it.

The second research of "a study of the evaluation indicators in Korean public libraries" had as its major objective the identification of indicators and broad dimensions of public library effectiveness in Korea. The managers and librarians of the 175 public libraries in the sample were asked to rate the performance of their libraries. Factor analysis was used to derive 11 dimensions of effectiveness. The dimensions fit four different models of organizational effectiveness.ctiveness.

This study is aimed to analyze economic effectiveness of the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region. Based on the surveyed data, the production value of released sea cucumber and the seed releasing program cost are estimated and compared to determine the economic validity of the sea cucumber seed releasing program. Results show that the B/C ratio, as an indicator of economic evaluation, is 2.0, indicating that the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region would be economically feasible under the current production and market conditions. Sensitivity analyses of main variables indicate that the economic effectiveness can be increased when the recapture rate would be increased and the seed price of sea cucumber would be decreased.
