Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to use online collaboration tools for non-face-to-face educational environment in the perspective of the learners. Methods: For empirical analysis, the survey of this study was administered with data that were limited to experienced learners using online collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Allo, Padlet, and Slido in online education environments such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc. and valid 400 data were analyzed by SPSS(ver 22.0) and R(ver 4.1.0) program package. Results: The results of empirical analysis showed that performance expectancy were found to have an effect on reliability of system quality, empathy of service quality, playfulness and informativity of content quality among the characteristics of online collaboration tools. On the other hand, it was found that the security of system quality, responsiveness of service quality, and extroversion of user personality characteristics did not affect. It was analyzed that playfulness had the greatest positive effect, followed by informativity, empathy, and reliability. Among the characteristics of online collaboration tools, it was found that the reliability and security of system quality and informativity of content quality had an effect on the effort expectancy. It was analyzed that informativity has the greatest influence, followed by security and reliability. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it examines the perspectives of users and learners, who can be said to be the end customers of online collaboration tools. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that not only platform operators that provide online collaborative tools, but also providers that use online collaboration tools will have a significant impact on the development of edutech and infrastructure in the educational environment.

Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) was introduced to the domestic construction market in 2005. Now, seven years later, the BTL model is most active for educational facilities. In 2011, 93 educational facility projects entered the maintenance stage. Considering the characteristics of today's BTL projects for educational facilities, the main issues are the initial performance and maintenance of educational facilities and the service-providing status for the 20-year operational management period, in relation to providing safety and convenience to students, the facility users. Seeking a solution, local education offices and departments in charge of BTL under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology have been exploring various methods of evaluating operational maintenance performance from various perspectives. For educational facility BTL projects, however, the appropriateness of initial operation performance evaluation, rather than considering the 20-year operational management period, is controversial in regards to sustainability. On this account, performance evaluation items in four areas-operational maintenance evaluation, facility performance status evaluation, maintenance subject evaluation, and sustainable change response evaluation-should be extracted. An indicator of facility performance evaluation is presented in this study through an AHP survey targeting experts, as part of establishing an operation performance evaluation system for educational facility BTL projects.

본 연구에서는 기록관이 이용자들을 위하여 제공하고 있는 교육서비스 프로그램에 초점을 맞추어서, 선행연구 및 선진국의 사례들을 파악하고 정리하였다. 기록관의 교육서비스 프로그램은 첫째, 주로 초 중등 학생과 교사들을 대상으로 수행되고 있었으며, 둘째, 현행 교과과정과 밀접한 연관이 있는 일차 사료 활용에 중점을 두고 있었다. 셋째, 교사 및 교육전문가, 보존기록전문가(archivists)들간의 구체적이고도 지속적인 협력관계가 병행되고 있었으며, 넷째, 직접적인 강의 형태 외의 책자자료 및 웹 기반 자료로도 다양하게 교육기능이 제공되고 있었다. 마지막으로 기록관의 교육프로그램 대상 주제 영역은 역사 영역 뿐만 아니라 사회과학 및 인문 예술영역도 대상으로 수행되고 있었다.

수학교사 교육에서는 수학교육의 이론 지도 못지않게 교사의 수업 역량 개발을 위한 교육도 충실하게 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 프로이덴탈(Freudenthal), 폴리아(Polya)등 현대 수학교육자들이 주목한 수학 학습 지도의 전형으로서 오늘날 수학 교육에 적지 않은 시사점을 주고 있는 소크라테스(Socrates)의 '산파법'을 주제로 하여 사범대학의 예비교사 교육 과정에서 수학 모의수업 실행을 지도한 것이다. 수학을 지도하는 예비교사들의 수업 실기 능력과 수업 연구 능력을 더욱 강화하기 위해 현직교사들의 활동 자료를 연계한 교육을 실시하였다. 현직교사들의 사고실험 예시를 통해, 예비교사들이 수학-학습 지도에 관한 자신들의 제한된 지식과 경험을 확장할 수 있도록 안내하였다. 좋은 수학 수업을 위한 교사 교육, 반성적 사고를 돕는 교사 교육, 교사 공동체 연구를 보조하는 교사 교육을 꾀한 연구과정에서 얻은 결과를 분석하여 앞으로 예비교사 교육에서 더욱 관심을 두고 지도해야 할 사항에 대해 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 지역사회 봉사활동을 경험한 대학생들의 체험 의미를 탐색하기 위해 질적 내용분석 방법을 적용한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 지역사회 봉사활동 경험의 본질을 찾고 이를 토대로 효과적인 인성교육 방안과 봉사활동 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 참가자들은 지역사회 봉사활동 경험이 있는 6명의 대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 2019년 5월부터 9월까지 심층면담을 통해 수집되었으며, Graneheim & Lundman이 제시한 질적 내용분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 유의한 연구결과로 '경험 속에서 누리는 함께함', '나눔을 통한 성장', '전문인으로 향하는 성숙을 이루어감', '자신의 한계를 경험함'이라는 4개의 주제가 도출되었으며, '성장과 성숙을 통한 사회 전문인 되어가기'라는 핵심주제가 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생이 봉사활동을 경험하는 것은 타인과 공동체, 자연과 함께 살아가는 데 필요한 인간다운 성품과 역량을 함양하게 됨을 확인할 수 있었으며, 대학생의 봉사활동이 인성교육의 중요한 교육 프로그램으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The dynamic adaptation between various service environments using the application profiles for the service continuity is a key issue of the profile-based service continuity framework (PSCF) for N-screen service using next generation networks. PSCF offers an optimized service framework for providing continuous user services, which are multimedia video streaming, educational broadcasting, game, etc., using the various devices that are not restricted by the service environment of the user. This paper specifies the functional model of PSCF, service scenario and explains the experimental results of the service continuity for N-screen service using PSCF.

본 연구에서는 학생의 교육적 성장에 영향을 미치는 요인인 학부모들을 교육정보화를 통해서 학교교육에 참여 시킬 수 있는 바람직한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 질적 연구가 전무한 상태라 연구방법은 근저이론을 토대로 하였다. 현재 학교현장에서 시행되고 있는 사이버가정학습 서비스와 교육행정시스템인 나이스 통해 사례분석, 심층면담 및 내용(문서) 분석을 하여 학부모의 학교교육 참여사례를 보다 체계적인 분석과 해석 과정을 반복하여 분석하였다. 사례 분석 대상은 2007년 교육정보화 우수학교 1개교, 사이버가정학습 우수운영사례학교 10개교, 연구학교 2개교와 나이스연구학교 7개교를 대상으로 이들 학교에서 나타나는 내부적 실제들과 학교 현장을 총체적이고 심층적으로 분석하여 교육정보화를 통해 학부모의 학교교육 참여 방안을 살펴보았다. 현재 학부모들은 사이버가정학습 서비스나 나이스를 통해서 학생들의 학습 상황점검 및 의사소통이 이루어지고 있었으며, 사이버 대화 창구를 통해 전인교육프로그램으로 정착하는데 안정적 기여를 하고 있었다. 또한 SMS서비스는 교사와 학부모간의 의사소통을 용이하게 하여 시공간을 초월한 의사소통 경로 확보와 함께 교사와 학부모간의 신뢰를 구축시키는데 기여도가 큼을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 초등 예비교사에게 필요한 수학지식을 가르치는 효과적인 수단으로서 수학적 과제의 특징을 논의하고 그에 맞게 과제를 설계하고 교사교육에 실행한 사례를 제시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들은 '격자점 정삼각형 만들기' 라는 수학적 과제를 해결하면서, 주어진 상황을 수학적 문제로 변환하고 기존 지식과의 연결을 통해 문제를 변형하고 해결하며, 기존의 수학적 개념을 새로운 관점에서 보는 경험을 할 수 있었다. 이러한 경험이 예비교사의 교육에 대한 관점의 변화와 어떻게 연결되는지 그리고 교사교육에 적합한 수학적 과제 설계를 위한 조건에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a service learning education program for engineers and to investigate its educational effects. This study reviewed the concept and characteristics of service learning and examined the service learning education programs operated in higher education environments. The Service Learning Education Program was developed by integrating engineering design and community service activities. This program has been applied to the engineering education from 2014 to 2016. As a result of the study, the learners' satisfaction with service learning activities, empathy ability, and engineering design ability were improved. Based on the research results, practical implications are suggested to the instructors who want to develop the service learning education program for engineering students.
