Also, telemedicine emerged due to the lack of doctors, development of medical technology, and regional deviation between rural and urban area. In the case of Korea, similar to Japan, therefore, there is a demand for the telemedicine. Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify effects of emotional labor, job stress and personal resources on job satisfaction in home healthcare nurses. Methods: The subjects were 149 home healthcare nurses working for home healthcare centers at 61 hospitals. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from November 22, 2010 to February 28, 2011 and analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, Hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The mean score of emotional labor level was $4.23{\pm}0.95$, that of job stress level $3.39{\pm}0.57$, that of personal resources $3.38{\pm}0.36$, and that of job satisfaction $3.31{\pm}0.40$. There were positive correlations among emotional labor, job stress, personal resources and job satisfaction. After age, educational level, job position, and work period in home health care, and traffic accident were controlled, the variables, emotional labor (${\beta}$=-.198, p = .034) and personal resources (${\beta}$=.236, p = .005) turned out to account for 13.3% of the job satisfaction. But job stress was not a statistically significant predictor. Conclusion: Home healthcare nurses were needed to minimize emotional labor and revitalize personal resources in order to maintain a comparatively high level of job satisfaction. Furthermore, it is necessary to carry out systematic education and an organizational management scheme into practice.
The purpose of this study was to clarify the level of knowledge and the attitude about AIDS. according to high school students demographics. and the AIDS education effects in a week or 6 months. The data were surveyed from 74 bounding for university high school students and 98 vocational high school students from two counties in Chonnam. The data were collected from November 5. 1999 to May 24. 2000. using a 50-item Questionnaire. and analyzed by SPSS PC+ program for t-test. ANOVA, Repeated measure ANOVA, Duncan test. $x^2-test$ and pearson correlation coefficients. The result of study summarized as follows : 1. The knowledge score for AIDS was significantly higher in the group bounding for university. in the second grade group and the group who have drunken experience. The positive attitude score for AIDS was significantly higher in the group who have smoked experience. 2. After 1 week of AIDS education. the knowledge score for AIDS(15.02 points) was significantly higher than the one before the education(10.85 points) but after 6 months of AIDS education. the knowledge score for AIDS(12.30 points) was significantly lower than in a week(F=55.49. p=.000). 3. After 1 week of AIDS education. the positive attitude score for AIDS(3.54 points) was significantly higher than the one before the education(3.35 points) and after 6 months of AIDS education. the positive attitude score for AIDS was same the one in a week(F=7.85. p=.000). 4. We could find the significant correlation between the knowledge and the attitude for AIDS just only in a week(r=.249. p=.001). In conclusion. the knowledge score for AIDS had increased in a week of education on AIDS but it had decreased as time goes by since education. The increased positive attitude for AIDS in a week has maintained the same as time goes by since education. Therefore. It should be needed re-education on AIDS to students at proper time in order to get the aim of AIDS education. We have to develop variety education methods for educational effects. It should be included comprehensive social aspect such as a question of personal rights to increase the positive attitude for AIDS.
The aim of this study is to investigate the demographical differences in technostressors(cause technological stresses). Although previous studies have been conducted to investigate the factors that affect technostress, little studies have examined the differences in demographic factors. Therefore, this study empirically attempts to investigate how level of technostressors differ by demographic factors. Independent sample t-test was used to identify differences after dividing sample into two groups. The technostressors used in this work are work overload, life invasion, complexity of technology, job insecurity, pace of technological change. We found that, sex and position show a significant difference in pace of technological change. In the educational level, there is a difference between work overload. Work overload, life invasion, complexity of technology, and pace of change show differences in age group. In computer knowledge, there are differences in complexity technology, job insecurity, and pace of change. On the other hand, there is no difference in computer using hours. Conclusions and implications are discussed in final section.
The aim of this study was to compare nutrient intakes, dietary habits, and blood components of smokers with non-smokers in the Seoul area and its vicinity. The results showed that non-smokers had higher intakes of brown rice, grains, fruit, vegetable and kimchi than the smokers. Smokers consumed more protein (p<0.001), vitamin B1 (p<0.001), vitamin B2 (p<0.007), niacin (p<0.0001), zinc (p<0.031) and phosphorus (p<0.005) than did non-smokers, whereas non-smokers' intakes of vitamin A (p<0.037), and folic acid (p<0.043) was higher than that of smokers. Individuals who smoked tended to have significantly higher levels of hemoglobin and monocytes. There were no significant differences by smoking status for dihydrolipoic acid (DHLA), arachidonic acid (AA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which were in normal ranges. No significant differences by smoking status were shown for plasma homocysteine, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, vitamin C, and vitamin A. In conclusion, because smokers maintain a less healthy diet and life-style, it is to be recommended that educational programs be developed for smokers, guiding them into adopting better dietary habits in order to maintain and improve their health.

The aim of teaching writing is not to memorize a single piece of knowledge but to acquire higher thinking that could be related to other fields using learners' various reading experiences and schemata. Among several strategies or techniques to write well, it is recommended to use a mind-map technique. A mind-map software applies the mind-map technique into computer for learners to study autonomously. However, the mind-map software is not common in educational fields yet and there are only few studies on the effect of it. Therefore, this study analyzed various curricula to extract the elements of writing and developed a mind-map software program which was applied and tested. As a result, the writing program using the mind-map software was effective in promoting learners' motivation and lowering anxiety. It also improved learners' competence of writing such as understanding, analytic thinking, creativity, ability to organize, and expression.
