The authors provide characteristics of the open educational platforms, classification and quantitative analysis regarding the availability of IT courses, teaching language, thematic directions on the following platforms: Coursera, EdX, Udemy, MIT Open Course Ware, OpenLearn, Intuit, Prometheus, UoPeople, Open Learning Initiative, Open University of Maidan (OUM). The quantitative analysis results are structured and visualized by tables and diagrams. The authors propose to use open educational resources (teaching, learning or research materials that are in the public domain or released with an intellectual property license that allows free use, adaptation, and distribution) for organization of independent work; for organization of distance or correspondence training; for professional development of teachers; for possibility and expediency of author's methods dissemination in the development of their own courses and promoting them on open platforms. Post-project activities are considered in comparing the courses content of one thematic direction, as well as studying the experience of their attending on different platforms.

The objectives of this study were to explore leadership program participation of rural leaders and to analyze needs assessment for leadership program. The data were collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. The SPSSWIN/ver.10 program was used for analyzing data with frequency and cross-tab analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) Rural leaders should effectively use leadership competency after leadership program. 2) Major problems of leadership program were lecturers' speciality and rather vague educational purpose. 3) Rural leaders wanted to learn more about rural and agricultural policies, conflict resolution among residents, specific and specialized leadership skills, and organizational activities. 4) Rural leaders responded that they need more programs on developing logical thinking, organizational competency, creative thinking, and positive attitude. 5) Characteristics of rural leaders should be considered in developing and implementing leadership programs.

The present study purposed to examine how the knowledge, consciousness and attitude affect life resources use of the subjects, first-year middle school students and their mothers, and ultimately, to provide basic materials for maximizing the effect of the education consciousness and attitude on environment-friendly life resource management in everyday living. The followings are the results of the analysis of the collected data. First, in the aspects of analysis of valiance in the general home environment factors of this research, there were some significance according to fathers and mothers' educational level, fathers' job, the type of a house about students and mothers' life resources use. Second, knowledge about middle school students' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude. But consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. Knowledge about their mothers' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude, but consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. The results of mothers were similar to those of middle school students. Mothers' consciousness and attitude had positive correlations with middle school students' consciousness and attitude.

For the last 20 years, China has transformed itself from a rural economy into an industrial giant, averaging over 8 % annual growth of GDP. Unfortunately, this rapid growth has taken a significant toll on its natural resource base as well, particularly water resources. These problems have been exacerbated by a low level of sewage treatment technology and by the operating and maintenance (O&M). In case of urban areas, most big cities in China have a well functioning sewage system comprised of sewers and sewage treatment plants (STPs). Nevertheless, the existing STPs are still not capable of properly treating the sewage, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The rural areas in China cover a large land, with two-third of the nation's population. The low educational and poor economic states make it hard to process self-protection and management. In the surveyed area in Henan, there was no STPs put into use as of 2004, and the sewer lines are not well organized. The big issue for the currently planned STPs is the collection system not included in the plans.

This study focused on the culinary curriculums intorduced at the high school, college and university levels in order to analyze the current status and problems associated with the management of culinary related courses, and an effort was made to introduce measures to facilitate the further development of culinary education programs. This study can be summarized as follows: First, the external and internal factors which have led to the changes in the educational environment of the culinary education programs were analyzed. Second, the current state of the management of culinary education was analyzed by focusing on the vocational characteristics of the human resources presently engaged in the culinary field, the state of the management of the culinary courses offered in vocational high schools, colleges, and universities, as well as the characteristics and problems associated with the culinary curriculums at each school level. Lastly, based on the above-mentioned state of the management and the problems associated with culinary education programs, the researcher introduced four measures which were designed to facilitate the education of highly-skilled human resources in the culinary field.

The 7th National Curriculum requires the part of a school library for supporting porformance evaluation, optional actives, and extracurricular activities. The school library which is very important part of school education needs support of necessary resources and adequate facilities for performing its functions effectively and efficiently. This reserch is based on the school library for present education to need. And, the objective of this reserch is to grasp the present condition of school library and to show improvement device for planning efficiently the time when school library is designed in future.

This study investigated characteristics of H.T.P test responses according to home environment variables. The subjects were 183 children in the fifth grade at an elementary school in Taejon. SAS was utilized in order to analyze data using x2 technique. The result of the study were as follows. The more home environment stimuli the children were provided by parents, the more stable in emotion they were. Especially four out of six home environment variables were found significant in helping children become emotionally stable, confident, well-adjusted, and high in achievement. These four variables were language stimulus, social maturity educational resources, and housing environment. It is concluded that children used to be provided with good home environment including language stimulus, social maturity, educational resource, housing environment, and plenty of family activities in order to become emotionally stable, confident, high in achievement, and adjustment.

Global environment is getting deteriorated at an alarming rate. Eco-school could be one of the effective solutions to project our environment and a good sample of architecture to economize in total energies, resources and greenhouse gases. In case of our country, the study of eco-school planning is not sufficient compared with other countries, so this paper would be a good study on the indoor environment of the classroom by surveying their opinions and ideas from the group of users in school facility. The result of this study shows that the proper installation of building equipment and nature ventilation system is necessary to provide delightful environment for the students and to save the energy. To ensure that we have adequate saving and protection it is necessary to change the existing appraisal standard.

Currently G-SEED certification standards was in an effort to building energy-saving and carbon emissions reduction. In this study, focusing on school facilities to suggest an alternative improve green building certification standards through data analysis and conduct an expert Delphi survey. In this study, evaluation of the existing areas of green building certification 7-5 suggest that one out. There are five proposed areas of ecology, health, function, energy and resources. Further it can add areas of economics and $LCCO_2$. Through the assessment items of foreign certification standards evaluated to the feasibility of introducing in Korea. Furthermore taking into account the characteristics of each class, kindergarten, elementary, primary, middle and high schools, College or University were broken down by purpose.

Recently, the Web 2.0 and RSS techniques have gained enormous attention in the Internet and e-Learning fields. In this paper, we design a RSS system on the Web 2,0 base for e-Learning, and implement the educational RSS information sharing system for back-to-basic curriculum of secondary schools that is called EduRSS. Our EduRSS can create web feed file with RSS format from learning blogs for back-to-basic curriculum, and share it with other users conveniently. In addition, it also provide the recommendation function to improve the reliability of the RSS feed resources.
