  • Informationization is fast progressing in Korean and the informationization of education is also moving ahead fast. With informationization of education going fast ahead, cyber education is also increasing. Given such scenario, we should establish countermeasures not only to accommodate the current curriculum but also to accommodate the surplus school facilities created by cyber education by compartmentalizing the classrooms for future life-long education, lease and sale in lots. In conclusion, the school construction plan should be established to systematically cope with the future changes systematically.

  • This study purpose is extract on the architectural principles and architectural planning direction for Integrated Secondary School. The integrated secondary school has an expectation of the total education environment in which has some problem as regional, teaching, treatment, establishment equipment part because of the based relative establishments are abolished. The expectations are the education effective rising, the reduce of the responsibility of the teacher, a smooth teacher placing and saving the educating estimate. As the new education course propulsion is raising the school and students discretion and expanding the way of educating, being close to the course of studies, the integrated operation is earnestly needed and such as these versatile background the small school will keep on getting integrated. Investigate about the senses of the manager and teachers, so after these reserch I've concluded these things below about the integrated secondary school.

  • 2009 As the School District is amended as a metropolitan area public development operators obliged to free supply of school facilities contribute to the streamlining of the provincial education funding, and although institutions shortly became implemented in earnest, the effect has been, despite a number of problems occur. In this study, analysis of these school facilities free of charge supply system on the status and problems through surveys, and suggests directions for future drafting and improving legislation.

  • Establishing public kindergarten is very important in social welfare aspects. So far almost public kindergarten were built up as attached style in primary school. More independent style kindergarten is being requested for small land area, shorter commuting distance. But the standard design guideline of the independent public kindergarten is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to examine the architectural Planning direction for the standard design guideline of the independent public kindergarten. A result of this study can be suggested what kind of architectural Planning direction of independent public kindergarten is needed more acutely.

  • This study aims to investigate and analyze the actual conditions of the ecological ponds built in the campus sites of the elementary, middle and high schools which currently manage ecological ponds in order to find problems and directions for improvement concerning the management of the ponds as a way to build nature-friendly ecological ponds which can be used as an ecological work-study site on school campus: this study also intends to provide systematic and technological directions for the management and operation of the ecological pond. This study has selected 10 schools in North Chungcheong Province, where ponds are constructed, and investigated actual conditions of the ponds based on the survey, analysis, and evaluation standards compatible with the school environments, and finally judged the general relevancy of the ponds. The results of this study make us conclude that the most important issue to be considered in the processes of selection and investigation for school ecological pond is the location of the pond.

  • In this study, were prepared after statistical analysis was conducted of assessment items and marks distribution for the selection of executors of the BTL project. When tests of the degree of dispersion and degree of appropriateness for each assessment item were analyzed, it was found that the degree of dispersion among assessment points has the power of discrimination since it is highly marked in the design field and operation management field. In contrast, 'business management plan' and 'investment composition for economic quality assessment' have a low level of the power of discrimination since points given to them have smaller difference between business projects.

  • BIM(Building Information Modeling) is an indispensable tool to secure global competitiveness in construction sector, as already adapted significantly in European countries and U.S. In particular, as considering School Buildings constructed by BTL Method, using BIM tools are required for the accurate estimation of construction cost in planning stage, exact design and construction, well-judged settlement and performance of maintenance schedule. Therefore, this study investigates the BIM education status and the problems on using BIM tools through a survey of 100 BIM trainees and suggests improvement method of BIM education.

  • This research addresses to establish a systematic approach to design a standard Hangul code system for educational purposes in development of CAI courseware using Korean, English, and Chinese characters, which requires data exchanges and database construction. In this paper, types of Korean alphabetic code systems already in use, their representational environments and consonant/vowel order have been studied and analysed. This paper presents the requirements that the hangul code system for educational purpose needs to obtain. First, it should be able to represent all contemporary as well as ancient Korean alphabets. Second, character elements should be separable. Third, consonant/vowel order should be determined to easily retrieve and exchange data. Lastly, the code should maintain compatibility with other national codes and provide uniqueness of user-defined character codes.

  • The Korean society, which faces a new issue of foreign labores, is actively conducing safety consciousness of foreign labors. Foreign labors of domestic industry reached about 360,000 recently. it has become the essential resources to fill up insufficient labor in construction industry. Although most foreign labors participate in safety education well and understand its object, some foreign labors have negative recognition of it. Some foreign labors well comprehend the importance of safety facilities but think those unnecessary. Based on these results, this research pointed out the need to review training manuals, the development of educational programs, improvement of educational facilities to improve safety education of construction, and finally to discussed these issues.

  • In this paper we proposed web-based educational multimedia contents development method using Web 3D technology and implemented web 3D contents for use at the education field. A implementation of contents is composed of modeling to specific entity in 3D shape, convert modeling data to enable data at web and include in webpage. A practical use of contents on this research can provide more advanced user experience and immersion.
