  • Education is an intentional change of human behaviors. This change is implemented through the learning process of humans. The principles in the learning process and its psychological mechanism are based on learning theories. The objective insight about how they are related with school libraries as a basic organization supporting school education, what they can contribute and what their research methodologies are is a base for educational and academic research of school libraries. This study at first is to investigate learning and teaching theories for school libraries based on behavioral learning theories, cognitive learning theories and constructive learning theories which are general trends for learning theories. Then it is to introduce new theory 'library-based education approach (LBEA)'as an educational base of school libraries.

The pro-uniform group modified uniform more and stated that the regulation on the fashion accessory wearing was very strict. The uniform indifference group modified uniform less than other groups and complained less about regulation of fashion accessary wearing. 3. Students in art & physical educational high schools showed more positive tendency toward uniform attitudes, uniform modification, and fashion accessary regulation compliances.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the direction of faculty's perception and direction of spatial composition to apply universal design principles to the space of kindergarten facilities. Based on previous research and literature review on kindergarten area, kindergarten facility space, and universal design, the universal design principle which was applied to the composition of kindergarten amenities derived four types of functional supportability, receptivity, accessibility and safety. In addition, the survey was conducted on kindergarten teachers and teacher assistants and the managers of kindergarten. As a result of the awareness of kindergarten facilities space, we have discovered the degree of universal design awareness.

  • In this study, we research distinctive features of geometry problem solving of middle school students whose mathematical achievement levels are distinguished by National Assessment of Educational Achievement. We classified 9 students into 3 groups according to their level : advanced level, proficient level, basic level. They solved an atypical geometry problem while all their problem solving stages were observed and then analyzed in aspect of development of geometrical concepts and access to the route of problem solving. As those analyses, we gave some suggestions of teaching on mathematics as students' achievement level.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors influencing compliance of multidrug-resistant organism infection control in intensive care units (ICU) nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 254 ICU nurses who were working at 6 general and advanced general hospitals in D city and G Province. Results: 77.2% and 84.4% of the subjects correctly answered to questions about Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) and Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococcus (VRE), respectively. The scores of MRSA infection control compliance and VRE infection control compliance were 3.41 and 3.43, respectively. The factors influencing MRSA infection control compliance were empowerment, environmental safety recognition, and education satisfaction, which explained 30% of MRSA infection control compliance. The factors significantly related to VRE infection control compliance were empowerment, hospital types, environmental safety recognition, number of education sessions, and neonatal ICU, which explained 37% of VRE infection control compliance. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop efficient educational programs for infection control including educational contents to improve empowerment and environmental safety recognition of nurses. Furthermore, administrative support for those infection control programs is also necessary.

Training practical Trade kowhow is also educated focusing on the procedures of these contracts. A new paradigm of the fourth industrial revolution was launched in the development of information communication technology and computer technology. Also, due to the Xinhuo tradeism triggered by the United States, the risk of commodity trading is further increasing. Currently, trade practical education of university and industry is carried out for most lecture and discussion. Since 2014, the curriculumof the department of trade has been increasingly managed by the NCS process. The curriculumof the department of trade department has the advantage of being managed in consideration of the characteristics of the company that wishes to find employment and the level of work content.
