국립의과학지식센터 서비스 발전 방안을 위한 연구 - 미국 국립의학도서관과의 비교·분석을 통해 - (Research on Service Development Plans for the National Center for Medical Information and Knowledge: Comparison and analysis with the U.S. National Library of Medicine)

  • 본 연구는 세계 최대의 의학도서관인 미국 국립의학도서관과 국내 국립의학도서관인 국립의과학지식센터 서비스 비교·분석을 통해 그 개선점 제언을 목적으로 수행되었다. 개선해야 할 핵심적인 서비스는 주제특화 서비스, 지역사회 서비스, 이용자 유형별 서비스, 교육 서비스, 기술 및 시설·공간 서비스, 연구지원 서비스, 마케팅 및 홍보와 협력 서비스이다. 주제특화 서비스와 대국민 서비스는 전문도서관에서도 점차 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 이용자 유형별 서비스를 통한 접근의 효율성이 필요하며 대상의 제한을 두지 않는 다양한 유형의 교육 서비스도 필요하다. AI, 가상현실 그리고 장애인 지원을 위한 기술·시설·공간 서비스, 연구윤리와 연구 보조금 및 프로그램 중심의 연구지원 서비스, 국내외 관종별도서관, 타 관련 분야 학회, 기관, 지역사회와의 협력 서비스를 통한 마케팅 및 홍보도 필요하다.

객체그룹 기반의 분산환경에서 교육용 VDB 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of An Educational VDB System in Distributed Environments Based on Object Groups)

  • For efficiently providing multimedia services, distributed computing environments are specified the requirements of various services and distributed object platforms applied an object-oriented technology by TINA Consortium and OMG CORBA. Because multimedia service applications are becoming large and distributing, their servicing managing interfaces among objects are being complicated. In order to solve these defects, it is necessary to suggest a new object grouping model and specify object service/management requirements can be introduced under the object groups. We have been developed the distributed object group platform that can group all individual objects by the relating services and can supply trading functions for interconnecting between distributed objects or object groups. In this paper, we designed and implemented the Virtual Drawing Board for remote equational services on the distributed object group platform we mentioned above. As results, we designed a basic structure and service interfaces, and showed execution procedures of VDB system consisted of distributed objects and objects groups for educational services. For supporting distributed services of VDB system, we used three kinds of tools as follows; IONA orbix 2.2 of CORBA compliance as an object middleware, OrbixTrader 1.0 for interconnection of distributed objects, and the OGTG we developed for interconnection of distributed object groups and checking access rights of objects included in an arbitrary object group.

공공병원의 공공보건의료사업 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 담당자들의 교육요구도 (Educational Needs for Consideration in Developing Curriculum for Staff in Charge of Public Health Services in Public Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was done to assess the educational needs that should be considered in developing curriculum for staff in charge of public health services in public hospitals. Methods: The participants in this study were staff in charge of public health services in 130 public hospitals. The Borich's Needs Assessment Model which analyzed the relation of 'required competence level' and 'present competence level', was utilized. Data were collected from October to November 2007 using a structure self-report questionnaire. The return rate was 66.9%. The Cronbach's alpha score was 0.959. Results: The mean scores for 'required competence level', 'present competence level' and Borich's need were 4.02, 3.44, and 2.30 respectively. According to public health service items, 'strategies to recognize the present condition and analyze problems' had the highest score for Borich's need, but 'establishment of annual or monthly objectives' had the lowest score for Borich's need. Conclusion: Education was found to be very important for staff carrying out public health services. Ultimately the results of this study may be utilized to develop education program for staff carrying out public health services in public hospitals.

방과후 서비스 이용이 아동의 자기보호에 미치는 영향: 이용하는 방과후 서비스의 유형, 유형의 개수, 혼합이용 패턴을 중심으로 (The Effects of After-school Service Use on Self-care of Children: Focusing on the Types of Service, the Number of Types, and the Patterns of Service Use)

  • This study explored the effects of after-school services on whether they reduced the possibility of self-care of children. In terms of characteristics of the use of after-school services, it focused on the 1) types, 2) diversity, and 3) use patterns of the after-school services. For the analysis, it used data of the cohort of elementary-school children from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. The main findings are as follows. First, private mentoring and after-school services provided by welfare centers reduced the possibility of self-care. Second, when the total amount of educational time was controlled, the diversity of participating after-school services did not explain the possibility of self-care. Third, when the total amount of educational time was controlled, the use patterns of after-school services did not explain the possibility of self-care. Based on these findings, it suggested policy implications and future research.

  • 대학에서 시간강사는 교육과 연구를 통해 유능한 인재 배출, 연구 경쟁력 강화, 그리고 국가와 사회의 지식 및 학문 발전에 기여하고 있다. 그러므로 시간강사를 위한 국가 및 대학의 학술연구정보서비스는 그들의 교육·연구 활동에 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 시간강사를 대상으로 설문조사 방식을 적용하여 그들이 처한 정보환경과 정보요구 그리고 교육학술정보에 대한 인식도와 이용행태 등을 조사·분석하여 효율적인 교육학술정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

간호사의 난임 간호에 대한 실무 교육 요구도 측정 도구 개발 (Development of Nurses' Practical Educational Needs Scale for Women with Infertility)

  • Purpose: To develop nurses' educational needs scale for woman with infertility. Methods: A total of 201 nurses in charge of infertility health services in 4 infertility hospitals and 1 public health center were enrolled for this study. The scale was developed through literature review, in-depth interview, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity, development of secondary items, verification of construct validity, and extraction of final items. Data were analyzed using item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results: Nurses' educational needs scale for women with infertility consisted of 41 items. Three factors (education for disease and symptom of infertility, supporting and counselling for infertility patients, and education for daily life of infertile patients) explained 63.7% of the total variance. Conclusions: Nurses' educational needs scale for woman with infertility demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability. Its items could be used to assess the level of educational needs for nurses in charge of infertility health services.

빅데이터의 교육적 활용 방안 연구 (Study on Educational Utilization Methods of Big Data)

  • 급격한 IT 환경의 변화에 따라 스마트 시대의 다양한 디지털 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 영역에서 빅데이터를 활용한 서비스와 관련 기술들이 연구 및 개발되고 있다. 스마트교육에 있어서 빅데이터의 활용도는 학생, 교사, 학부모 등의 입장에서 많은 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터에 대해 알아보고, 교육적 활용 시나리오에 대해서 살펴본다. 또한 빅데이터를 통한 맞춤형 교육 서비스를 도출하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육용 빅데이터 처리 기술을 분석하고, 빅데이터 처리를 위한 시스템을 설계하고, 교육용 빅데이터를 활용하기 위해서 필요한 교육 서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 방안이 제대로 적용될 수 있는지 시범적으로 업무과 교육을 위한 클라우드 기반에서 동작하는 테스트 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 이를 교사들이 직접 사용해 보고 나서, 업무와 교육에서의 흥미도, 즐거움, 도구 사용 느낌, 긴장감이나 걱정, 자신감 등을 토대로 설문을 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 교육용 빅데이터를 사용하기 위한 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

농업인의 교육요구를 고려한 농촌지도사업의 발전 방향 (A Development of the Strategies for the Agricultural Extension Service through the Farmers' Educational Needs Assessment)

  • The Extension Program accountability will continue to be an influential force to develop agriculture and rural area. As we incorporate new approaches into our service program and respond to new domains of knowledge, we must also consider how our assessment strategies may need to change in order to meet local and other external standards. The main purpose of the study was to be what the best way of Extension Service is set farmers' educational needs met and to be what kind of methodologies and role of Extension system should provide for their faced problem solving effectively. The major results of the study on Farmers' needs toward Korean Extension Services are summarized as follows. First, it is observed that, when the farmers' perceptions were analyzed, the most ranked by the farmers' needs was "having nice extension workers to get advice and solve their problems on the farm in all at once." Farmers had especially more positive attitudes in the categories of interest and careers in ag-technology. To do services level up, the headquarter of Rural Development of Administration must be work with local branches to effectively deliver their missions and educational objectives to target crops and farmers group. And farmers were strongly needed "a specialized service team will be organized" to work closely with operating services for ag-products processing, packing and marketing. The recommendations were made by: farmers' needs should be identified and announced by computer networking development to solve their problems faster. Also, provincial and county level service members should have a chance to working at research institute or related work places with their incentives, which system will be easer to meet farmers' needs and deal with their problems so that the systematic approaches should be managed and recorded their educational attendings, education contents and even their farming corporations. Finally, Agricultural Extension Service should be met to general ag-technology literacy and be balanced with knowledge of other industries and be competitive service with better values in non-agricultural sectors.

조리전공 고등학생들의 인지된 교육서비스가 학교만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Educational Services among the High School Students Majoring in Culinary Arts on School Satisfaction and Recommendation Intention)

  • 본 연구는 조리전공 고등학생을 대상으로 교육 서비스가 학교만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 학교만족도와 추천의도를 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 토대로 교육서비스 요인을 도출하였고 총282개의 표본을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 설문 데이터는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석 동의 분석 방법으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 회귀분석을 통해 '전문교과서비스'와 '시설서비스'가 학교만족도에 긍정적인 (+)영향을 주며 학교만족도는 추천의도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 교육서비스의 수요자인 조리 전공 고등학생들의 학교만족도를 높이기 위해서는 내실 있는 전문교과 운영과 시설투자에 관한 재정적 지원이 필요함을 확인하였다. 한계점과 추후 연구 방향에 대해서도 논의하였다.

KS 시설관리 표준규격을 바탕으로 한 대학시설 FM 서비스 발전방향 (Suggestions on the Campus FM Services by Establishing Framework in the form of Performance Indicator(Pi) Based on FM_KS)

  • Over the years, great attention has been shown to the function of the campus facilities that should be well-equipped, operated and maintained to better support university's two main goals: providing education and supporting research. Properly managing campus facilities is the initial step to be prepared to meet the rapidly changing global educational standard. However, so far, no definitive answer has been given to the question of what service level/scope is appropriate for the effective campus facility management (FM) in Korea. Therefore, at the outset, it is imperative to establish the framework for the standardized campus FM services. The main focus of this research is to provide comprehensive understanding on the campus FM by establishing the framework in the form of FM performance indicator (PI). As the first step, FM standards set by Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) has been thoroughly reviewed and analyzed to establish the framework for FM standards applicable to campus facility management. Secondly, extensive literature review on the development of performance indicator (PI) for the educational facilities has been conducted to classify PI types and complement FM_KS. Finally, specific guideline and PIs developed by APPA which is globally well-known association in the field of FM for higher education facilities has been added to the combined PI which is the mixed form of FM_KS and PIs from the previous literature. This research provides campus facility managers and FM outsourcing service providers with framework in the form of PI to support future directions of effective campus FM services.
