Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

안전하고 쾌적한 교육환경 조성 및 교육 질 향상을 위하여, 2021년 「교육시설 등의 안전 및 유지관리 등에 관한 법률」이 제정되었다. 이에 따라 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」이 수립되었으며, 유치원, 초·중·고등학교 및 특수학교, 대학 및 기타 교육시설의 특성에 따라 3가지 유형으로 분류되어 평가되어진다. 기타 교육시설에는 도서관, 학생수련원이 포함된다. 하지만, 학생수련원, 도서관은 수련, 독서 등의 특수 활동이 발생하는 시설로 학교와 차이점을 두고 있다. 때문에 학생수련원 도서관 시설만의 특수성이 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」에 반영될 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 기타시설에 해당되는 학생수련원과 도서관의 특수성을 「교육시설 안전 인증 운영 규정」이 어떻게 반영하고 있는지에 대한 분석이 수행되었다. 선행 인증제도 및 가이드라인과 비교 분석되었으며, 현장 조사방법이 이용되었다. 최종적으로 도서관과 학생수련원에 대하여 각각 9가지의 세부 기준 검토가 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

들뢰즈·가타리는 훈련의 교육적 의미를 쇄신하였다. 그들에 따르면 '과격한 훈련'은 무의식과 의식을 관통하여 이루어진다. 수영 훈련 시 몸의 힘을 빼는 일은 의식적으로 노력한다고 달성되지 않는다. 그것은 신체를 움직이는 훈련의 과정을 통해서만 가능할 뿐이다. 이상의 주장에는 훈련에 관한 역사적 고찰이 갈마들어 있다. 고대 소크라테스는 진실 말하기를 유도하는 정신의 훈련과 몸을 건강하게 하는 신체 훈련을 구분함으로써 교육적 언어의 독자성을 확보하였고, 이는 오늘날에도 교육적 유산으로 계승되고 있다. 그러나 푸코가 제기한바, 근대 이래로 '규율훈련'형 사회에서 인간은 자발적 복종의 길에 들어섰다. 나아가 오늘날 '기능훈련'이라는 말조차 경영 언어로 대체된 바 우선 이를 극복할 이론적 논의가 요청된다. 이 지점에서 들뢰즈·가타리의 '전(前)인칭적 특이성들'에 입각한 '타자-되기'론은 정신의 훈련과 신체 훈련 간의 위계를 말소시킨다. 역설적이게도 이는 정신의 훈련을 '기능훈련'으로 흡수해 버린 근대적 사고를 전도시킴으로써, 소크라테스가 남긴 교육 언어로서의 훈련의 의미를 사유할 이론적 교두보로 기능하는 '효과'를 발휘한다. 우리는 이 교육적 효과를 발판삼아 궁술(弓術)훈련의 교육적 가치를 음미할 수 있다. 궁술훈련은 엄격한 훈련과 명상을 관통하는 훌륭한 교육적 사례이다.

This study examined education and training as variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors. The four sub-variables of this study included main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), source of education in ethics, experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision. The 136 child counselors participating in this study were administered the Inventory for Ethical Behaviors of Child Counselors (Yoo & Kim, 2(06). Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Cronbach's a, t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision were significant variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors.

Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-preparedness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

Purpose: This descriptive research was conducted to identify educational needs in pediatric nursing handoff training to improve students' handoff skills. Methods: Data were collected using a survey with 188 senior nursing students and 48 pediatric nursing professors and clinical nurses. The survey included items on general information as well as experiences in handoff training, necessity, training content, and items for a handoff training program in pediatric nursing. Results: Of the nursing students, 30.5% reported receiving handoff training during their clinical hours. After their handoff training, the students' confidence index was only 3.78 out of 10. Significantly, 98.3% of the respondents said that pediatric handoff training is necessary. In addition, participants reported that simulation practice (26.5%) is an appropriate educational method, and the time required for handoff training should be 8.16 hrs. Admission process was placed first as the most critical circumstance for handoff (56.8%). High demands were observed for the necessity of training content for patients with respiratory problems. Conclusion: The results of this study show the various educational needs for developing a patient safety pediatric handoff training program to promote nursing students' skills in handoff.
