Major symptoms of allergic rhinitis are nasal obstructions, sneezing and watery rhinorrhea. Gamigyeji-tang has been used to treat for watery rhinorrhea, which is one of the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. This experimental study was done to rescarch effects of Gamigyeji-tang. We have studied effect of mice on OVA-induced Production of IL-4, IL-5, IFN-${\gamma}$ by Murine Splenocytes, and effect of OVA-induced total IgE and OVA-Specific IgE. The results were as follows ; 1. In IL-4 study, Gamigyeji-tang treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect(p〈0.005) 2. In IL-5 study, Gamigyeji-tang treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect.(p〈0.05) 3. In IFN-${\gamma}$ study, Gamigyeji-tang treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect(p〈0.000001) 4. In Total IgE, Gamigyeji-tang treated group didn't showed significant inhibitory effect. 5. In OVA-specific IgE, Gamigyeji-tang treated group didn't showed significant inhibitory effect. According to this result, Gamigyejj-tang was concluded to be effective on anti-allergic action. More studies are required to investigate the mechanism of inhibition by herbal medicine in allergic rhinitis model.
This study aims to examine the forming procedure of consumer satisfaction from Internet shopping experience. Many studies on the satisfaction have primarily focused on the examination of the antecedents of satisfaction along with the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm dominating the former studies. This study has built an Internet shopping expectation-disconfirmation model as to apply the expectation-disconfirmation into the condition of the Internet shopping. The summary of study represented in following. l. The expectation of risk and performance of benefit had a significantly positive effect on the perceived disconfirmation. In addition, an expectation of benefit and performance of risk had a significantly negative effect on the perceived disconfirmation. 2. A performance of risk and performance of benefit not only had a significantly indirect effect, but also a significantly direct effect on the consumer satisfaction. But expectation of risk and expectation of benefit had no significant direct effect on satisfaction. 3. Not only the perceived disconfirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but also an effect of the perceived disconfirmation on satisfaction(0.472) is larger than that of the performance of risk or performance of benefit. Meaning that, it is desirable for one to apply the expectation-disconfirmation model into the Internet shopping circumstances as much as the off-line markets.
This study explores the conditions under which consumers adopt wearable devices. The study focuses on the attractiveness of the product that consumers can perceive. The consumers' wants for the product was included under personal factor. The synergy effect of related product was classified circumstantial factor. The outcomes derived from the postulating and verifying hypothesis are as follows. First, the attractiveness of the product that the consumers perceive has a positive effect on perceiving the attractiveness of the product. Second, the benefits of the product that the consumers feel have a positive effect on the value of the product in a meaningful way. Third, the consumers' perception of the wants for the product have a significant effect on perceiving the value and attractiveness of the product. Fourth, the consumers' perception of the synergy effect between the wearable device and the smartphone did not affect the value of the product in a significant way, but did have a significant effect on the attractiveness of the products.
This study aims to investigate factors affecting the intention of continuous use of O2O service by referring new media adoption theory and value-based acceptance model for movie ticketing services. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for users of tickets ticketing service of the cinema online (including mobile) within the last 6 months. A total of 500 copies was collected and 404 copies were analyzed excluding 96 copies because of errors. As a result of the analysis, the ease of use and service ubiquity has a positive effect on perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and usability has a positive effect on perceived functional value. Compatibility and trialability has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and emotional value. Previous experience has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and inertia has negative effect on perceived functional value. Finally, the perceived emotional value has a positive effect on the intention to continuous use, but perceived functional value appeared to have no significant effect. This study shows a theoretical implication for new technology-based services such O2O. It was suggested to establish a practical marketing strategy and help to activate the O2O service field.
The purpose of this study was to determine the overflow effect and cross training effect of isometric quadriceps training that performed in specific angle of unilateral let. Ten healthy students with an average age of 24 years$(24.1\pm1.3)$, were participated in this study. Then 5 subjects in each group were chosen at random to train using only right quadriceps muscle two time per day(group 2), five times a week and the other 5 subjects(group 1) were chosen to train one times per day, five times a week for 2 weeks at only 50 degrees (contract 6 seconds, rest 10 seconds, 3 sets). Before and after the training, isometric quadriceps muscle testing of the both leg was Performed at three different angles, 60, 50 and 40 degrees respectively by BHN-COM (isokinetic dynamometer) in sitting position. The data was analyzed with paired t-test to determine significant difference between before and after training. In this study, we have found that the isometric quadriceps muscle training on specific angle of right side produced overflow effect In healthy subjects. However, increasing the peak torque of specific angle(training angle) of trained limb did not have an effect on increasing the peak torque of contralateral limb. These results demonstrate that the cross training effect did nut found in this study but a alight increase of peak torque of the untrained limb would recognized the possibility of cross training effect.

This study postulates a study model to examine the effect on the local economy revitalization of a selection of local resources, the local innovation capability strengthening, the establishment of promotion system and the creation of revenues for the participant groups of the local industry promotion project. To accomplish study purposes, 169 response samples from 85 project groups which drive the local industry promotion project were verified using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results showed that firstly, the selection of local resources had a significant effect on the local innovation capability strengthening. Secondly, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significant effect on the establishment of promotion system. Thirdly, the establishment of promotion system had a significant effect on the creation of revenues. Fourthly, the selection of local resources didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Fifthly, both the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Sixthly, the creation of revenues had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy. According to the verifications of study model, the revitalization of local economy is achieved by inducing creation of revenues through the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system after the selection of local resources. From these results, this study presents suggestions, limits of study and directions in the future study.
The study wanted to verify the effect of emotional sub-compression, a negative variable of emotional labor, on job performance, on security personnel working at private security companies, and further to verify how the impact on emotional sub-compression can affect job performance through the first draft of regulation. Empirical analysis through the study model showed that emotional edema was not a significant effect, but a negative effect on job performance, and that it did not affect the control focus itself. This revealed that emotional harmony has been shown to have a negative impact on performance due to the present state and conflicting situations in one's emotions, which means that emotional harmony does not affect negative or positive effects depending on a person's attributes. It also showed that the temperamental control focus on job performance had a positive impact on employees with an improvement focus and had a negative impact on employees with a preventive focus, and that a temperamental control focus between emotional dissonance and job performance had an effect. This indicated that job performance was affected by a temperamental control focus and that employees with an improvement focus had a positive effect and had a positive effect on performance. The implications of the study in this study are that it can have target differentiation in the areas where the study was conducted on guard workers, a social issue related to the study of emotional labor, and it can be meaningful that the study of emotional labor had a control focus and measured both positive and negative tendencies. It is also believed that there will be contributions to the verification of differences in performance resulting from employee propensity and by linking it with a variable called emotional instability. However, the data collected have the limitations of the subject and region, and the emphasis on cross-sectional analysis and the representative of the various emotions to verify the negative effects of emotional labor, and the problem of securing reliability related to the adjustment focus verification are the limitations of the research.
