There is a number of national internet web sites which provide educational information services and contents. One of the more important issues in educational services is to offer a set of educational contents of high quality. It is important to develop the instruction-learning efficiency based contents, considering the variety of learners and content types. In this paper, we present the design of a cyber teaming system using distributed learning standard technology. In this cyber teaming system we particularly describe its course management service which allows to users the registration, deletion, modification, contents conversion, and contents learning.
The purpose of this study is to explore innovative adaptation of IT systems worldwide to support process-focus assessment. To this end, the study presents four cases from Australia, Singapore, the U.S.A., and Korea to inform educational policy and technology researchers and practitioners. Based on comparing the four chosen cases as benchmarks, the study concluded that IT systems and technologies can expedite and improve school interventions to enhance student learning in terms of time and quality. Also, educational big data and learning analytics can be used to systematically monitor and communicate individual student's progress among school stakeholders (i.e., teachers, students, parents, and administrators). Lastly, the study made some suggestions to support process-focused assessment in schools as following : 1) A more evidence-based, systems approach is needed to integrate the curriculum, instruction, and assessment to bridge the gap between educational policy and school practice; 2) It is critical to create ICT-friendly school environments so that meaningful data could be collected, analyzed, and stored from individual students and school units; 3) Teacher professional development is another area that needs special considerations and support to successfully implement process-focused assessment in schools.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the core competency and educational needs of paramedic students in disaster management. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 207 paramedic students between June 1 and October 29, 2017. The study instrument included disaster preparedness (15 items), disaster management core competency (26 items), disaster education needs (26 items). Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test using IBM SPSS 24.0. Results: The students reported that only 13% had experienced or witnessed disasters; however, 95.2% would be willing to help in the event of a disaster. Their disaster preparedness was 1.84 points on a 3-point scale. We did see differences in disaster preparedness by background: hospital practice (F=5.352, p=.001); fire-fighting practice (F=8.994, p=.000). The students had a core competency of disaster management at 3.25 points on a 5-point scale with differences depending on major satisfaction (F=3.760, p=.006). The level of student demands for disaster education was 4.29 points. Conclusion: If variety of educational environments are provided for disaster-related learning and training, the core competency of disaster management for paramedic students will improve. The students will be available as disaster management experts in various fields, even after graduation.
The current study aimed to develop the design principles for maker programs using virtual reality and apply them in developing a simulation mobile application. First, through collecting and analyzing the relevant studies and cases eight design principles with four components were derived. Then, these initial design components and principles were revised and improved in accordance with evaluations of an expert panel composed of three professors/researchers, two teachers, and two IT industrial experts. Based on the revised design principles, a VR simulation app for maker education was developed and evaluated on whether the principles were properly applied to the app development by the expert panel. The finalized eight design principles, as a research outcome, can contribute to the design and development of various types of educational programs that can replace the actual making experience even in educational fields where it is difficult to build maker spaces or provide materials and equipment. In the near future, empirical studies are expected to develop customized maker programs considering the characteristics, levels, and needs of students and verify their educational effectiveness.
Recently, with the rapid spread of mobile terminals such as smartphones and tablet PCs, social demand for mobile information security is increasing as new security issues that are difficult to predict as well as service evolution and lifestyle changes are raised. Smart terminals include smartphones, smart pads, chromebooks, laptops, etc. that provide various functions such as phone calls, text messages, Internet browsing, social media apps, games, and education. Along with the explosive spread of these smart terminals, they are naturally being used in our daily life and educational environment. In the mobile environment, behind the convenience of portability, there are more various security threats and vulnerabilities than in the general PC environment, and threats such as device loss, information leakage, and malicious codes exist, so it is necessary to take fundamental security measures at a higher level. In this study, we suggest ways to improve security by identifying trends in mobile smart information security and effectively responding to security threats to the mobile environment. In addition, it presents implications for various measures for effective class utilization along with correct security management methods and security measures related to the supply of smart devices that the Office of Education is promoting for schools at each level.

There are emerging issues to update the educational environment for schools in terms of information and communication technology in order to provide customized programs to students as well as all participants relating to learning and teaching. The past year has been turbulent as the education facilities has changed and new procurement processes such as BTL have emerged. In this study, the feasibility analysis of ICT for the public educational environment is to analyse the current primary schools by means of collecting parent's opinion. In the web-site questionnaires, it was designed with 70 items such as teaching method, class organization, aptitude drill and educational community. As results, the statistical analysis is to propose the list of priority and orientation covering social agenda in the issue of ICT for education, the benefits schools can achieve by smart environment is to have the advanced learning services and solutions that represents parental engagement with identical local aims of interactive interface between their students and qualified teachers at a school. Both the national curriculum as well as the after-school program initiatives from the ministry of education, science and technology may reduce negative effects of private education so that the program has to be carefully developed for balanced education society revitalizing mutual communication within regional learning participants such as students, teachers and educational experts.

Advances in technology have given educators a tool to empower them to assist with developing the best possible human resources. Teachers at universities prefer to use more modern technological advances to help them educate their students. This opens up a necessity to research the capabilities of cloud-based learning services so that educational solutions can be found among the available options. Based on that, this essay looks at models and levels of deployment for the e-learning cloud architecture in the education system. A project involving educators explores whether gement Systems (LMS) can function well in a collaborative remote learning environment. The study was performed on how Blackboard was being used by a public institution and included research on cloud computing. This test examined how Blackboard Learn performs as a teaching tool and featured 60 participants. It is evident from the completed research that computers are beneficial to student education, especially in improving how schools administer lessons. Convenient tools for processing educational content are included as well as effective organizational strategies for educational processes and better ways to monitor and manage knowledge. In addition, this project's conclusions help highlight the advantages of rolling out cloud-based e-learning in higher educational institutions, which are responsible for creating the integrated educational product. The study showed that a shift to cloud computing can bring progress to educational material and substantial improvement to student academic outcomes, which is related to the increased use of better learning tools and methods.

This study researched the domestic School Library Standards(SLS), and analyzed specificities and differences by criteria. The Ministry of Education, Science & Technology have enacted the School Library Promotion Law(SLPL) supporting school library. SLPL and SLS could not reflect a change of school library environments in recent years. In particular, these standards have the problems with budget assignment, educational services, information resources, and human resources. Therefore, this study suggested a new model of SLS and set up some definite criteria for school library management.
