Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

In order to create a safe and comfortable educational environment and improve the quality of education, the 'Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Educational Facilities' was enacted in 2021. Accordingly, 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations' was established. Safety certification targets are classified into 'kindergarten', 'elementary/middle/high school and special schools', and 'university and other educational facilities'. Other educational facilities include libraries and student training facilities. However, student training facilities and libraries are different from schools as facilities for special activities such as training and reading. Therefore, the unique characteristics of the facility must be reflected in the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations'. This study analyzed how the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulation' reflects the special characteristics of student training facilities and libraries that are 'other educational facilities'. The previous certification system and guidelines were compared and analyzed, and the on-site survey method was used. Finally, it was confirmed that each of the library and the student training facility needed 9 detailed criteria reviews.

Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

Deleuze and Guattari revive the educational meaning of training. For them, "a violent training" always penetrates unconsciousness and consciousness. For example, we can float on water only by swimming. There is a complex historical exploration on the subject of training. Socrates distinguishes the training of spirit from that of the body, so he secures the independence of educational language. This heritage continues to us until today. However, Foucault argues that, since the modern era, humans have accepted an active obedience by "disciplinary training". Nowadays, the term "skill discipline" is also reduced to business language, and we should overcome this situation. Deleuze and Guattari suggest a "becoming-other" argument predicated on "pre-conscious singularities" on this point. The training of spirit evolves in relation to a body and other circumstance for them. Therefore, the traditional hierarchy between spirit and body is erased in their argument. Ironically, this argument displays "educational effectiveness" to success Socrates's heritage subverting to the modern thinking of it. In conclusion, we can now rethink the educational value of training based on this effectiveness. Kyudo training is an excellent example of education through body and spirit.

This study examined education and training as variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors. The four sub-variables of this study included main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), source of education in ethics, experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision. The 136 child counselors participating in this study were administered the Inventory for Ethical Behaviors of Child Counselors (Yoo & Kim, 2(06). Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Cronbach's a, t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that main educational/training background (academic career, major in last degree, and treatment modality), experience of educational psychoanalysis, and experience of supervision were significant variables related to ethical behaviors of child counselors.

Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-preparedness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

Purpose: This descriptive research was conducted to identify educational needs in pediatric nursing handoff training to improve students' handoff skills. Methods: Data were collected using a survey with 188 senior nursing students and 48 pediatric nursing professors and clinical nurses. The survey included items on general information as well as experiences in handoff training, necessity, training content, and items for a handoff training program in pediatric nursing. Results: Of the nursing students, 30.5% reported receiving handoff training during their clinical hours. After their handoff training, the students' confidence index was only 3.78 out of 10. Significantly, 98.3% of the respondents said that pediatric handoff training is necessary. In addition, participants reported that simulation practice (26.5%) is an appropriate educational method, and the time required for handoff training should be 8.16 hrs. Admission process was placed first as the most critical circumstance for handoff (56.8%). High demands were observed for the necessity of training content for patients with respiratory problems. Conclusion: The results of this study show the various educational needs for developing a patient safety pediatric handoff training program to promote nursing students' skills in handoff.
